    Food was just meh. Some of the items were you’re tasty but most was just unseasoned and greasy and over cooked. For 63.00 a person, it should be fabulous. Not a true salad bar…semi charcuterie board over cooked cold wilted lettuce. Nothing looked real fresh. My kids wanted to go, they thought it was awesome…hopefully their taste improves. It was 500 for 6…no alcohol

    Had to wait 45 minutes before we were seated. No plates were brought for a while. Bottled water brought out was warm, and did not have an accompanying glass. Food was slow, and then suddenly they were pushy to find out what we wanted to eat to get us out of there after very slow rotations. It seemed like half the staff was inexperienced and the other half experienced. When doing holidays, would recommend the restaurant book fewer people or better train their new wait staff. Food was delicious though.

    New location feels very different but mostly nice though it was awkward at first to sit right by the window where there was a group of guys waiting on their vehicles from valet. But then it became interesting to people watch. Our waitress was awesome, wish I knew her name but she had a lot of facial piercings and was very personable and we even talked about my pepper plants! She helped make my bloody mary a little less spicy which I appreciated. Salad bar was good...though I wish they had some crackers or pitas for the various cheeses and dips. I honestly enjoyed the salad bar more than the meat. The bathrooms though...disgusting. The floor was sticky and slippery, the trash can in the one I used was turned so everyone was just throwing their paper towels on the floor. I am not a fan of shared bathrooms for male and females but not sure who could be blamed anyway. The bathrooms at the old location were always clean. And the door swings violently...an employee busted in as I was going out and I almost got hit by the door. At least he said excuse me or something. Either way, they need someone to be checking on it.

    We made reservations for 8:45pm for a surprise birthday party. Our table took 30 minutes to be ready. I had a party of 10 and the host did very little to accommodate us during the wait. The host staff wasn’t as hospitable informing us to wait by the bar then finally directing us to an area more suitable for our large party. It was difficult to get meat selection even with our cards turned up. Many dishes walked past us and we had to ask to be served. Maybe the staff was overwhelmed. This wasn’t a pleasant experience. But it may have just been a bad day.

    The Gaucho’s were at our table within a few seconds of flipping over our cards from red to green, and they didn’t stop coming until we flipped them back to red. We actually laughed at each other and said we needed to flip them to red for a minute so we could catch up! The entire experience was top notch, the food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. Would definitely recommend to friends.

    The whole restaurant smelled like sewer. There was a horrid smell coming from the restroom area. The salad bar was scarce and the food that was available on the bar looked old. I enjoyed our waitress but that is truly it.

     I have wanted to go here for a long time…The food was mediocre. I wouldn’t say that the cuts of meat were high quality. Not bad, but definitely not 5 star. It runs about $160 with tip for two people and for that price go get a Wagyu steak:-) that being said, the waitress and servers were very kind and helpful.

    We had a party of 12. They rushed us through to the point where we had finished eating before receiving drinks that were ordered on arrival. Bottles of beer did not arrive until after we were done eating.

    The blonde waitress was really bad. She spent way too much time talking to other tables and totally neglected us. I actually had to get up and order a second round of drinks from the bar because ours were empty for over 30 mins. She didn’t come back to our table at all after that.

    The restaurant has been moved to a location that is extremely difficult to find parking or even the valet section. It also has no entry area and our section had lots of people waiting nearby that were pretty loud.

    Service and Market Table were excellent, meat was very good, but not enough variety to be excellent. The sides were good, but not served or presented well - we were not even sure what they were.

    We have been going to Fogo de Chao for years and this will be our last visit. We got looked over and the hostess was scrolling her phone and ignoring us while we waited to check in for our reservation. While we had green cards facing up, we got passed by multiple times for bigger parties. The salad bar was picked over and nothing was labeled correctly or at all in some cases. Very disappointing.

    Above and beyond service! my fiancé and i had an amazing time last night and our server had a huge party he was serving for f1 and still was able to give us an amazing dining experience! 10/10 could recommend he made our celebration 10x more special!

    The soup was fantastic! The wine absolutely delicious and the crème brûlée cheesecake is hands down the best dessert Fogo has done! It was just a little loud with the music so hard to hear the wine presenter. The filet mignon always good. Loved that the manager remembers me from other events.
