   We were a little disappointed this visit. Food and service were below average. We find this very unusual for this restaurant. This will not discourage us from going back, but we will watch for trends. FYI, we usually love this restaurant and find it the best Brazilian Steak House we've tried.

   This was one of our most memorable dining experiences. The meat, of course was outstanding, but the salad bar was second to none. The cocktails and wine were excellent and reasonably priced. We are already planning a return visit.

   They keep trying to get you full with chicken and pork. Only three cuts of beef were offered. Brazilian Rodizio, you would think they serve beef.

   So many servers/wait staff, felt very fast paced (rushed) as opposed to a relaxing dining experience. And, prices were higher than website, which was a surprise.

    We were seated in back room not a problem but the room next to us was extremely load and the staff did nothing about it even after we asked them to close the doors. We noticed people around us very annoyed with it also. They had a large crown yelling and screaming it was very unpleasant. The food and the service was excellent the bar tender was amazing We have dined her many times and always enjoyed it until last night.

    We went for mothers day this weekend and I think for the price of $66 per person that we paid we didnt get to enjoy the food because of how crowded it was and the people walking around with steaks arent able to go to our table as much as they should because the whole place was packed. I think they were only able to come around twice. I dont think it should be worth that much for the experience.

    Expected better- Waited 30 min for a reserved table made a month in advance. Was given attitude after inquiring “how much longer”. Drinks were inconsistent in color and taste, was also given a drink with a cracked glass and not compensated. Food was decent as always, but nothing to write home about. Our waiter was very nice and did his best.

    I had not been to Fogo in many years, but I hoped that my meat eating family would find this a truly special place. I hoped our 2 year old would be happy there without a huge tariff. I hoped that I, a pescatarian, would not have to pay through the nose for meat uneaten while finding great and interesting food as well. Outstanding on all counts! My family all loved the meat. Grilled precisely to all orders. Plenty of it! Flowing quickly and efficiently, moved seamlessly by the staff. Ditto the used plates. Paradise! Our wonderful server Amanda also brought fries and all manner of things to keep our young man happy. She was brilliant! Free for kids under 6 is very generous and fair, considering what moms and dads are paying. Again, expensive, but on the whole, fair. To my delight, I could order a beautiful piece of sea bass, perfectly seasoned and delicious. It included the market table, so I could indulge in those outstanding salads and cheeses. Also a fair proposition for me. Wines and Desserts were outstanding. Creme Brûlée and cheesecake. My kitchen was closed for the day! All day Valet parking specially for Mothers Day! These guys did their homework to make the day perfect. Fogo is one of the wonderful places in Center City to which we will return. We love Center City and look forward to the days when everyone rediscovers it.

    Too expensive. Did everyone else have coupons? And don’t walk around and push appetizers for extra when I’m paying the equivalent with tip of $90 a person. Many meat selections were served well done. Serve it medium rare to medium unless the customer asks. Also servers just take plates without asking - are you trying to just turn the table? Because there weren’t customers waiting and you were at 50% capacity. Thanks for rushing and often interrupting us during a conversation on a $500 dinner for family of 5 trying to celebrate.

    The food was very good as usual along with the first class service. Our waiter Cesar was very attentive and always willing to help at a moments notice. The food is very fresh and is continuously rolling out. Personally my favorite we had their was the fried cheese cubes with honey, can not go wrong. One small complaint I have is at the end of the meal a server brought around a tray of drinks (some kind of pineapple shot) and we took them assuming they were included in the meal since everyone is walking around with a tray (I may be in the wrong for assuming that). They were not on my first receipt I got then after I handed them my card and saw the transaction go through my bill went up $30.00. If I knew they were that much I would have passed, but no one told me they were gonna be that much.

    We used to come here 2x a week, but haven’t been here in a few months and when I say the service is horrible it’s an understatement, the meats where not seasoned like before and the sever was incompetent, I had to get up 3x in order to get our drinks ( which we didn’t drink because it was pure alcohol) to order desert, and then again to het our check… the service here used to be amazing but the old manager of this location is now running a location in nyc , whoever their replacement was for this location doing a horrible job … I shouldn’t have to hunt down my server especially when we had a late reservation and only had 3 other tables being served

    Nice place but food was ok. Service was here and there. Cost was high for the food. $65/plate for all you can eat. I’m not an over eater so it wasn’t my kinda place. Disappointing overall.

    This was probably just an off night as we are normally beyond pleased with the quality of food. Our main issue is that we requested Medium Well to Well done meat and although they attempted to accommodate us, most of the time, the meat was medium at best. Again, we are usually a 5* rating, but our experience was less than ideal this time around.

    We celebrated a birthday for someone who had never been. We had an excellent experience. The wait staff was extremely attentive; it made me wonder what Fogo de Chao is “doing right” during a time when service in most restaurants is lacking due to limited staffing. The salad bar had the usual wonderfully prepared dishes with an amazing variety; the meats, carved table side, were perfectly grilled and served with flair. There were many fine options of wine by the glass as well. Crème brûlée was declared “the best I’ve ever had” by the two members of our party who had it for dessert (one was complimentary for the birthday celebration); two other members thoroughly enjoyed the Key Lime Pie chosen for their desserts. Adding a bit of constructive criticism, I ordered the nonalcoholic cucumber martini and was disappointed with it. I also shared an espresso martini with my husband and, although we weren’t disappointed, Fogo de Chao needs my husband’s recipe for his espresso martini because it’s much better! All and all, Fogo de Chao was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday. The attention made us all feel special and the experience exceeded our expectations.
