   Hostesses and servers were friendly and smiling...very helpful as well. AJ, our server, was a delight! He was smiling, friendly, and made some menu recommendations that were 'spot on'! Food was well seasoned and hot on our plates. The 1/2 chicken had crispy skin, and a tender and juicy interior. Grilled swordfish was the star. Perfectly cooked, moist and well-seasoned, over a bed of cous cous. So Good! Sides were delicious as well. We sat in the side room and could talk to each other in a normal voice and hear each other's responses. Nice date night restaurant and the prices were fair and reasonable. We'll be back for sure!!!

   We made reservations, we’re seated 30 minutes later in an extra room with zero ambiance. Ordered fried chicken, tasted like drive through Ordered hummus with short rib, completely dry. Nothing impressive. The bar looked cool.

    Flint by Baltaire is a very good restaurant and ideal for a week day business dinner. Atmosphere and food are good. Service is pleasant. Depending on where you are seated, the noise level can be a little loud. A solid experience!

    While the service was wonderful and thoughtful - the food was not. I’ve been to Flint several times over the years and the caliber of food seems to have decreased proportionally. The food on this visit (those items that weren’t sold out) were burnt tasting (the broccolini was inedible) or served at room temperature or cold (when they should’ve been hot). Disappointing for the price and on Mother’s Day.

    For being a couple that has only known the taste of the poors, our first experience at a fine dining restaurant was sublime. I still don’t understand the point of bone marrow really but I like to feel superior to the average person.

    First time at Flint and our experience was great. Beautiful restaurant, the ambiance is really nice. Decor is super modern and relaxing- great for a date night or special occasion. Service was fantastic. Shoutout to our waiter JP who provided us with a great dining experience. He was very attentive, consistently checking back on us, and kind. Food was great as well. Ordered the filet mignon, 1/2 dozen oysters, Moroccan fried chicken, and grilled artichoke. Everything was delicious, especially the tahini that came with the fried chicken and the filet. Finished off with the cheesecake which was a perfect little sweet end to the meal. Would absolutely come here again and would definitely recommend to others.

    The overall ambiance of the restaurant is great. The service started out great, we got our drinks and order our food promptly. Then 45mins to almost an hour goes by and no food and our waitress never came back to check on us or give us and update as to why our food was taking so long. The GM Stevie saved the night. He explained the delay on food and offered us drinks for the wait. Had the waitress done this we would have been fine but to leave customers sitting with empty drinks and no food and no update makes for an unpleasant experience. Once my food came, I was underwhelmed to say the leave. The salmon was dry and had not an ounce of seasoning but by that time I was starving so I tried to eat it. My friends food was better and seasoned well. I will try and go again and get something else on the menu. Wasn’t the best dining experience but it wasn’t the worst either.

    The rooftop was beautiful. We got there around 5 and hardly anyone was there but as we left around 630 more people were there! It’s self seating up on the rooftop. Amazing food. I told the waitress I wanted a mock tail and she surprised me with everything I could’ve asked for!! My husband and I loved it and the view was insane

    It was my wife and I first time at Flint by Baltaire. We arrived early to get a full display of the restaurant and happy hour menu which was outstanding for our 5yr anniversary. The service and JB who serve us was great in details in explaining what to order was very Exceptional. We would like for any and everyone to experience the ambience . The hummus was very creamy and tasty. We also ordered the shrimp salmon fillet griller that was cooked to perfection.. We will be back sooner than later.

    Food was great, a bit expensive for the portions but not too bad. However, I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and could not hear eachother talk. Tables are close together and this was the absolute loudest resturaunt I have ever dined in. This should be a fine dining experience, not so loud I have to yell at my date to have a conversation.

    Did not served dessert to us at 10:15 saying the kitchen closes at 10:00 but the table next to us received dessert at 10:30. When we asked the manager did not give us an answer. And we had specified that we were celebrating a birthday when we made the reservation. Very disappointed.

    Food was very good and the restaurant was beautiful. We definitely noticed the noise level as soon as we walked in. There was only one server for the main dining room and it made for a slow and chaotic evening. The server was elegant and cordial but he was truly overwhelmed. I saw the manager from a distance but he never came our way and never jumped in to help our server, he just sat there lazily. It was our sons birthday and we didn’t even get dessert because we were already there for 2 hours and couldn’t sit any longer. Part of dining out is being waited on and feeling relaxed and instead we felt tense. This is unfortunate because the food was so tasty. We are very disappointed

    I've been here before and had great experiences, this time was very different. Our server was lovely but the food took over an hour to come out. We weren't served until half the restaurant had cleared. They were out of both a bottle of cava we selected and a bottle of sangiovese which seemed odd. And while our server seemed nice / knowledgeable, we often had to track him down to order drinks. You would think if the kitchen were backed up, you'd keep your tables "hydrated". Instead, we saw the kitchen staff looking very relaxed and the bartender standing on the bar cleaning off the individual bottles. I'll be shocked if this place isn't closing down soon.

    We sat at the bar and the bartender mixed an excellent French 76 and Aperol Spritz. The lamb cavatelli and the roasted cauliflower were very tasty. The short rib hummus and pita is always a standout. The music was blasting when we arrived but got quieter as the night went on. Likewise with the freezing air conditioning. It’s a fun place.

    Our experience at Flint was very disappointing and I will not be returning. Overall the food was okay, but it took over an hour and a half to be brought out to us and the restaurant was not very busy. We ordered a few of their hummus plates, oysters , lamb chops , and a salad. All were just ok. We sat upstairs and was told that we could only order wine or beer and if we wanted a cocktail we would have to walk downstairs to the bar to order . The server got multiple wine orders incorrect and would disappear for long periods of time. We weren’t brought out plates or silverware until about 5 minutes after our food was served. We decided to go downstairs to get a cocktail since we were told we could not order it at the table. the service at the bar took some time as well, but I will say the bartenders were very friendly and genuinely the only positive highlight from my experience. When we returned upstairs, we saw two men sitting at a table with cocktails that were brought to their table by a server… even though my group of friends were told that we had to walk downstairs for our order. At the end, our bill was also incorrect but was fixed by the server after we pointed out the extra charges. I will give Flint the benefit of the doubt and maybe I just came on a bad day. However, I would recommend that this restaurant better train their servers and also works with the kitchen to improve the wait to me. I think it is also worth noting that servers should treat all customers the same. if you allow some customers to order cocktails upstairs you should allow everyone to.

    Beautiful place and very yummy food! I took my boyfriend there for his birthday because he loves rooftops. I was a bit upset because I had booked a week in advance and then called 2 days before to ask if we need to reserve a table on the rooftop and we were advised no it’s first come first served. We get there and the rooftop had been reserved for a party and we weren’t able to enjoy the rooftop for his special day. I feel if we could have reserved the table because we had contacted Flint way before this party it would have be fair. Other than that service was good food was amazing.

    We celebrated our anniversary here and had a fantastic evening. From the first sip to the last bite everything was impeccable- especially the short rib hummus. Eric F. was our server and he was so attentive and kind. We can’t wait to come back!
