Attentive and fast service. Salad bar had a lot of variety
It was my second time coming here, so I was hoping for redo from my first visit. Food was just okay. Meat was flavorful but overcooked in my opinion. I payed a little over $500 for 6 people and could have had better food at my local longhorns for 1/2 the price. Service was excellent and the salad bar was good as well.

We had reservations at 6:15 and arrived a little early. Before we even got our drinks from the bar are name was called promptly at 6:15. Server was attentive and made sure the runners with the meat we wanted stopped by the table. The food never disappoints.
We went for my cousins birthday. I love Fogo, and it will continue to be one for my favorite restaurants. The best service in Atlanta.

Dining plates were dirty and gritty. Silverware also had residue. Had to request for new silverware twice. They reuse the green/red cards which is pretty gross not to mention unsanitary, especially during these COVID times.
Drinks and food no longer have the same quality/taste. Meat seemed bland. Limeade was watered down. Old limes used in my Caipirinha.
Service was not as it once was. I had to request refills a few times. I had to request server to remove dirty plates.

A place to visit once in a blue moon.Salad bar is great but one doesn’t go there for that. Meats quality is not as expected

I really didn’t like it , it wasn’t what I expected at all .. we stood about 10 to 15 mins without getting any meats by our table

My wife and I have dined at various Fogo locations for many years. I regret to share with you that currently at least at the Piedmont Road Atlanta location it is not up to Pre Pandemic levels. Thus use discretion when booking. We booked a party of four reservation for 7:30 PM and were not seated until nearly 8pm. Social distancing is not observed in any aspect whatsoever. The quality of and or preparation of some of the meat and poultry items was poor.ie Chicken over cooked and dried out, Meat tough and without taste or proper seasoning. Repetition of offering the same Sirloin item many times. Being told every time everything is a house speciality. When we sat down we asked for certain items ie Lamb Chops and Sausage. These were not served for nearly 30 minutes and only until I informed a manager. I must have asked 5 times before getting a manager. When asking for a clean plate the soiled plate was removed promptly however it was not replaced without the assistance of a manager. Staff needs much training. Not ready for prime time.

We had a reservation for dinner. Only had to wait about 10min to be seated. Apparently they have added a “tacky wedding type” tent to the back of the building so they walked us all the way back there to try to seat us and it had the feel of eating in a cafeteria. You would have to get your food up front at the salad bar and carry it back there. We had them sit us in the front of the restaurant. And when did they start allowing people in yoga pants and tee shirts, flip flops and baseball caps in at dinner. I guess no one cares about what they look like when going out to dinner any more.
Our team is saddened that you weren't impressed with your visit. It's our mission to provide our guests with five-star food and service, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to better meet your expectations.
Food was great but I have to give our best experience to the waiting staff. They were helpful and very patient. We would come again because of the wait staff.

We went on a date for lunch and the food was delicious! Although it didn't seem like as much meat options that we get for dinner.
I was very disappointed in Fogo de Chão. I have been to many other churrascarias in the past that were wonderful. Some of the meat tasted great, but most of it was shoe-leather over done despite our requests for rare to medium rare. They started a barrage of meat service while half of our table was at the salad bar. Once we returned we only were served a couple of pieces of meat despite us asking repeatedly for more. For the price, we should not have left hungry. I don’t know if we had a bad server, if it was a bad night or what, but it was a very poor representation of a wonderful Brazilian tradition. It was as if they wanted to load up our plates and then get us out of there. It also lacked authenticity because there are few to no Brazilian servers or staff. I will look for a Brazilian restaurant that seeks to provide an enjoyable dining experience. I don’t recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed the food! It was top notch. A little over the top for us, as we are not big eaters. The service was fantastic and the market table (salads, etc.) was great too. Would definitely return.

Even though we arrived late we were accommodated by the hostess. We did call ahead and everything worked out. The food was delicious. We did the 13 meat experience and I doubt we got through all that meat. I just had one plate because I was too full to go back. We enjoyed ourselves.
We come here OFTEN (like probably 6-8 times a year). This time the waiter service was terrible (never got the bread at all) and the meat servers, I only saw 2 walking around it was PACKED sunday afternoon. We waited and waited for any of the meat service. Only got 3 varieties that came by our table the entire 2 hours we were there. $300.00 for 4 people with food, drinks and dessert. Will probably try a different chain the next time we go. So disappointing.

Great experience with outstanding food.
We’re sat at the corner of the restaurant with very little attention and almost no type of meat brought around to that area. The waitress got stacked with 5+ other parties in her section that is seemed like all her attention went to them the majority of the time. Our dining experience stretched up to 2+ hours due to the lack of service.

My main issue was I was a party of 2 and the first thing I ordered was my drink which did not arrive until I was almost done with dinner, the waitress did apologize and stated the bar was backed up. She also was very busy and I did not see her much and my appetizer also came out mid. Dinner. Food was good just not the service.

Man, I am from Miami and I used to rave about Texas de Brazil being the best Brazilian steakhouse but this Fogo de Chao took the trophy. Food was excellent, servers were prompt and generous with portions, and the overall experience was awesome. Being that is was my anniversary, I was very grateful for the complementary dessert. I will definitely be back.
