Food and service were fantastic!
I've been to the Fogo de Chao location in Buckhead numerous times so I was a bit disappointed to see me and my Fiance constantly being watched over as if we were going to dine and dash. The food was good, but the service alone made it a memorable experience that will not allow me to return to that specific location. If I decide to eat at Fogo de Chao again, it will be at the location in Buckhead.
We strive to offer phenomenal service to each guest, and it's disheartening to learn we fell short for you. Your comments will be discussed with our team, and we hope you'll give us another chance to better meet your expectations.

Great place for Dinner
We had to beg for filet and ribeye twice, around 40 mins into the meal we finally got it. Service kept trying to push us out with tons of tables empty. At $480 bill you shouldn’t be rushed. Food was subpar at best - best to just got to a real steakhouse

Birthday dinner for our son’s girlfriend. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
We were sorely disappointed as I have been to Fogo de Chao in Brazil and this was a pale comparison. The food was ok, the salad bar was nothing to rave about but where they fell completely off the mark was the service.
We constantly had to look for a waiter or waitress, the servers with the meat would come to the table serve one person and walk away before anyone else had a chance to ask for meat, the quality of the food was ok, the sides were served one on top of the other in small plates, the pao de queijo (little cheesbreads) that are a staple of Brazilian restaurants werr overcooked and cold...so not overly impressed. There are many other restaurants in Atlanta where I can spend $500 and get much better food and certainly much better service.
We understand your disappointment, as we know our guests expect their Fogo de Chão experience to be filled with delicious meals. We should always be delivering top-notch, memorable experiences, so we hope we can encourage you to give us another try in the future. Thank you.

We went for Thanksgiving lunch. Been to Fogo many times and knew that it won’t disappoint and indeed it was a great experience. Good, service, ambiance were great.

Service was slow and meat was over cooked. Waited on meat for 35 min and only had a choice of 4 cut selections. Very disappointed because we have been going here for 20 years between different locations.

We've been to this particular Fogo several times. Prices have jumped quite a bit since the last time we visited, but that's to be expected considering the skyrocketing price of meat. However, the food didn't taste quite as good as it used to. There seems to be A LOT of salt used. Aside from that, the experience was wonderful, and we'll still continue to visit.
Food was delicious. But service lacked a little. No water refill. No waiter would stop by table. But I left 25% tip because the meat servers were outstanding.
It’s a chain and it shows. But the food is good. The table was ready with the reservation and the staff was attentive. It was pretty crowded, and hard to hold a conversation at that noise level.
Meats were unfortunately too burnt or too uncooked during the time we went.

Cold mashed potatoes?… we asked for a second portion and they brought it out but they were barely worm. Food needs to be HOT!
The service was so-so and the food quality is not what it used to be. Still satisfied as I got what I was looking for. Just some suggestions moving forward on the service and food quality.

Meat quality doesn’t seem as good as it used to be. Some of the cuts were a little tough this visit.

Poor customer service! My table had to ask several times to remove plates from the table, to receive different cuts of meat, and refilling of beverages. Unfortunately, we will not be dining at this location in the future!

Great experience overall. First time trying waygu beef, which was an incredible treat. The menu said that the lobster/shrimp cold plate included ‘2 lobster claws’, our app did not contain these. The management was great and took care of that inconvenience. We left full and happy.
Celebrated a birthday and everything was fantastic!
It was a full night, even with a reservation we still had to wait for a table, which was no problem as we can clearly see how busy the restaurant was. Food overall was great and the service was outstanding. We were having a conversation about which meat to try and a member of the staff happen to walk by and heard the conversation and asked if we wanted to have that meat brought to our table. Within a few moments there it was. Absolutely delicious food and outstanding service all in one
The experience and service were great, however, the meat selection seemed a little lean. Not the selection we have had in the past. Flavor was hit and miss with the items we did select. Soooooo food was sub par.
Not very many “meat-waiters” going around for as crowded as the dining room was. Also, not much variety on the meats being offered.

👌🏾 everything was good. Wife had a great time so all that really matters. Felt a little stingy with the ribeye and filet options coming around unlike my experience at the Minneapolis location. I’ll try the Buckhead location next time. But overall still a good night out.

I brought my family here on Sunday. We had to BEG for meat to be brought to our table. We waited for 30 full minutes at one point to receive meat. Not one server came by during that time and our cards were flipped to green. They finally brought chicken legs, sausage and ribs. No beef to speak of. $150 plus a $30 tip spent and we mostly ate the salad bar. I am hurt and disappointed by the lack of service we received. Save your money, go to Capital Grille and order the cut of meat you really want. We won’t be back again.

Our party of four was greeted and seated at the time of our reservation. The salad bar was okay. A lot of cold foods that would have been better warm. The ambiance was nice. Alcoholic beverages were refilled but not water. If there was something you liked, that protein is likely not coming back to your table - even when requested. We were not offered dessert and it seemed they wanted us to leave quickly. The food was delicious.
They did not remember any of the details of the reservation I had indicated when booked through open table. The hostess(es) were very disorganized and could not make decisions to enable a smooth seating.
The service staff made up for it! Not sure why there was a snafu with our reservation.
It took away the joy of a birthday celebration, that I was really looking forward to.
