Our Chef, Bryan Thuerk changes the menu seasonally, carefully sourcing seafood caught nearby, produce from local farms, meat and poultry raised on pasture.

Our bar specializes in martinis and unique cocktails using small batch liquors. A wine list features the best of California’s extraordinary vineyards with an emphasis on the local appellation--the Santa Cruz Mountains.

    This was our first time there - planned it for a special birthday. The food, drinks and service were sublime. Highly recommend coming here if you’re a foodie!

    I visited to celebrate my first anniversary, but unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. While the service was excellent, the food did not meet expectations. Out of the four dishes we ordered, only the trout toast was palatable. Normally, I have a low bar for food, but this was unacceptable. I appreciate their attempt to be creative, but combining watermelon, strawberries, and raw scallop was not a good idea. Considering the price they were charging, I would say it was really a waste of money.

    The service and the food were amazing especially since we had one late arrival who was able to join us. The pasta was perfect, the fish amazing as well as the beef cheeks.

    no wow factor for the meal. we enjoyed the smoked trout and scallop crudo for appetizers. Caesar salad with mixed greens instead of romaine lettuce. vegetarian plate was great tasting but over priced at $39. soup ok but also overpriced at $20, desserts small and the ice cream inedible. will be awhile before we return.

    A quiet place with carefully curated and wonderfully prepared treats with a service staff that starts with the Head Chef (who visited table-side to tend to one of our diner’s special needs) and transcends all level of the team. Hokkaido scallops: yes please. Pasta: more please. Short ribs: swoon. A real treat and a rare find in the “fine dining done casually elegant” style.

    You has become so small and exotic that I had trouble finding items that I really wanted to order. On the other hand, the biscuits were as fabulous as ever.
