   I had a reservation for 7:30 and didn’t get seated till 8:10, it was embarrassing and frustrating for me and my business associates as we all are fasting due to Ramadan and planned the reservation for 7:30 to breakfast, but had to wait an additional 40 minutes.

   We’ve been to Fogo several times before but tonight was the worst for service. The restaurant was busy which is expected for a Saturday night but there was very limited meats available. Certain meats like the picanha would come around every 15 mins or so but we had to ask for pork ribs, fried cheese and grilled pineapple several times only to have it come once in 2.5 hours and then when it got to the table there was not enough for the whole table. I never got to eat the pineapple since I gave my slice to my kid. The food is still good when you can get it but the whole experience is not on par with past experiences and the new increase prices.

   Been here before but this time it was a horrible experience. First off the place was packed. They have the tables so close together here you can hardly move. On the way to our table we saw 2 separate servers trays get hit because it was so crammed that they both spilt the drinks they were carrying. Because our tables we so crammed every time someone walked by they would hit our chairs. This happened a lot because the servers and meat carvers would come by as well hitting or kicking our seats. We ended up leaving before we were done because the experience was so poor. I would not recommend this place is your looking for a nice place to go out to eat and enjoy your meal. It was hectic and not a pleasant experience.

   We love the food but the service has never been great. We had trouble getting refills on our drinks and we finished our dinner over an hour before we received our check. Nobody even stopped to clear out plates even though we were clearly done. We keep going for the food but for the price we are paying, we shouldn’t have to wait an hour for someone to give us a refill on water.

   Great food but very slow service about fifteen minutes between meat passings. Salad bar was sloppy. Waiter never came and my table and those around us had to flag down random workers for checks and drinks.

   Posting because of the bad reviews. It all depends what you are anticipating. If you want a fast meal experience don't go there. If you want a great meal experience over a period of time than it's the place to go. Our service was excellent for how busy they are. The variety of items available is exceptional. The knowledge of the staff is great.If you feel comfortable bashing your experience get a job there and see what the staff is required to do. I highly recommend the dining experience!

    We have attended Fogo more then once, why do we keep going back? Because they never disappoint. Took my two adult sons out for lunch and knew we would have a wonderful time. The chicken yesterday was absolutely fantastic; yes the chicken. Never had a bad piece of picanha. The lamb steak was better then the lamb chops. Service was top shelf as always.

    Went here for a birthday dinner before the Teolves game as a family. Food was good but the service was completely lacking. We had to flag someone down for drinks, refills, plate exchange - we didn’t even get plates, so I walked up and grabbed clean, fresh ones from the salad bar area myself. Walked to the bar to get our drinks refilled as 3 ppl took our drink refill orders yet no one ever returned with the refills? So I walked over and asked the bartender myself. Then time for the check? I asked and asked and finally went and stood by the micros machine and some random person checked me out as again no one came back with a check. And the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned in a couple days, sorry to say dirty, the garbages over full - soap missing - just not ok for this establishment honestly. We’ve always had wonderful service however last nights was one that would make it difficult to spend that amount of money with the lacking service attention.

    I overall enjoyed my visit here. The service was sort of slow. We sat for about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to our table to wait us. However after the initial waiting things moved pretty quickly. Pretty busy night so the tables were very close together and a large number of people. However, this was my first visit here so not sure if that’s how it usually is. The food was amazing, seasoned well. I would definitely visit again.

    We went during a time we thought would be more quiet and I have never seen it busier. Our table was forgotten frequently. After almost 2 hours when we were awaiting the bill, we saw a number of proteins that hadn't been brought around to us at all. And never saw pineapple. The market pantry had a number of selections empty when I went through (which was after standing in a line that snaked through the entire main dining room. The food that we got was excellent, and I was so happy they had rare and medium rare. Desserts and drinks were great. It was very loud and the tables were crowded. Our table had so much of a wobble that our drinks kept spilling. The bar staff were great, and the staff over all were pleasant, but just not as attentive as I hoped. For the price we paid, I was disappointed based on all the above. I will try it again, but if the experience is the same as this one instead of previous trips, I won't try again.

    6 person family Birthday dinner for adult son. Mentioned that in the reservation but it was never acknowledged by the staff or servers. We had 4 servers for our table, plus 1 more selling shots. Each offering help for different things but in the end no one knew what was going on. Waited a very long time for meat service. Had to ask for it twice before getting served. Then only half of the options available ever came by. Wondering if that was because of our table placement (in corner) but that shouldn’t have mattered. The tables don’t move. There’s always people at those tables. End of the night we asked for two separate bills. Took multiple Q&A sessions and two servers to provide the bill and of course it was wrong and included extra charges. (Extra charges happened the last time we were there too. Concerned to see a pattern developing.) Waited again for the errors to be resolved. Became a long night of waiting for less than stellar service. Disappointing. No one at our table is excited to return.

    Too many tables crammed in restaurant too close together. Not enough room to walk between chairs to get back to your table. A very claustrophobic feeling. Meat service was slow and did not feel that we received enough meat which is the reason people go there. Servers were struggling to stay on top of things. Probably won’t be back.

    This was my first time here and I must say the food was delicious. The place was mobbed due to a woman's college basketball game. And service was a tad slow due to the crowd. Would I go back? Absolutely! Overall very pleased with the place.

    Enjoyed our dinner after a show at the Orpheum last night. The food was excellent and the staff was top notch. Sam, Sheldon, Rod and Zara, made our experience memorable and ensured our needs were met. We haven’t been to Fogo in such a long time. It’s good to see that the quality of this great establishment hasn’t changed.

    Service was sub par. Had to ask multiple times for the gaucho to come over. They were very sparse. Did not even get offered all of the possible meat options. First time I have ever left a Brazilian steakhouse not full.

    Terrible. No service, meat lost its quality, not enough meat walking around, so many missed opportunities with the servers. The table near us even got up and left without paying because of the lack of service.

    Sadly we say right where the gauchos and support staff come in and out of the kitchen, so all we heard throughout dinner was "corner", "corner", "corner" as the workers came in and out of the kitchen area. For a 3:45 pm reservation with literally 100+ tables available, one would of thought they would have sat us anywhere else in the restaurant.

    It’s was ok the food wasn't to die for and it was frustrating how open and many tables there were. I also ordered a dessert for my birthday and we waited 20 mins for them to tell us they didn’t have it and then another 20 just to get cheesecake to go. Plus we had like 5 servers come up to us and none of them had any idea if we’d been helped. It definitely wasn’t worth the drive.

    First, the food was amazing. Things break down at service. We didn't see our server again for the rest of the night. The promised bread never got to the table, and we never got asked about refills on our drinks except water. The servers handing water were great. The meat service was spotty at best. Our table actually got skipped several times, and we sort of felt we fell into a blackhole. Apparently, the table next to us was feeling the same way and left upset. We eventually flagged down someone to attempt to order dessert and again to get our check. We were there for an hour and forty-five minutes, but we could have been out in an hour and freed up our table if we actually had a server.

    They do not honor any of your very simple special requests. They need to revamp their seating and reconsider seating guests near bussing stations or any center tables with paths to the salad bar. During my entire meal our table and our chairs were constantly being knocked into by staff and other guests. This happened even after I kindly requested to be seated AWAY from high traffic areas.

    Took about 20 minutes to be seated even though we had a reservation, then about another 15 minutes to be greeted by server after my girlfriend flagged someone down, being our first time here the food was good and love the concept, however felt really over crowded, towards the end we had to Flag someone down again to get refills on drinks. I am aware it was Valentine’s Day and it’s a busy night but it keeps bugging me knowing it took so long for us to get acknowledged, and after the table next to us got sat they immediately were greeted by the same server.

    Valentine’s Day at fogo is definitely PACKED! Had a reservation and still stood in line for 15 minutes to get our table. Tables were DIRECTLY next to eachother with minimal walking room. We did get a free meal voucher.
