   We came here for our anniversary. Worst decision ever. This was our second time dining here, the first time was amazing. This time it was horrible. The service was slow and our waitress only came once. ONCE! The food came fast but our sides took forever and we’re never replenished. (We ordered the New York strip Wagyu and did not do the churrasco experience ) no one asked us how the food was, no one brought us more sides. We had to hunt down other waiters for water. It was terrible. And at the end of it all we didn’t even get the right meal. We got the wrong steak. Our waitress said at the end of it all, “ this is New Orleans restaurants, get used to it” I’m literally from New Orleans. This was terrible, do not go. All of the people seated next to us had terrible experiences as well. As a couple who was doing the churrasco experience was only given meat 5 times. 5 small pieces of meat for 65$????? Take your risk, I won’t do it again. Not worth it.

   This was my third or fourth visit to this location. Unfortunately, it may be my last for a while. The service during this visit was almost nonexistent. In addition to the delivery of food being slow, it was missing essential complimentary items, ie... seafood tower with no butter or lemon. We tired of asking for service and the long waits in between. I was highly disappointed this time around. Management provided a $25 bill credit, but it did little to compensate for the bitter taste of lack luster service.

   We had to wait 20 minutes before going to a table because there was 1 guy missing on a 8 persons table. The restaurant was 40% full and still had to wait.

   Table service was horrible. The main function of the server at this restaurant is to take the order and keep the drinks topped off. Both were a massive fail. 10 people got the exact same “ experience” and a pretty simple drink order, and the entire bill was a mess. Seem to take forever to get the table server back to the table for simple things like ice tea and drink refills. Seems to be no supervision servers seem to do whatever they want and how they want it. Don’t even know it’s on the menu. front desk staff needs to work on their people skills. Food is good. Just overall a less than enjoyable experience for the value.

    Mother’s Day . My reservation was for 7:30 , lets keep that detail in mind . We were seated . Started with drinks . 40 mins go by before we’re served anything but the INSTANT MASHED POTATOES and bread so we help ourselves at the salad bar ( which isn’t as advertised, the options were very slim) . 15 mins after getting a salad, finally some meat start coming out . This is where it takes a turn . After the first option of meat no one came back to our table until another 30 mins later . In between that time I asked the Manger ( white male) if he knew where my server was , I hadn’t seen her and would like some bread while we’re waiting . He promises to get it out . Another 30 mins . No bread , no food , no waiter . At this point I pull the manager to the side to let him know the bread never came out and the server STILL hasn’t checked on us . I let the manager know that I just want to leave and don’t care to even eat anymore. He asked me to stay since it’s Mother’s Day he’d check the kitchen for me to get some stuff out . 20 MINUTES LATER , HE BRINGS OUT BURNT BREAD AND AN APOLOGY. Still no meat . Another 20 mins later the meat FINALLY COMES OUT , but guess what UNDERCOOKED! The Man cutting the meat for us even said it was undercooked would I like something else . I refused . Asked for the check , which took forever as well . It was a small discount Applied, didn’t equal the terrible experience I had . Didn’t get out of this place until 10:20 .7:30 to 10:20 and I had a small salad , two samples of meat and burnt bread . I felt like I was being held hostage. Doubt I’d return or refer anyone . Seems seriously understaffed and unorganized.

    Worst experience I’ve had since they opened in New Orleans. Our party was ignored for at least 20 minutes after we were seated. We didn’t receive meat service for at least 30 to 40 minutes after we were seated and when we did the taste / quality was awful. A waste of $500! I feel robbed!!!

    It was our first visit, but it definitely won’t be our last! The service was incredible! Every single person, from the hostess to each server, was exceptional and accommodating, and the many choices we had from the salad bar to our meal were simply amazing!

    Our table was really close to the salad bar and felt very cramped . We asked to change location but was told the back half was closed off due to lack of staff. Some of theMeat servers were hard to understand. Table servers were not as attentive as we have had in the past. The vibe of the evening was not like we have experienced in the past as well. Disappointed because we had 4 people in our group who had never been before and i feel they did not get the best first impression.

    I do not recommend this restaurant. The food was quite good, but the service was atrocious. I received my entree after multiple requests and after my dinner companions had finished there. Waters were not refilled. One of us received a frozen dessert (not supposed to be frozen) after the other dessert at the table was finished. When I told the manager that the dessert arrived frozen, his response was to tell us way too much about the melatonin he takes at night!!

    It was super cold, we had periods of 20+ minutes without any steaks offered. Food runners was passing by our table with food without offering us and we had green stickers. But in general food was amasing as always and i will come back because of food, not because of service.

    My server Justin was awful. Pretty much ignored my table after i asked for splendor and a straw for my ice tea. Very rude guy. I just ended up asking the manager for anything else after that since the gentleman pretended he didn’t notice us the rest of the meal.

    Attached to the JW Marriott, the BONVOY app & hotel post there are many options for breakfast other than a buffet. We get there, and NO WORKER to be found, just some guy cleaning the floor. When someone eventually greets us, all we are offered is a very light buffet with processed scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, salad, meat and cheese. The other items on the menu like omlets, French toast, etc are not available. This is false advertising.

    Tables were very close together however ours wasn’t but difficult to maneuver through crowded tables and servers to get to the salad bar I didn’t want to deal with being bumped again so didn’t go to the salad bar after my first time wasn’t worth it and it wasn’t close by either Food was ok not great Service was very good Ambiance was ok too
