The restaurant reserved a table for us but it was so sunny . I have to wear my sunglasses during lunch . We did asked to change to a shaded table but the waitress says it’s booked . We finished our lunch after an hour , there’s nobody sitting in that shaded table . We walk around the area outside for an hour , when I peep inside your resto , there’s still nobody seated in that shaded table . I am not happy about it .

Run of the mill food, not worth the price. Unauthentic paella (sour cream, rice not buttery or crispy). Highlight was the flaming pig and sourdough bread - all the mains were underwhelming. Andrew provided exceptional service.

The food, wine and service by Giovanni were superb. Our group of 4 boats with 8 people were docked for the night and we enjoyed dining in the restaurant instead of cooking onboard. The octopus, fresh fish, paella, steak and seafood pasta were all delicious. We will definitely come again.

We go here twice a year and it's been always a great experience. Nothing has changed this visit as well. We came here to celebrate our 4th anniversary and the food was amazing as well as their service. Can't recommend this place enough!

Not really one to post a review but after last nights meal I feel i have to. Food was good, everything we had was great except for the dessert we ordered. We had the chocolate tart and was hard and really not tasty at all. My biggest complaint is with the servers, the one thing I will applaud them on is their knowledge on the food that was being served. After that they were just rude with no table service at all. Water glasses were constantly empty, I ordered a glass of wine that didnt end up coming. Server was only at the table to drop off and pick up the food. The biggest problem however is that the two servers that were dealing with the table were just RUDE! One of the servers got mad at me for trying to help him put the dirty plates together. The other server i heard belittling the table next to us when the patrons didnt hear her ask if they have been to a fishbone restaurant before. Food was good but for spending $300 for dinner the food isnt worth coming back for with horrible servers like that. Been to the Aurora location so im surprised they let this kind of service pass Just a very unfortunate evening

We've been to the fishbone many times and this time we brought friends for their bday and we were not impressed with the service this time. Everyone else had a bottle of water at their table to refill, we didn't. Our appetizers came one at a time and the last two came approx 20 mins after the first one. They didn't come out at the same time and I had to remind the server of one appetizer that we were missing. Food was good as always but the service wasn't this time

Celebrated our anniversary here. We’re treated like gold. Complimentary champagne. Fantastic service and knowledge of the Portuguese cuisine. Great recommendations. Beautiful inside with amazing views of the harbour. Can’t wait to go back again!

Vanessa welcomed us cheerfully and seated us at a strategic table with a fantastic view. Gio and his supportive team served us efficiently. Fishbone was FANTASTIC. From the moment we stepped through the doors to when we left the doors, everything was amazing. Our server Gio was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions. When we sat down at the table, they had a hand written birthday card for my husband as I specified it was his birthday in my reservation. We had the chorizo, shishito peppers, camarones al ajillo, paella, steak and the chocolate caramel cake. Every single bite was to die for. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone I know. 11/10!

We went to Fishbone at FH last night for an early dinner as we are hosting guests from out of the country. There were 7 of us so we booked 2 tables through Open Table. When we arrived I asked the hostess if we could have tables side by side as there was availability. She told me that this was not possible because the one table was reserved for stroller space. When it was eventually seated there was no stroller. Also the service was slow and they were out of a number of items. We were told that the bartender could not make us a virgin pina colada. We have been eating at Fishbone since in opened and in my opinion it has gone seriously down hill since Roth left. We had reservations for next weekend to introduce some other friends to FH, however I have cancelled them. Although the food was good, we paid way too much money to be treated so poorly.

Disappointed it was such a challenge to get them to split bill for us. After much discussion and many warnings we were an exception to the rule they did. We did not feel good it had to be a battle. We almost left to go to lakeclub give it seemed such an issue. One that issue was cleared service and food are great.

We are at fishbone twice a month it is an absolutely wonderful place! The food and its flavours just keep us going back. The hospitality of everyone from front desk, servers, manager, bartender go beyond expectations. And of course 5 star s for the kitchen staff!
