   Service was extremely poor. The entrees took 45 minutes and then two entrees were forgotten. Drinks took a long time, sodas came after the drinks. Salt and pepper were put on the table once we were done with dinner. I don’t think we’ll be back.

   Overall subpar experience..food was not to the quality we were expecting based on the $$$ charged. Had party of 5 but charged for 6. Also, dinner starts at 2:00 so beware.

   Overall it was fine. Our family usually dines at Nabrasa in Horsham but we wanted to try something new. We were our celebrating our sons bday and he chose the restaurant. Service was good. Servers were very attentive and polite. Salad bar was lackluster. Meat options were good but we had to ask for specific options. Same servers keep coming around with the same options. Kind of disappointing. We’ll stick to our local tried and true Brazilian steakhouse options in the future.

   Great food though many of the meats were pretty fatty. Service was uneven. Bar drinks took a while and servers were not that attentive until all of a sudden they became too attentive. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and they made no mention of it, even though it was in the OpenTable reservation. Brought check without asking if we wanted dessert and seemed inconvenienced when we asked to see a dessert menu.

   Food is fantastic all the servers are very polite and attentive we like the king of prussia fogo not having to go into center city philly. The gaucho chefs are amazing one in particular named Ivanir. He's the funniest and wonderful gaucho. He obviously enjoys his job and teasing laughing with you; trying to stuff me with too much meat. We always look for him when we go in and know we will have a wonderful experience. Dessert I highly recommend the creme brulee. I don't like egg custard or vanilla but every time I order the creme brulee and find myself scraping out the dish. It is amazing. It's well worth the money because it is a little more pricey we try to go for special occasions but definitely worth the money. Thanks for making our anniversary dinner an awesome one

   Great place for a family or business get together! We love the lunch buffet experience, food has great quality and variety! As well as the meat is excellent! We went a few times and service has not always been great and attentive, they could surely improve on this.

   Really enjoyed our dinner here. The ambience was nice and the food was very good. The salad bar was smaller than we expected, having been to other Fogo de Chao locations, but still had a decent selection of items. Overall my family had a very nice experience here. My disappointment however was in the wait staff. We had a couple of different girls serve us, so it wasn't clear who our actual waitress was, and any time we ordered anything it seemed like a bother to them. We ordered drinks and had to ask for them after it took a long time to actually receive them... based on the ice, they had been sitting at the bar. At the end we asked if they had desert and answer was "yes"... had to ask if it's available somewhere or if there is a menu and answer was "menu"... after a long pause she said "did you want one?". These were honestly the only two things we asked the entire time, so were not problem customers. It was just clear that the staff has a bit of an attitude in general.

    Came for lunch with my family and best friend. Food is still good. My best friend and I share the exact same birthday and came here to celebrate. My family asked about dessert for the two of us, and we were told they would not give two complimentary desserts. It was very disappointing that both of us could not celebrate together. If they needed to see our ID's we would have shown to prove we both were born on the same date. Very disheartening that they would force us to only celebrate one birthday. Not only that, but they brought one dessert with happy birthday written on the plate. Very disrespectful. For the amount of money you spend at this restaurant, you would think this wouldn't be a problem. We will not be returning next year to celebrate.

    We visited for our anniversary and it was quite a treat! The Market Table was particularly outstanding, and if you like a variety of meats, the full experience is a must. We went for brunch, which was much friendlier than dinner for the pocketbook and did not leave hungry. Great atmosphere and kind staff.

    Fogo de Chao is one of our family favorites. We have celebrated so many occasions in this location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the food is excellent and the manager go above and beyond any possible expectations to make your stay wonderful. I highly recommend it!

    We have always wanted to try this restaurant. It was terrible. The service was awful - staff seemed annoyed to be there. The food was terrible - steak and meats were like rubber. Also, felt rushed the entire time. Would never go back again

    Wonderful food (it keeps coming which is wonderful!), amazing restaurant. Will definitely be back many times. While we all absolutely loved the CHURRASCO experience (highly recommend), the seafood fans in our group were just "wowed" by the seafood tower - just a magnificent presentation, and really makes the table feel like they're having a special experience. Can be a little difficult to get drink refills since the staff are focused on delivering food constantly, but all in all a wonderful place.

    We have been going to Fogo for years! We’ve gone to Philly, Baltimore, Orlando, and King of Prussia. I have to say this visit was the worst one yet! They were very busy so I will give them credit for that and what food we did get was very good. However, for the amount of money that we pay, it’s unbelievable how little we ate! Nobody came over to check on us. I had to call the manager over myself to ask for refills. Our server had a terrible Attitude and didn’t ask us if we were waiting for anything specific, which, every Fogo we have ever been to has done that! Thank God we had two $25 off coupons otherwise it would have been a very expensive meal for basically nothing. My husband likes the chicken and pork but I do not. I only go there for the red meat. And in the first 45 minutes to an hour I literally had one piece of red meat. I filled up on cheese biscuits and a salad bar! We will definitely be thinking twice before going back to this location

    Fogo is always a wonderful place! While our reservation was for 3:45pm, the place was packed and very energetic! And, while so busy, our server always managed to make sure we were ok and that we had a clean plate! The food is seasoned to perfection and always served hot! I would love to know how many steps the servers get in on any given day because they were moving around very quickly to make sure everyone was being served in a timely fashion and also that they received what they asked for. We were not celebrating anything special, Fogo always make you feel special!

    We asked to be seated at a larger table since we were a party of 6 and was told no. I also called to have a coupon applied to the reservation, it wasn't. The food was just ok, nothing to write home about. We had been there before a few times and this was the worst. Not going back.

    I've normally had fantastic experience here, but this time was lacking. Only had 3 cuts of meat brought around. They were overcooked. The picanha is my favorite with the fat layer and crust and there was none. The filet was overcooked. They came by to offer a drink refill, but otherwise no one checked to see if we wanted other cuts or more sides or a clean plate. We didn't get the small side plate. It just was very disappointing for the cost to not have the same experience. And this was for my birthday and also my dates first time. It left a lot to be desired.

    The good: Alejandro is, very possibly, the best server I’ve encountered at any restaurant around the world in recent memory. He’s professional, engaging & friendly, animated, remembers customers & details, thoughtful & accommodating - he’s 5 stars all the way…he could work in ANY restaurant and be a star. The bad: Alejandro wasn’t our server. I don’t even know who was, but they were embarrassingly bad. Alejandro had tables NEAR ours and recognized us, and long story short: saw that we were experiencing service failures, and stepped in to try and save our experience from being downright awful. Especially as a celebration for my 40th birthday at what was one of our favorite restaurants. The food was excellent, and a few of the gauchos were engaging and funny. Other than Alejandro…the service was just so poor that I’m considering not returning. Did not see any leadership/management on the floor even after asking by name. No one checked on us. No one acknowledged our repeat business or my birthday. The table was left dirty. The Coke was flat…out of a bottle, somehow? The molten lava cake was served….ice cold. *No one cared* except for Alejandro. Restaurant leadership should elevate Alejandro in whatever way he wants; I’d suggest that he train and then weed out the poor performers. Or, he should go elsewhere. I hope that attention is properly paid to the service on the floor and that corrections are swiftly made. Until then, we will not return.
