   The ambiance was not quite what I expected and the pictures provided on the website did not match the actual location. I was told they were revamping their current menu so although I was not the biggest fan of their current menu, I am sure there are better things to come.

   Photos look a little better than in person, drinks were good but I’d go during the day and ask if you can get a side seat by the railing. If you’re in the middle you can’t see anything. Servers and host were great though

   Living in a rural area we enjoyed the rooftop urban experience. Our server was friendly and mentioned menu changes not noted on the menu. We had an uncomfortable experience with the valet, when we were departing he said he thought we had checked in to the hotel and that we would have to go to the front desk to pay for overnight parking. When we balked at that he finally retrieved our car as he had made the error . Otherwise a fun and enjoyable evening!

   Frier was down, so 3 options weren’t available. Service was EH. Looks way better in the pics than it did in person. Also, the add gratuity no matter the party size. Hostess was so nice though!

    if 0 stars was possible it would’ve been given. was so excited to try this spot out, but for some reason our server approached us with an attitude. from questioning me about my id, going back and forth with her responses which weren’t polite, and overall just wasn’t something i expected. i do hope to go back and have a different experience because i was highly disappointed!

    So I actually honestly did enjoy myself. Everyone was really nice and the Services was great. Jeff was perfect, not to push you are annoying he gave us time . We had live music “people who could fly” he was awesome. He played a couple songs I requested which was great. The view is blocked by buildings but that’s nothing they can control, it’s always nice and beautiful and I had an amazing time. It was our anniversary so we got a glass of Prosecco and food is very limited, but Did enjoy my fries and my boyfriend enjoyed his salad. It’s a really good cheese and beats.. Also, I did leave sunglasses there and they were amazing called me and texted me like ASAP on it,so yeah good times,good vibes,good people.

    The staff was friendly but they all seemed to be perpetually scared, as if they were always prepared to be yelled at by a manager or a customer or whatever. The entrance is misleading, you think your going to something fun and different but all it is is an undecorated patio with the most basic lights strung along. We were seated on the edge and told we'd get a table as soon as one opened. But several opened up and never refilled and we were stuck on the side staring into people's hotels. People who came in after us had been sat at tables and served. Where as we waited 30 minutes before the waitress even acknowledged we existed. We ordered 2 drinks and the ahi tacos. 15 minutes later she came back to tell us they didn't have tacos. How is a restaurant out of food at 10 at night on a Friday? How do you make it through weekend? Regardless, not wanting to be subject to the minimum cost requirement we stayed for our drinks. My drink was...really boring. And my husband's drink tastes like a watered down margarita but it SMELLED like how a port-o-potty smells when it gets cleaned. So "blue water" smell? Either way it was nasty. I could have drank on my own porch and had a better time. That was money spent on an underwhelming bar. I had been really excited to try this place for a while so I was very disappointed.

    Small plates were good, especially the chicken wings. Also tried the bruschetta, which was good and surprisingly large. Drinks were great and service was quick. Felt the music choice could have been better. And some of the tables weren’t under the pergola - meaning no heaters or ambient lighting.

    Horrible. I felt bad for the one server for the entire restaurant. One drink for my date and I took over 60 minutes, had to ask a different staff member for our bill since we just wanted to get the heck out of there, that took another 20 min. Do not go here. Used to be great, not anymore.

    Server sat us at a dirty, sticky table. The place was way less than half full but services were non existent. We were told that they didn’t have ANY food to serve us and no one bothered to talk to us, check on us, ask if we wanted another drink. We had to ask for our check inside and wait another 15 minutes for it. No one working even remotely seemed to want to be there. I have worked in the food industry and typically have beyond understanding, but this experience was underwhelming at best.

    I brought my fiancée and her friends here for her birthday. We’d been here before during Christmas time. As always, the ambiance is remarkable. Intimate, cozy, and beautiful. On a cool night they supply blankets, which was a nice touch. Service was good, our waitress knew the menu, was and was friendly. However, it’s a disappointment that their quality of product (food and alcohol), or lack thereof, overshadows the unique, one of a kind setting. The drinks on the menu, despite a picturesque presentation, were abysmal. They we’re excessively sweet, and lacked options for those who appreciate a well made, good tasting, balanced alcoholic beverage. It seems to be they utilize visuals to lure people in just to charge $15 for a cocktail I could make better at home, and a closed kitchen. Unfortunately, none of us were impressed, nor do we see the need to ever return.

    The menu was limited due to some equipment issues in the kitchen. Also, my beer was served in a glass that had a chipped rim. I drank some before I noticed so the glass was less than full. When I told the server, she quickly replaced the glass but I am pretty sure she simply poured the beer from the chipped glass into the new one. My issue wasn’t with the glass but the possibility that there may have been glass chards in the beer.

    We had signature cocktails and bruschetta. The drinks and food were very good and reasonably priced. Our server was attentive. The view was great, but not incredible as I was hoping for. The breeze was a little strong during the 2 hours we sat on the patio. But there were heat towers and blankets available.

    Kevin was very rude. Our table was not wiped down like those around us & whenever we asked our waiter or kevin for something it was very obvious we were bothering them. We have been multiple times during the Christmas pop up & always had a great time, now we likely won’t return. It also is impossible to get ahold of this restaurant via phone, open table or Instagram called multiple days during their listed business hours. do better.

    The view was great. The music playing was perfect. The drinks were very good. The food average expensive.. The manager was extremely nice we met him in the elevator. Sadly the service was very poor. The servers seemed to be young and felt like they didn't really care if we were there or not.. We would have stayed longer and enjoyed a few more drinks unfortunately it took forever to get em.

    Service was the absolute worst! We were there an hour and was only able to order one drink. We were seated at 10:30, waited 15 minutes until we were greeted, then told they were no longer serving food! One cocktail in an hour and the cocktail was mediocre.

    Great views - this is a place where the view is the sole purpose. Service was kind but only was seen once for drinks and table. Drinks are rather pricey for limited alcohol. But again, it’s for the views!

    You read reviews about slow service, you give them the benefit of the doubt unfortunately the service here is beyond slow you will be ignored by the ataff who are busy woth i dont know what else because no one was eating when we Arrived and we got no drinks until we left 30 min later. The menu is also very extremely limited and the drinks are tiny. Go elsewhere ignore the instagram influencers trying to blow up a place that should be rated as a small club.

    We were the only ones sitting down and didn’t get addressed by a waiter for 15 minutes. The chef was late so we couldn’t get the food we ordered. Slow crowd and yet we didn’t get checked in on for 30+ minutes. Underwhelmed by how highly rated this place is. Wouldn’t go back.
