   This Fogo is awesome and we love it. The service of the teams is spectacular and the food is so delicious. The picanha and lamb chops are our favorites and they did not disappoint. We will be back soon!

   I was not given any service as I dined. I could not identify any servicer assigned to me. I seem to have gotten on the receptionist's bad side by requesting a window table rather than the one she took me to. After iced tea was placed on my table as I served myself from the Market Table, I did not see a server. I asked a server near me to bring my check. I witnessed excellent service for those purchasing The Experience, but as I purchased only the Market Table, I received no service.

   I love Fogo and took my nephew to celebrate his upcoming graduation. The service and team members were amazing as ever. Several of the steaks were dry and overcooked though. We were in the early crowd at 5. I would have thought the steaks would be fresher at that point, but I was wrong. I still love Fogo and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. Definitely believe it to be an anomaly.

    Took my wife on March 4th for her Bday dinner, no mention of the special occasion or offer of a dessert for her. This would typically happen at a nice establishment like this, so a bit disappointed. Food was amazing but service was lacking. Our initial waitress left for the night at 9pm without telling us. No one checked on us for almost 35 minutes.

    We didn't know that they had overcharged us by $20 for brunch. We didn't have any meat b/c it's not included in the brunch. However, I was charged the full "meat included" rate. That said, the salad bar was excellent, as was the service and ambiance.

    Great service. We have members of our family that have celiac and this is a good restaurant for them. The food is delicious. The cost is exorbitant. We will have to rethink before we visit regularly. But we will definitely go back for very special events!

    The service was pretty awful. There didn’t seem to be enough people on the floor. At one point there was literally one person running around with meat for the tables needing some. Saw a couple leave after being served MAYBE twice. There was points where we would wait after finishing everything on our plates and just say there- for at least 10 mins, before anyone would take notice. Had to ask for some very obvious plates to be taken out of the way (something a restaurant usually does without having to be asked). The only person taking plates from our table was a nice lady who worked there and was obviously not a server, therefore doing someone else’s job. The lack of initiative was insane to me. We love Brazilian steakhouses because their costumer service is usually top tier, but i can unfortunately say i will never come back or refer anybody to come eat here.

    The service was absolutely the worst I have experienced in years There team concept doesn’t work because one server has no idea what the other three servers are doing The screw ups we’re to many to mention. While some items served were fine others were over cooked and tasteless. And the cost of the meal was astronomical. Never have I paid so much for so little enjoyment. I will NEVER return to dine at this establishment.

    Salad bar good. Meats okay not top quality. Spouse vegan ordered cauliflower steak. It was under cooked sent back and still uncooked. Sliced too thick. Would have been better if they sliced it in half cooked it and then served two halves. Service okay, slow for not being busy. I expected better.

    Less than stellar visit. I suspect they were severely understaffed as most restaurants are these days. The salad bar was not kept refreshed. We joined our party and no one came over to give us plates or take a drink order. We did get water which was fine. Food was ok but not what we know they are capable of. Despite the experience we will likely be back to try again.

    We booked for a party of 8 for a home close out dinner party, they put us at a 6 top and we were bumping elbows and had little to no space for drinks or our plates. It was extremely uncomfortable! I felt as though I was pretty much sitting on my renovation managers lap. I was definitely rubbing up against him so I kept having to apologize aloud for touching him. My husband was across from me so I had to make it known to the manager & I didn’t want him to think I was sending him inappropriate hints. Food was okay. Lots and lots of fat. But once it was all cut off it tasted pretty good. We pretty much had to beg for drink refills. I did have to get up at one point to ask for a refill because all of us were sitting there with nothing to drink or no service of any kind for about 20 minutes.

    We were sat 25 minutes after our reservation. Server took 15 minutes to get to us and never brought spoons after asking twice. Meats were not as good as normal and often they did not come by since we were on far side of restaurant. I realize it was valentines day but for the price I would expect much better. Not typical of this place.. they seemed to drop the ball this time.

    It's been 5-6 years since I was here, for no particular reason. I've probably been to fogo a dozen times in my life. I feel like the experience has dwindled. It felt like an overcrowded cafeteria. It might have been where we were tabled, we didn't get a lot of the meat options presented to us. Maybe an honest mistake, the bill had a higher priced wine that needed correction. Not much of a beer selection if you like beer. I know when the restaurant first arrived in TW there was a prestige component when choosing to go here, that has definitely dissolved.
