Had waiter not lyed to us 4 times and told us he wasn’t charging us for meal that was extremely over cooked then offered free appetizer and dessert as well as not charging us for the lobster special then charge us for lobster meal then said no I have to charge you for the food. HIGHLY don’t recommend this place to go to.

They open at 11:00 am, our reservation was for 11:00 am... doors were locked. Not a big deal, very quick to unlock; but the music was loud enough for the evening bar scene. Service was great!! Food was underseasoned and inconsistent between two identical plates. Coffee was great, the chocolate martini was overly sweet and I regret ordering it.

Always looking for good fish and chips, their fish was lightly battered (which we prefer) and delicious. Waiter was very attentive and upbeat. Pricing comparable to other restaurants in the area.

This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Flame and Barrel. Enjoyed it every time. We tried pizza this time and it was very good. Enjoyed a salad too. Service was excellent! Recommend a visit to.

We will definitely be back to try some other items on the menu. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed everything from the appetizers to to the main course. Definitely try the smoky old fashioned, it is one of the best. The wings, beef skewers and nachos were full of flavor. The New York steak was cooked perfectly and the presentation was fantastic. Going back soon. 😋

Excellent local restaurant…have been several times. Good food, outstanding service. Owner always comes by to see if things were satisfactory. Very good value especially during happy hour. Food is flavourful, soups are very good. Burgers excellent! Definitely we will return yet again!

Great Dining Experience at Flame and barrel 😊 My wife and I recently moved to the city and decided to try this place for dinner.. it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating. It provided a perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The menu at offered a diverse range of options, and the food we ordered did not disappoint. We ordered the flame and barrel burger, 10oz steak and some bruschetta as an appetizer…The dishes were beautifully presented and packed with flavors. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every bite. Additionally, the portion sizes were generous, leaving us satisfied without feeling overly stuffed. The service throughout our meal was attentive and efficient. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. Our glasses were never empty, and they ensured that we had everything we needed to have a pleasant dining experience. In conclusion, our dining experience at flame and barrel was enjoyable. We were a table of 14 and our waitress Maya handled us well. The food was great for all of us except the honey chicken Alfredo dish was bland, that was the only complaint I heard from all my guests. Thank you for everything and making my friends birthday dinner a pleasurable experience. We will be back!

Servers were very pleasant but slow and confused. We were at a table of 13 (all on one bill - so should have been a lot easier on the serving team). Food was extremely slow to come out. Servers had to be reminded multiple times about missing appetizers/ refills on drinks. At the end, the bill had a mistake on it that we caught as well. Not sure I would return. Food was ok - nothing special. Meat was bland.

We ordered the blackened Atlantic salmon and were really surprised with how big the salmon was. We thought we were going to be paying for an overpriced meal but it was worth every dollar. The patio was quiet and sunny. Perfect ambience for my girlfriends birthday.

Our server was beyond nice. Our food was delicious however my steak was cold when I got it and my mother had tomatoes in her salad which she can’t eat. We told our server and she apologized a lot, which we told her it wasn’t her fault - we saw her input it in and repeat the orders back to us. Honestly, when our food did eventually come out, we didn’t care enough to send it back as we were starving and had already waited a while to get our food.
