   I had high expectations visiting this location right next to the strip in downtown Las Vegas. Unfortunately, my experience left me wishing I had gone elsewhere. I’ve been to many brazilian steakhouses and this location lacked the quality and value I’ve felt from other brands and locations. The meat selection was lacking, some cuts only coming around one time during our 1.5 hour dining experience, and some not coming to our table at all. From the beginning, everything felt like an upsell from the staff (not a fault of theirs, I’m sure). After flaunting their “huge and extensive wine cellar”, the brand I requested (which happened to be a happy hour deal) was all of a sudden not available. Then the next wine I chose was also not available. Only the top-middle shelf offerings seemed to be available while we were there. Would not go back and feel the value and quality for the price can be found elsewhere.

   They didn’t honour our reservation, we booked for 8:15 pm and they let us wait for more than 40 minutes!! Very disappointed !! Other than that our waitress was very nice

   They charged us for a $60 bottle of wine that we didn’t have (we don’t drink) and refused to give us a refund since I didn’t notice the charge until we got to the hotel. The girl on the phone said “too bad, you should have said something when you were at the restaurant”. Horrible guest experience.

   Place was very very crowded. Last time we came it was more of an intimate place. This was chaos and not like last time. That being said, service was great and food was good.

    *busy con expo day* Reservation for 9:15 was sat at 10 PM- they really started slowing down the food service and not many meats were available and the cheese was “done for the day”. Food was delicious and servers were nice, although they did not give us an estimate for when we would be able to sit… would definitely come back on a less busy day. Also had indicated it was a birthday celebration on our reservation and there was no mention of that.

    Waited 50 minutes after reservation to be seated. Sat so close together that the dinner was terribly uncomfortable. Too tight for food to be served around us. Terrible experience.

    Food was actually really good, and plenty of it. But check in was terrible, I booked for a group, paid $500, saw them beforehand but at check in, which was a scrum, was told we had to wait, couldn’t go to the bar and had to wait 45 minutes for table. Not good. After finally being seated the food and service was very good. The staff on the ground really tried, but front desk allowed the place to be well overbooked. I won’t be going back…

    It was average. The food on the bar didn’t look appetizing Service was slow at the end so several guests left before dessert was actually served. One server for 20 people wasn’t enough

    Very good place - wonderful for selections with always perfectly cooked meats to select from while dining in this Brazilian style restaurant. Don’t be fooled by the many (seemingly easily accessed and offered drink, food and other) carts that come by your table. These items are delicious l, but you will have them appear on your final bill as extra/add-ins that total up quickly. Your bill will easily be double what you thought you might be paying.

    Waiter kept bringing water without us asking, we did not realize that the water was for charge until we got our bill at the end. They also brought our bill out as a group bill and we’re upset that we wanted to split the bills up into our parties.

    It was my husband’s bday and they put us were they had all the convention people at in a room where some meats would barely go to. It was very crowded and super loud. I asked for a table for two kind of away from the noise but instead they put us all the way with the convention people. The first time I went with my friend it was perfect. But the second time it was quite disappointing

    Enjoyed it so much we went back a second time on our trip. We liked that they welcomed kids as we have a 7 year old. Also loved it for him because he got to try things without worrying if he’d like it or not. Staff was very friendly both times around and always made sure we had whatever we needed. Their cocktails were amazing and made there in front of you. The pineapple juice cocktail special was delicious.
