   The service was terrible. They took forever to bring over the table sides. We barely got any meat they took about 20min in between each meat serving. I was highly disappointed with them this time.

   Santa was AMAZING. I went for my graduation dinner & she was nothing but excellent. She frequently came to check on us, refill drinks, and made sure I had a wonderful celebration. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Santa, she will take care of you!!!!

   Their website clearly says they cater for vegetarians and vegans but alas there were hot options for vegans/vegetarians. The waiters also thought Parmesan cheese was suitable. Service was poor. Drinks never arrived. Not a lot of meat for a meat buffet.

   I am not ever one to complain about prices ( very high here) but the food was literally the worst meal I have ever had in Boston. Service was horrible. Meat over cooked. Nobody even took our order as we had hoped to order seafood apps but tired of waiting. Moved on to salad bar. Large and horrible. Just no reason to ever tell a friend to dine here. Must all be convention business that doesnt know better

   The food was really good and we had a good time, but the service was really not on point. Our server never came back to our table to offer another round of drinks and we would have to wave her down to request anything we needed. Everything else was great.

    Our server never smiled or really checked on us. The buss boy was more helpful. The people behind me were loud w kids running all over the place. We never got to try all the meats bc they just weren’t coming over. And the few times we did get meat it was fatty. Was wondering why there wasn’t any Brazilian music playing either.

    We went for the special wine and wagu beef tasting. The staff were all very friendly and made sure we had a great time, specially the manager, she made sure to come to our table and check that that we were pleased with everything. The food was amazing like I would expect from any Fogo De Chao. I would definitely come again! Thank you for making our night very special 😊

The sophisticated interior design, complete with tasteful lighting and contemporary decor, created a cozy ambience that made us feel right at home. As we settled into our table, we were eager to explore the extensive menu offerings. Fogo de Chão is well-known for its "churrasco" style of cooking, which involves roasting meats over an open flame. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the array of succulent meats, including tender cuts of filet mignon, juicy ribeye, and flavorful lamb chops. Each selection was cooked to perfection, seasoned just right, and carved tableside by skilled gauchos.     Quality of food was fantastic - hands down the best part. Bummed there wasn’t many dessert options included in the buffet experience. Also the temperature of the restaurant was a little too hot. Tables are placed really close together so while you’re eating lots of meat, the last thing you want to be doing is sweating in your seat.

    The food wasn’t that good they barely came to the table and when they did they only had a couple pieces of meat stick I have been there a good  amount of times. And I this time I went for my birthday. With 4 other friends. And I was talking highly about this place for months with them and I went there with them and they made my a lair

    Very reasonable prices for glasses of South American wines and buffet. Once you add in the Churrasco, the price at least doubles but is worth it if you are very hungry and can eat a lot. Service is very attentive and pleasant. The energy is a little bit like being in the midst of a open air market with lots of noise and puffy-panted waiters with Churrasco rushing around (I often felt like I would get knocked over if I wasn't paying attention).

    We did not expect this place to be still packed at after 21:00 on a Saturday night. I guess that affected the speed of the service a bit - on the drink side only. It is a bit pricy; however, one should not be surprised since this is in the heart of Boston, inside the Westin hotel and the various meat was indeed tasty and the big variety of fruits and vegetables were very fresh.

    Worst dining experience! More so when I chose the place to celebrate my husband’s landmark birthday. Our waiter Jimmy was a racist that provided no service while checking all the time on all other tables round us. We stayed without food we had asked and drinks for over 30 mins. This is even as he knew we were there to celebrate. His attitude from the start was cold and distant. The manager apologized when we spoke to him but I will NEVER return to that restaurant.

    We liked this Boston location but preferred others we had been to previously. The service was very good as was the food. I wish there were signs on the Market Table so that you knew what some of the less obvious items were. Things feel a little rushed when you get there and not a lot of good explanations from staff about the options - they assume everyone is there for the full Churrasco dinner so you have to actually look up the menu on your phone if you want to look at other options.     Outstanding experience. We were three vegetarians who had PLENTY to enjoy. And, the meat eater was in HEAVEN. Note: it wasn't clear how the menu worked. That is: everyone has access to the buffet (which is far better than it sounds . . . tons of cheeses/meats/vegetables, etc). If that's all you have, it's under $30/person. (We thought going in that we'd order vegetarian entrees, but wound up having plenty to choose from at the buffet.) If you wish to order beyond that, there are multiple entrees (meat and vegetarian). If you order an entree, you have access to the buffet and then you have the entree, so arrive hungry! The place is loud, but not impossibly so. The food is just outstanding. GREAT for a larger group.

    New waiter was horrible. Sat down. Took our drink order. Went to salad bar. Sat. Are all my salad and started getting my meat before i even got my drink. Took 45 minutes to get a mojito and a glass of Prosecco. And my mojito came out first. Unreal. He didn’t even check on us. Girl training him was phenomenal though as she picked up his slack.

    The gauchos were good at stopping at our table. The servers could be a bit more attentive as we had to wave them down for water several times. We also waited a long time to get our check. We had looked at the online menu ahead of our visit, and were looking forward to having filet mignon. We were disappointed when they said filet was not being served; we felt a bit mislead by the online menu for the restaurant.

    By the time any of the steak got to us it was just the scraps. Seems like they weren’t making enough for the amount of people in the restaurant.

    We were celebrating my son’s birthday. Table service for drinks was very slow, and barely any quality meats made it to our table. When they did an excuse was made to need to go back to the kitchen and return, but no one would return. I have had a wonderful experience here years ago, so this experience was extremely disappointing and not anywhere near worth the price.
