Cynthia and Yulimar the Guac Lady provided and outstanding service, food was delicious, we will definitely come back in our next trip to Cancun. The place was kept in excellent conditions. They surprised us with fireworks for our Anniversary.

Nunca nos había pasado pero sirvieron un pescado que según ellos era mero y estaba pastoso, se deshacía al cortarlo y con un sabor súper raro, tal vez lo tuvieron congelado mucho tiempo. Deben tener cuidado con eso.

Las salsas de centro saben a mayonesa o crema y no tienen picor. EL chile que usan es PIQUIN, no CHILTEPIN. En general rico, limpio, bastante recomendable

Food was cold and below average. We read a bunch of reviews before going and we’re very disappointed. The restaurant upon entry was nice, beach table was great and staff friendly but the food disappointed.

Had dinner ordered the fish wish was not cooked properly. Didn’t waste my time and send it back just didn’t eat it. Octopus and shrimp salad was too salty. Ordered the lobster which was good just not much flavour with the sauces being on the side.

El lugar super lindo y los alimentos bastante buenos. El servicio en general bueno, aunque batallamos mucho en los segundos tiempos. En general, una muy buena experiencia y sin duda regresaremos.

El lugar es hermoso para pasar el día. Lástima del servicio que es terrible. Se tardaron una hora en sacar nuestros alimentos y olvidaron pedir los camarones de mi hija, por lo que se tardaron media hora más en sacar su platillo. Las niñas siempre piden los camarones con cabeza por peso, ahora solo te dan 3 camarones (.sí relativamente grandes) por $400.

La atención siempre es la mejor, a nuestros hijos les encantan los juegos y sobre todo el payaso que da globos. Algunas veces tienen una oferta limitada de cervezas o platillos, pero en general es bueno.

Si llegan a la hora pico. El servicio no es el mejor .. moras llegaron con hongos. Buen lugar. Make sure you don’t get there on peak time. Service is not the best. We got some berries going bad already.

We booked through opentable and it was confirmed. To be sure though it was new years eve we also wrote on whatsapp and even there the restaurant confirmed that we were welcome On the homepage you couldn’t see anything about special new years eve and that was the same at opentable Noone told us at whatsapp either so we thought it was the menu on the website that was the actual. When we arrived we understood that noone knows bout our booking and that we were a problem Anyway we were given a table and the menu was presented At that time they asked of we knew what it cost and we said no So they told us that the VM procent was 2200 mexican dollars per person whithout drinks Then We left and asked for help with taxi and they Calle ”Platinum service” wich is exactly as expensive as it sounds so we decided to walk. So this is a restaurant for very rich people and you can not be sure that the information they give you is correct.

For a seafood restaurant, I don’t feel they have any idea how to cook seafood properly. I’m from New England and we have much better seafood. What ever you do stay away from the octopus they didn’t prepare or clean it properly it was very slimy.

Cambiaron el menu hace 3 meses. Y Ahora esta pesimo. no hay variedad ni muchas opciones. Quitaron el pan de cazon, las parrilladas, la arrachera. Las tostadas de atun azul horribles super saladas. Cambiaron la receta y estan pesimas. De la sección de cerveza solo tenian victorias de las 8 opciones que decia el menu. De la opcion de filetes de pescado solo tenian 1 opcion. No las 3 que decia en menú. La propina la deciden ellos, no es a discreción del cliente. Me querian cobrar por comer un pastel que habia llevado. Asi que decidimos no comerlo para q no nos lo cobren solo le cantamos las mañanitas a mi hija. Pesimo ambiente. No regresaré jamás.

Festeje el cumpleaños de un buen amigo y el ambiente, el servicio, la comida y los precios se me hicieron totalmente amigables. He vuelto a visitar el lugar para una salida no especial y el servicio sigue siendo muy bueno, recomiendo el lugar para cualquier tipo de occasion.

This place was amazing!! The customer service was great and so was the food. We got the chance to dine beach side and enjoy a fresh seafood meal accompanied with refreshing cocktails. The wait staff were friendly and worked with you if you do not know much Spanish.

I like everything there except 2 little issues: - They add 15% by default to your bill for tips and this is illegal practice in Mexico. - The staff are “good” till they know that you are not OK for paying 15% tips for that low quality service they provide. They switch to “angry mode” and stop even talking. No bye, no see you again, etc. The management team is definitely aware of this and they fully support it (I have left them several reviews about it and they pretended to kinda not be aware and “will fix it”. We will continue visiting the place simply because we like it and the food is ok 🙃 and will continue to leave as much tips as we believe is ok for the service they give 🙂
