The staff worked VERY hard to make our 38th wedding anniversary celebration special - they couldn't have been more attentive or professional. The ambience was terrific too. The shrimp was out of this world, the steaks (filet mignon) just average, and the broccoli garlic dish quite spicy. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dinner and the atmosphere, and would definitely return for a special occasion.

As always, a great Happy Hour on the patio. The small food menu is varied and uniformly excellent. Cocktails are generously poured and well priced. On a cool evening the fire pit in the center of the high top table was comforting. Clearly one of the best Happy Hour experiences in Central Florida.

FishBones is one of my favorite places! My mom and I had a nice, quiet, relaxing evening. We sat in the inside bar area. We had great service and the ambiance is great! I enjoyed a sushi roll and a glass of wine which both were on happy hour. My mom had a glass of wine and the combo meal of fried shrimp and triggerfish. They were both fantastic! I highly recommend FishBones for a nice occasion.

We had 10 guests yesterday for a birthday. Two of these guests were kids ages 6 & 9. After 1.5 hours there, the salads were brought to the table. I asked the waiter to hurry it up a bit due to the two kids. His response? "We send the food order in once the salads are brought to the table. The kitchen has a half hour to get the food ready." We were there for dinner a grand total of 2 hours 45 minutes. That is a ridiculous amount of time. The food was good, but the length of time was ridiculous.

Drove by this place a bunch of times, kept saying we want to go, always would forget it. Wow, we are sorry we missed this and this will be a must go moving forward. Tastefully decorated, great service with a personable staff. Food was amazing and I said a couple times, not sure what I was expecting but this is so much more than I hoped. Great experience, look forward to next time.... very soon!

Service is fantastic. Everyone is very attentive. Food is great. Best house salad ever. Only complaint would be the salmon. Found a few bones in the fish. And I am not comfortable with undercooked fish. The prime rib is the best I’ve ever had. And the portions are extremely large.

Whenever I am in the Orlando area I eat at FushBones. It is exceptional and probably the best steak I have ever had in a restaurant. They are known for their seafood but the mesquite woodfire grill makes everything delectable.

We went to celebrate our recent marriage. We were given a sushi appetizer on the house, had a round of sparkling rosè and Prosecco, the oysters were fresh, house salads and bread were amazing, we had the double cut pork chop and the prime rib as our entrees (au gratin potatoes and sautéed mushrooms as sides) and our 2nd drinks were the watermelon celebration and Washington state apple. Everything was so good and service exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this place!

Our waitress was wonderful and very attentive. Which shows to do a light dinner and sample several different dishes. Each one was more amazing but the lobster Mac and cheese was just amazing. Loved the fire pit in the middle of the table and it made it very festive. The only take away was that the noise from the table next to us was annoying but I know the restaurant has no control. A wonderful evening, and we really enjoyed ourselves

Thank you again! We had a "pre-Thanksgiving dinner" with our family Wednesday evening, and it was another winner. It was a last-minute decision for the adults to celebrate some quality time together and prepare for the chaotic day ahead! Many thanks to Michelle (our FAV assistant manager) who found a really special quiet spot for us to wine and dine together. Three of us had the combo dinner - jumbo fried shrimp, blackened triggerfish, and inch-thick pork chops! Wow! ... How often do reviewers fawn over the salads? I can't tell you how great the wedge and Caesar salads were, with the jumbo pieces of chick bacon. I could have the salad as a main course. And how about the chocolate espresso martini? Yummy! ... See you again next week!

We are regulars at Fishbones in Lake Mary for a reason, and tonight was no exception. From the meeting at the door to the end of the meal, everything was perfect. We were delighted to see Michel, our favorite assistant manager, who is so personable, and Gracious as our host. Latroy was our service host, who is from Flint Michigan. He was previously in the performing arts, and his personality reflected that, from the time he greeted us to the time we left with our leftovers. Food was outstanding! We had the combos, which included delicious huge fried shrimp and a scrumptious pork chop cook exactly as we requested it. My lady had the trigger fish with the pork chop, and it was marvelous. Salads and cocktails. Just add more luster to the evening. This was our weekly date night, and For good reason. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
