    Went to Fitoor for Diwali dinner with family and had a lovely time. The ambience was great, quiet, easy to converse with the group. The food and cocktails especially were great and I found the customer service excellent. The staff seemed enthusiastic, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu, and gave great recommendations. Our hostess Khushi was very sweet and was genuinely happy to serve. My son took to her so well! Overall a good experience and I would definitely go back!

    Great ambience and friendly staff, but food was mediocre. The highlight was the Lamb Rogan Josh, Malai kebab, Harissa paneer, and paneer lababdar. Everything else was too salty, specifically the veg Manchurian and Chicken Harissa. Service was slow and inattentive, despite it being not busy. We had to ask multiple times to clear our plates, even with us organizing it for them and keeping them ready for it to be taken.

    The food was mostly good especially the aloo tiki chat and meat dishes. The ambience was more relaxed but very noisy!… it was Saturday night though. It was too pricey and the portions were small

    Don't come here, after my party and I finished eating our bill came out to about $300 for all 10 of us, which was fair. However, upon requesting the bill the server said we had to spend $40 per person since we reserved through OpenTable...after speaking with their manager back and forth for about 10 minutes we were able to finally pay the bill we ordered without extra charges but that situation was a horrible experience

    The food preparation for all the vegetarian starters and main course we ordered was delicious except for paneer. The quality of paneer used was not good. The staff is really not very and courteous. Really enjoyed ourselves!

    Tasty food, good quantity for mains. However this is my second time visiting and just like the first time, the service was way too slow. Nobody comes to you until you try to make eye contact. Nobody came to refill our water either. I've noticed the same with the other tables as well, everyone was trying to get the attention of any waiter or waitress. Again, food is good but gets overshadowed by slow service. I still would recommend, just be prepared to wait.

    The appetizers were very good but the main course was very disappointing. The gravy of chicken curry was like water and dal makhni was all burnt. we didn't eat much main course. just left it as it is.

    Great place for dinner. We had a good time. Service was good and food was nicely prepared to test. One downside was to get all food at once. Including Appetizers and Main course. Manager asked to place in the warmer and provide fresh Naan which was good. We had original naan just didn’t want to waste them. Overall it was great visit.

    Even though I had reserved the table for 4 people with OpenTable a week in advance, when we reached there they were not aware of the reservation. They did not ask me or any of the people entering the restaurant for the vaccine proof and id. They were just filling up people. The restaurant was packed with no social distancing. There were 3 people coughing and sneezing around me. I had no choice as it was late night and it was my birthday dinner from my wife. The food was alright, I've definitely had better. My biggest turn-off is that they were not checking for vaccine proofs and that's really messed up. I'm never going back to this restaurant again. Money is not everything, you gotta lookout for the safety of your staff and guests.

    overall a very nice restaurant. the food was delicious and i like the fact that they accommodate your level of hotness you like. only 1 issue was that when the restaurant got busier and the servers forgot about us. but once we got their attention they brought whatever we asked for. i would definitely go back.
