   We were there to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We were ignored by our host server most of the evening, never asked about wanting drinks, and were promised complimentary desserts for our birthday girls that never came. Ended up sitting for quite a while without being checked on or having plates cleared and finally had to basically wave down someone so we could get our check. I know it was a busy night, but it was disappointing bringing people there for the first time to be treated like that on their special day.

   Some of the men bringing food to tables ignored the green chip. I watched them look down and continued to walk passed me. The noise level was high. I could barely hear my fiance across from me

   We had a large party of 15 and the staff took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and and there was never a moment that someone wasn’t t the table asking if we wanted more.

   It was a nice experience. Too much food . Wish they had a smaller portion option so I can go more frequently. Such as an option to try only 4 meats and that’s it for lower price . Since that’s all I can eat but pay for all you eat meat . I like the option for salad bar only but would like to atleast try 1 or 2 meats with that option.

   Food was great. Salad bar was fresh, well attended and constantly replenished. The meats were constantly being served in a variety of temperatures. When we had special temperature requests or needed certain meats/desserts brought by, the response was swift. Special shout out to our server Bailey who was super fantastic, attentive, and responsive. I don’t normally see that level of service unless it’s a full-service traditional plate by order restaurant. I hope to return soon.

    We were in Vegas for The Home Depot SMM, so there were 12 of us, and everyone enjoyed the experience. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the service was prompt and friendly. Thank you for a fun evening.

    I had high expectations visiting this location right next to the strip in downtown Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my experience left me wishing I had gone elsewhere. I’ve been to many brazilian steakhouses and this location lacked the quality and value I’ve felt from other brands and locations. The meat selection was lacking, some cuts only coming around one time during our 1.5 hour dining experience, and some not coming to our table at all. From the beginning, everything felt like an upsell from the staff (not a fault of theirs, I’m sure). After flaunting their “huge and extensive wine cellar”, the brand I requested (which happened to be a happy hour deal) was all of a sudden not available. Then the next wine I chose was also not available. Only the top-middle shelf offerings seemed to be available while we were there. Would not go back and feel the value and quality for the price can be found elsewhere.

    They didn’t honour our reservation, we booked for 8:15 pm and they let us wait for more than 40 minutes!! Very disappointed !! Other than that our waitress was very nice

    They charged us for a $60 bottle of wine that we didn’t have (we don’t drink) and refused to give us a refund since I didn’t notice the charge until we got to the hotel. The girl on the phone said “too bad, you should have said something when you were at the restaurant”. Horrible guest experience.

    Place was very very crowded. Last time we came it was more of an intimate place. This was chaos and not like last time. That being said, service was great and food was good.

    *busy con expo day* Reservation for 9:15 was sat at 10 PM- they really started slowing down the food service and not many meats were available and the cheese was “done for the day”. Food was delicious and servers were nice, although they did not give us an estimate for when we would be able to sit… would definitely come back on a less busy day. Also had indicated it was a birthday celebration on our reservation and there was no mention of that.

    Waited 50 minutes after reservation to be seated. Sat so close together that the dinner was terribly uncomfortable. Too tight for food to be served around us. Terrible experience.

    Food was actually really good, and plenty of it. But check in was terrible, I booked for a group, paid $500, saw them beforehand but at check in, which was a scrum, was told we had to wait, couldn’t go to the bar and had to wait 45 minutes for table. Not good. After finally being seated the food and service was very good. The staff on the ground really tried, but front desk allowed the place to be well overbooked. I won’t be going back…
