I made a reservation through open table as brunch places can get very busy on Sunday’s. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. We received an unfriendly welcome by one of the staff when asked if we or another group of girls were first. Being polite I said “it doesn’t matter we have a reservation but you can take them first” in which the staff replied “well actually it does matter” very rudely. We were sat in the back and waited 15 minutes before someone taking our drink order. We watched a staff kick a utensil across the room purposely. We were sat next to a table with 10 small children that it took them a significant amount of time to get seated which was very chaotic. No offered refills on coffee. Getting the bill was a process. Overall they were short staffed but the quality of the staff and service was incredibly poor. This business needs better management.

Food was excellent but portion size was small by comparison - adding $8 shrimp to a salad ( you got 3 small shrimp) the chicken potion on the salad was small too. Other food like the chicken burger and salmon entrees looked substantial

We have been at Flower & Wolf many times in the past month. The food is absolutely incredible and fresh. They serve one of the very best Cobb Salad that I've had anywhere. However, it seems that if F&W were to get busy there is nowhere near the numbers of staff as would be necessary.

First impressions, based on the decor signage and the menu that this was an adult contemporary restaurant. There were so many kids running around, being loud and disruptive. The seating has benches that are shared by multiple tables, so you can feel every movement. It won't be a restaurant that I visit again. Unfortunately, as the food and service were exceptional. I am hoping this is just due to the summer season. But, it was not a restaurant I will visit again.

Went here for a breakfast on a Sunday after staying the the attached hotel. There was a buffet but we decided to order off the menu. Service was slow to start, taking almost 20 mins to get coffee/tea and a pop. After finally placing our food order we waited almost an hour since we were seated for our food to arrive. This was ridiculous given it was a couple omelettes and a breakfast hash….Even more so since the restaurant was not that busy and many people were eating from the buffet. Hot water for the tea was not refilled either. The woman who I think was the manager brought us our food (and could tell we were frustrated) but did not bother to offer any sort of apology for the wait. Once the food arrived it was actually quite good, but not worth the hassle to ever return. Overall very disappointing dining experience.

We were allowed to choose our window table next to the beautiful outdoor patio & away from others. It had just rained or we would have sat outside. Joydeep was helpful & knowledgeable about the dishes and drinks. Fish & chips looked & tasted great. Burger was tasty but unimpressive. Thick-cut fries quickly became soft & cold. Strawberry shortcake was good but wished there were more dessert choices. Signature drinks lacked pizzazz.

We booked a table of 3 for mothers day brunch. It said on the website "come join us for mothers day brunch, reserve a table" so I clicked the link which brought me to open table. The only times available were 8am and 8:15am. I booked 8:15am and when we got there we were told brunch isn't available until 10am. It was disappointing that the restaurant didn't note this important detail on their website or any of the signage around the hotel. Even though it wasn't busy we struggled to get cream and sugar for our coffee. Service was mediocre. They seemed busy setting up the buffet that we couldnt have. The food was great though. My husband had the eggs Benedict and I had the brisket breakfast skillet. My son had pancakes. The place itself has a nice atmosphere but I doubt we will go back.

Food was tasty and reasonably priced. I wish the chicken sandwich wasn't so "wet" though - the bun disintegrated in my hands and I had a plate full of liquid, drowning my fries. I had to eat what was left with a knife and fork. Recipe needs improvement because it did taste great but I wouldn't order it again.
