Ordered the Hendricks punch which was undrinkable. When asking the waiter to take it back, he challenged my taste and said I should’ve looked at the ingredients prior to ordering. I don’t recommend the Hendricks Punch, it tasted like apple
Juice. Disappointing.

Overall, while the steaks were a delight, the overall experience was mediocre at best.

The service was very mediocre. The waiter was not focused on us at all and he seemed busy even though the restaurant was calm and not fully booked. He was rushing to take our orders. We had to ask for almost everything (including water). They made us feel like we were unwanted. The food was poor and had no flavor. We even had to ask for salt and pepper because we didn't have any at our table. I am not a difficult customer so I still gave the waiter a tip but I did not like my overall experience and I will definitely not recommend this place to anybody.

Good food, decent size plates and good service. I would definitely come back.

Very nice restaurant, the steak are very good! All request are fulfilled!

Our server was nice...slow, but nice. It took forever to get out drinks (Group of 8). The lobster was rubbery. Our steaks weren't cooked right. The worst part of everything ... the staff (I'm assuming floor manager) screaming and swearing at the kitchen staff, which is right by the lobby/washrooms.

Won't return, rather go to the keg.

Such a great place! Daughter and I were on vacation...food was great and drinks were awesome! Highly recommend 😊

Birthday dinner with no celebration...............

I was entertaining my manager and a co-worker. Ordered the steak au poivre--came out gluey--I mean gluey--no char on the steak, completely undercooked (I know, I know--this is French style cooking--but medium rare doesn't mean raw) and the sauce was like something out of a can.

The service was great--but that can't save them from a bad chef(s). Never going back there again--and I entertain a ton of clients in Montreal.

The food is always good at Firegrill. Their salads are my favourite.

Favorite restaurant downtown since a while; great food, amazing service, and a very peaceful place! Prices might look quite high, but it’s actually really worth it, as food quality and taste are outstanding!

Eight of us had dinner here in Saturday night. Food was very good. Garlic bread app was great, filet, salmon, burgers were all really good.

We had a very good waiter. Food was very good too. Atmosphere was very good to.

Steaks, while tasty, seemed to lack flavour if not for the spices.

Still, was a delicious meal and lovely experience.

The food and service was excellent, it was a week night so wasn’t too busy which I was fine with. I would definitely go back again...the prime rib was so tasty melt in your mouth!

Service was fantastic. Food well prepared and cooked exactly to specifications. The bill was fair for what was provided . Couple of big tables nearby but hey it's a restaurant. Will go again.

The atmosphere is good. The service was okay even though I they did not find my reservation, but there were places. It was okay. The meat was very good. I had a filet mignon.

Very good service. Rack of lamb was a bit overcooked but immediately offered to provide another to my liking but I kept the rack I had as they were so tasty. They gave us free desert to compensate which was more than generous swing the rack we had were still very good. The service was very good. Will go back again.

We were 17 people for a birthday celebration. Booked only 30 minutes before, they prepared the tables and services very fast. It all went very well. Highly recommend this place. Thank you very much.

Excellent service and good. This was a perfect location for lunch with our two teenage sons and mother.

Et pareil pour le plat principal, alors que nous avions bien précisé que nous étions pas pressés.

Visiting Montreal with family to celebrate an 80th birthday. This was an amazing meal to finish off our weekend.

The food was really subpar for what they’re charging. A nice location and setting, but the food doesn’t match. An over abundance of salt for most dishes, meat was overcooked, and the vegetables were just sad. I can’t recommend in good conscience to other visitors of Montréal.

Quand je ne sais pas où aller manger, c'est ici que je réserve. On n'est jamais déçu du service et de la nourriture 😋
