   What a lovely lunch experience at Fitz! Beautiful inside with the plants and decor, and we enjoyed so many dishes and cocktails to share. Our favorites were the spinach artichoke dip, the special salad of the day which had tomatoes and pineapples, the meatballs, the flatbread and mushroom pasta. For the drinks, we loved the gin spritz special as well as the lavender lemonade. Also - the STAND OUT dessert is the bread pudding, SO GOOD!! Will be back again and again

   The food was at the level I have grown to expect from Fitz at 4th -- uniformly excellent. The waitstaff was friendly and helpful. In short, this has become my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia.

    Our server Val was great, she suggested the Cinco De Mayo special: pineapple margarita and it began our lunch perfectly We shared mushroom flatbread YUM, crabcakes that were crazy good, mushroom cavatappi, tacos, kale Caesar salad so fresh and loaded with “parm”, and my fav dish crispy edamame wontons that came with some kind of delicious sauce Portions were a nice size, only the tacos were slightly small in my opinion I think I enjoyed the lunch menu even better than the brunch, I’ll return soon to one or the other…I’m so happy I found this vegan gem

    My overall rating is 6.5/10 I choose this restaurant for my Birthday celebration. I contacted the restaurant to advise that there was traffic and I needed to move my reservation to 7p the woman who answered the phone wasn’t too friendly. When I arrived I could tell the woman who answered the phone was the also the hostess her demeanor was the same as it was on the phone unfortunately. There was no one in the restaurant she made us to be seated. I let that go. Moving onto the food the cauliflower was decent I do wish it had more of crisp but the sauce was good. The Brussel sprouts came out warm not hot the flavor just wasn’t there I had to use the sauce from cauliflower to add more flavor. The nachos were just okay I didn’t enjoy the cashew cheese or the sour cream. The chef needs to work on the recipe some more to really get that right the texture is right just not the flavor. The tacos were good just needed a sauce to be great! The fries were great! My family enjoyed the pasta I didn’t try it. I had a piece of the sliders they were pretty good. The crab cakes were actually spot on! Moving on to dessert the apple crisp I wasn’t a fan of the coconut crème brûlée was not bad at all! I absolutely LOVED the coconut sorbet the chef mastered that! I did enjoy my margarita as well! Our server wasn’t too bad I do wish he was more attentive as I mentioned I was celebrating my birthday unfortunately he didn’t do anything to make it special or even acknowledge my birthday. I will go back another day to give them another try! All and all I enjoyed my evening with my family!

    Absolutely delicious food!!! Servers couldn’t have been nicer and explained the food and wine perfectly. They even made mint tea with leaves for me since they didn’t have bags of mint tea! Kitchen still has some kinks to work out - food came out too fast and in the wrong order but it was so delicious that it didn’t make a difference to the overall experience. Looking forward to going back and trying more things.

    Had an amazing time at brunch at Fitz! We brought a friend who just moved to Philly from NYC and she was absolutely blown away by the style and decor inside and then loved each item we got. We had the fitz toast, Mac & cheese, and meatball parm sandwich and everything was amazing! Service was friendly and attentive as they always are, and I’m excited that our friend said she couldn’t wait to tell all of her friends about her new favorite spot! Highly recommended
