    Love the salad bar - or whatever it's called. Ordered the lobster shrimp platter grilled and the lobster was not good. tasted frozen and lacked any good flavor. We left 3 large shrimp and most of the lobster. It was my birthday dinner and I saved up for this meal so I was very disappointed. Had to ask the servers to bring lamb and filet mignon as it was part of the service plan. Unfortunately, we got to try a bite of them as we were getting dessert.

    The servers where not five star quality staff. I was ask to pass down food and was served water with waiter hovering over me. Crossing my plate instead of walking to my left to serve. We had appetizers waited 15 min for later to get plates. Just over all low quality experience

    We got there for brunch as soon as they opened! Everything was perfect, not long waits for meat and whatever we preferred was brought around to us frequently! Cold bar was phenomenal, waffles were delicious, and the service was excellent!!

    For my first-time experience to celebrate my birthday, the space was crowded and the layout is not conducive to a comfortable flow, which made access to the buffet inconvenient and cumbersome. The table service was less than satisfactory as we waited an hour for our beverages. The server offered complimentary dessert for the extended wait on the beverages, but overall the quality of my experience was disappointing and not worth the cost, considering what I came to expect from what I’ve heard about the restaurant.

    We had our reservations with no problems. As soon as we were seated we were served. Even though it was busy our service was great. I took my boyfriend for his birthday and it was his first time there. He absolutely loved it!

    Not enough salt used to cook the meat. I am Brazilian and went to many Brazilian steakhouses in Brazil and the US. Never went to one that didn’t use enough salt on their meats. I asked for salt and they brought me very little packs of salt; the same used at McDonalds. Ambience is very nice, and staff is mostly helpful - just slow. I don’t intent to go back to either location in Atlanta and Dunwoody. Yes, I tried both and run to the same issues in both locations.

    Customer service is big for me. The appetizer plate was dirty so I asked for another one. She never came back. I waited patiently while the appetizer was getting cold. I brushed it off but when my drink was done and she still had not been back to check on us, that is when I became agitated. First time there and that left a bad taste with me. Food was excellent and the servers were the best.

    We’ve been going to this Fogo for years to celebrate birthdays in our family. Wow has it gone down hill. It made me think of an expensive golden coral. So overpriced for what you get now.

    We’ve been to fogo a ton of times and this is the first time we’ve been a little disappointed. Usually we get to try tons of different meat and last night we only got chicken and sirloin offered. It was busy but still never had that happen :/ lots of money for just chicken and sirloin.

    My husband and I have been coming here for years. We even had our rehearsal dinner here. My favorite meats are the filet, ribeye, picanha, and the Parmesan pork. I LOVE the grilled cheese with honey and the grilled pineapple with cinnamon. The cheese bread is to DIE for. I am also OBSESSED with the marinated giant white beans on the salad bar. The creme brûlée is the best I’ve ever had. The caipirinhas are delicious, as well. The service is not like at other restaurants, though. Sometimes you have to ask for the same thing multiple times from multiple different people, and sometimes it takes a while for you to get it. We have had mostly positive experiences, though. We will always go back.

    Unfortunately our previous experience was much better than the most recent one. It seemed a little less organized in how the food came out and the staff used to be a lot more friendly and happy about working there. Some of the food was way too salty. Value wasn’t there like before.

    I really thought it was a better restaurant but there was a lot of noise, you had to speak loudly to be able to talk with my family at the table, they serve you well but I don't like meat raw I have always liked medium well and they brought it to me saying that it was medium well which I did not like, I loved the sangria very much and the truth is that I had two glasses. When I arrived I had a reservation and in the front they treated me very dry and curt just because I am a Hispanic ethnicity being an American citizen, the super ugly treatment of the receptionists I went to another fogo the bye and the service was much better without a doubt I will not return again to this restaurant the worst, I really think it is very ugly that they treat you so curt and dry since you are the client and you are the one who is going to pay, they left me waiting at the door like I was stupid and other people arrived behind who had reservations but they arrived after me and they were seated first they left me standing waiting for more than 20 minutes it's unbelievably embarrassing

    I think we had a waiter in training this time, because the service was not as expected for an establishment of this caliber, but it was saved by another server who helped to pick up the service load. They offered us dessert after the check, we were unsure if it was going to be comp'ed or if they were doing that old trick to sneak in another charge. Not a terrible experience but not the anniversary dinner i was looking forward to. Will probably not return for anything special again.

    Very, very crowded. Our reservation was for 1 pm. Finally we’re seated around 1:25. The cold bar was not as good as it had been in the past. Because it was so crowded, it was very loud. Not easy to carry on an intimate conversation. Was very disappointed.

    We went on Mothers Day, so we knew it was going to be crowded, so yes we had to wait even with reservations. But the service was excellent, and the food was cooked to perfection. Even the manager was out helping the staff seat and wait on customers..We had a great day. Thank you!!!

    The food is absolutely delicious, and the gentlemen bringing around the meats were very attentive. But going Mothers Day was not my smartest move. Our reservation was for 6:30, but we didn’t get sat until 7:00. Because it was packed, we made just one trip to the salad and cheese bar. It wasn’t worth the effort to go twice. I will absolutely be returning, but maybe on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening.

    We had a 6:30pm reservation and was not seated until 7:09pm. It’s Mother’s Day and they overbooked causing massive delays. They killed our vibe. Had I not complained to the manger, we would still be waiting to be seated. Totally disappointed and saddened by this Mother’s Day experience.

    I've been to this location a few times. This was the busiest I've seen it; however that's to be expected because it was Mother's Day. The food was good (as always) and service was exceptional. The noise level was due to the holiday, normally the noise level is fine. I definitely recommend this location.

    Great experience only thing was the grilled shrimp was tuff which was $25 extra to check. We agreed to the extra price before receiving the shrimp. You can get them grill or as a cocktail. Definitely would come back.

    We went for my sons 21st Birthday and we had a wonderful time. It was very crowded, we had reservations but still had to wait 30min for a table which was a bummer. We were sat in a area with very large party tables around us and it was extremely loud we were a party of 5 surrounded by 2 tables that had 10+ ppl at them so that kinda took away from our experience we could hardly hold conversation with each other. The servers were attentive and the food was good as usual, this was the first time I had taken my kids (all over 21) to this restaurant and they loved it!

    Quintin and Erin were excellent. Friendly, attentive and a joy to dine in their section. The seats given were not ideal and in a section were high traffic so constant bumps etc. This was the only negative with our experience.

    We have eaten here before and had much better service. The gauchos took forever to come around with the meat and we never saw some of the selections. We were given small plates to eat our meat off of instead of the full size. We had to ask for the full size plates. One of us ordered the salmon and it was brought right away and not after our trip to the salad bar. This is just wrong! She should have been served when we were eating our meat selections.

    We had dinner recently at the Buckhead location, which is the original Atlanta location. I remember when I moved to Atlanta the place was one of the top restaurants. Now it was over booked and dated. The service was very attentive, but clearly incentivized to sell premium options and extras. The meats came around frequently which is the main part. And the gauchos serving them are still the real deal.

    Incredibly slow service for drinks or any other requests. Multiple periods of 15-20 minutes where no meat would be brought to the table despite green cards being displayed. Many of the more exotic cuts of meat from the menu also never made it to our table. Overall truly disappointing experience.

    We had a 6:30pm rez but didn’t get seated until 7:30pm. The tables around us were obnoxiously loud. We had to ask 3x for a drink refill before it was served 20 min later. The staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving us. Several meat selections were never presented until we saw them offered to our neighbor toward the end of our meal and we had to ask for them. Then it took forever to get the bill after asking for it. Really disappointed in this experience. As a 15 yr patron I may never be back. What happened to you Fogo de Chao? You used to be top notch.

    Not worth it. It's small and crowded. We had a reservation and still had to wait for 45 mins for a table. Food lacked salt. Texas de Brazil is much better.

    Our service was horrible. I had to ask the hostess for our waiter twice during dinner. The cuts of meat were not as numerous as my previous visit. I was disappointed in the overall experience.
