Very poor service only 3 tables waited 25 minutes for our salads very bland food - taste and quality has gone way downhill!!! Breakfast the next day was the worst! way overpriced- spoiled fruit- overcooked omelets with missing ingredients- tough disgusting pancakes- pastries dry inedible- 65.00 for 2 I would like a refund terrible service!

A number of other dinner service reviews said that service was slow. Our service was excellent, although perhaps that's because there weren't many diners when we visited. The bar appeared to have more patrons than the restaurant, which is not unusual for a hotel. The menu is not extensive, but both of our entrees were nicely prepared and presented. It's like the place is nothing special, but the food was well-prepared, and the service was excellent. It struck me as the sort of place that would be good for a business-related meal. Quiet and good service.

Horrible service, didn’t get our food for over an hour and a half while other tables got their food in 10-15 minutes. Wait staff acknowledged and apologized but still waited long after that. They ONLY offered us a “free” desert which wasn’t even on our minds, a free round of drinks or even the meal would’ve been the right thing to do. We almost left several times but decided to try and be patient which wasn’t worth it once food arrived. Too salty and not warm.

Easter brunch was delicious and very well displayed. We enjoyed the small appetizers, the lamb roast and mini dessert choices. A very nice atmosphere and helpful service. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family of 6 had brunch at Flatz last Sunday. It has become one of our favorite places for brunch. They have a great breakfast buffet and in addition you have the option of made to order (waffles, french toast, pancakes and a variety of omelets). Great service Shane.

Service was slow! The food was overpriced for what we got... pork was not tender. I loved the ambiance of the place, the furnishings and decor. It was quiet and a good place for a romantic dinner on Valentine's day. Too bad the food was not very good.

I went out to eat with a few friends for dinner. Food was good for the exception of the strawberry almond short cake. It had absolutely no flavor or sweetness to it. Service was meh. Either our waitress was really busy or distracted because we had to wait way too long for everything as soon as we sat down.

The food and ambiance were both excellent. A very pleasant surprise. Make sure to ask for the lounge menu if you're interested in a burger or sandwich. Service was excellent although the food did take a bit of time to come out and it wasn't very crowded (usually we wouldn't have minded but we had a show that we were going to).

Great food for the most part. Colleague had a salad with a strange dressing. Probably should just serve salads with dressing on the side but everything else was lovely.

I was disappointed that they changed their Sunday Brunch so much. They removed all the "lunch" selections so there is only the Breakfast Bar. While the food was good, it was disappointing that all the options weren't there. I'll be looking for a new brunch location for future events.

I rated the food low because we were expecting the extended brunch with seafood, desserts, etc. and it wasn't until we got there that the server let us know that they are no longer offering that on Sundays. We were pretty disappointed and I think that there were many opportunities for them to let us know of the change: calling us and telling us since we made a reservation, announcing on their website, sending our emails, etc. However, the food that we did have was great and the service was fantastic! Part of the reason we love coming here are the familiar faces and our server Josh was amazing and it was also great to see Sarah. We were celebrating my birthday so it was a bummer to not have that "special" brunch, but we did enjoy ourselves. I feel like Flatz is always really close to being a top notch restaurant... there's just always a little something lacking.

We went to Flatz for the Sunday Brunch based on several really good reviews. It was very disappointing. There was no 'brunch' food, only breakfast items. All buffet with the exception of made to order omlets and waffles. Basically it was the same breakfast buffet you'd get anywhere. The most disappointing factor was the cost of 25/ppd including tax and tip, for bacon and eggs.

I know it was a buffet but it was impossible to track down servers to get drinks. The buffet was very limited in selections. I had been there a few years ago and the brunch buffet was amazing with several options. This time was pretty disappointing.

The hostess or manager greeted us right away and were able to have a nice table in the patio. I noticed that there were some patrons outside finishing up as were sitting. When we sat down our waitress greeted us with some water about 5 min into us being there. We were early for our lunch date so we hung out and were in no rush to go anywhere. After sitting at our table for about at least 45 min we noticed the tables weren't being bussed and creating a little problem for us as the trash and food from the dirty table was bringing more flies and bees. Other than that the parmesan fries were really good, definitely recommend!

Flatz Sunday brunch was a great option for our family. A good variety of brunch items, including the made to order items. A few opted for the extended brunch with seafood and charcuterie, which they really enjoyed.

The atmosphere was sorely lacking, considering the menu prices, which caused one to expect MUCH more ... I have seen more festive IHOP restaurants ( the very few times I've been in one) ... however, they did have a generous pour for Jack Daniel's on the rocks ...

Had dinner on the outside porch. Service provided by the bar staff for both beverages and food was exceptional. Drinks were excellent (generous portion of Pinot Grigiot, Sanitas "tap take over" IPAs were great). Salmon dinner with crab risotto and Parm Gnocci were exceptional, as were the burger and crispy fries. Fantastic view. Highest of recommendations!
