    Food was acceptable. Had the Strip and Prime rib. Server was attentive and polite. Food wasn’t worth the price. Berry Mule and Spinach dip are the only thing I would go back for. We can say we tried it now

    Quiet and calm for 7:30 dinner on a Saturday evening. Fresh made table side guacamole was fantastic. Scents of tabletop smores and grilled steaks filled the air. Service was fast and efficient!

    I will say our server Thomas was exceptional. I had made a reservation for my husbands birthday and they were going to put us at a table by the bathrooms! It was very warm in the restaurant and our server was perspiring. We had expected from the web site that it have better ambiance not look and sound like a cafeteria. So many tables crammed next to one another. For the price, standard green beans for the veggie and extra for salad? Unless you get lucky you have to park at the bank a bit from the restaurant. We heard the Oldsmar location is better??? Will not be back nor recommend.

    The prime rib was seasoned tender and served the way we asked. The wait staff extremely polite and very knowledgeable about all the menu items. The entire was top drawer. Made our anniversary an evening to remember.

    Kolbie was an outstanding server! Great dinner for 4! We shared a pitcher of white sangria, enjoyed the guacamole and ribs and shared amazing carrot cake to wrap up our meal!

    The Tuna tower app was good. My wife had the meatloaf and it was very good and I had the ribeye (regular) and it was bland. They do not put hardly any seasoning on the steaks. Some people think steaks should be served with minimal seasoning. Those people are wrong.

    Our girls night out was at Flamestone. We started with leisurely cocktails at the bar. The bartender was excellent. There were a lot of good cocktails to choose from and everyone's order, including the wine, was very good. From there we moved to a table in the dining room for dinner. It was pretty busy for a Monday night, but the service was very good. The tableside guacamole service is fun. It leads to a lot of interaction. We also had a tuna appetizer which was equally as yummy. The filet mignon was good. It's not Capital Grill level, but then again, it's not that price either. All in all, it was a very fun evening and all the staff (the hostess, the bartender, the guac girl, our server, and the manager) all contributed to that end with their happy and 'can do' attitude. I'd go back again.

    Service was absolutely the best as our server was a part of making it a special evening for me and my family. The food came in a timely manner meaning enough time between our appetizers and our main meal. Our speaks were cooked to perfection being hot pink within. The prime rib was to die for.     I enjoyed our dinner but service was too slow. It was my first going to flamstone Meals took a long time to come out. We also waited over a half hour for some dessert. Finally, we just had them box it to go and we left. If I was to rate this restaurant, I don’t want to 10 bases. I would give it a 6

    We went to Flamestone to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was amazing as always. We come regularly for special events or just nice dinners out. Highly recommend! Get the table side guacamole. It will not disappoint.

    My wife and I popped in one evening not knowing what to expect. Everything was pleasant enough, so we decided to make a return visit to truly explore the menu. On the second visit, our expectations were high, but the quality of the food was not. Overpriced dishes for the inexperienced palate at best. We'll pass on a next time.

    Tried the grouper special sounded great came out mediocre. Fish seemed a bit past its freshness and could have been cooked a touch more. Needed more sauce and the Parmesan risotto was kinda bland. Huge delicious asparagus spears though.

    I made reservations at this restaurant because it was my 17th wedding anniversary l. Things were going well we had drinks and appetizers. It’s when our main meal came when the problem occurred we was seated in a both by a window near the bar. As our meal was placed at our table a bug infestation also occurred. They started flying around our heads and plates they were all over the window sill. We made our server aware and he promptly got us and 3 other people moved. To a different section but he also said he would have a manager come by to speak to us. The manager never came. Never apologized nothing. Our server was awesome, apologetic an everything. Unfortunately due to this experience I will never go back especially considering the importance of the occasion. I mean the price of dinner for 2 was almost $200 but I felt that the managers behavior and the bug problem made me feel like I was at a crappy chilis or something so. NO I will not be returning.

    We had a mom dinner after the kids left for prom. Dinner and drinks were delish! The vanilla bourbon cheesecake was a wonderful surprise to end the evening! One slice was gigantic and perfect for the 4 of us to share!

    The food was blah, very little seasoning and bland. Even basic salt and pepper would have been helpful..The service was not great, took forever for our server to acknowledge us, then our orders were all inaccurate...Just not a very good experience
