Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Great dining experience while on our trip for Spring Break in DC with our very hungry teen kiddos.

Excellent food, service ambiance, etc....HOEVER, we orden an option of having ALL the steaks including the premium cuts (NY Strip, Beef Ribs, Rib Eye, Filet Mignon and Lamb Chops), BUT we had to remind the servers MANY, MANY times to bring the premium cuts to our table.

Attentive service is what our team should deliver every time, so it is disappointing to hear that we missed the mark. Please allow us the chance to work towards your complete satisfaction, as we hope you decide to visit us again.

The food and service are always exceptional. The staff is personable and efficient. The variety of selections on the salad are fantastic and the quality is amazing considering how many different offerings there are. And it is a surprisingly reasonable price at lunch time, only $15, considering that a simple salad at some of the fast casual places around the corner costs $13. Since this is primarily Brazilian Barbecue the meat is the star, and the meats here get 5 stars from me. Always flavorful, juicy, and tender. Once again the quality is amazing. I especially like the lamb cooked medium rare. One of my favorite restaurants in DC!

Dirty silverware. Had to ask many times to receive a single cut (had to ask 2 more times after asking the manager). Slow to clear dirty plates. Poor menu knowledge. Cappuccino tasted like it was made with coffee and not espresso.

Service was fantastic, as was the meal! We felt the value was very good for the experience. We loved the ambiance, the salad bar, the 1/2 price red wine and our waitress was the right amount of spunky and professional. We give the overall experience 5*! Not on complaint!

Like this place but a little failure to communicate. We were there for a late brunch and they took the food away with no warning. We had multiple staff stop by our table but none of them mentioned this. So no waffles, eggs or other things....#fail

My friend is on the keto diet. I thought that meant high protein but not huge quantities. But when I mentioned Fogo de Chao, he said that was where he wanted to go. So we did. They asked if we'd sit on the 2nd floor and we agreed. The meat was plentiful, constantly available and delicious. I think we each ate a cow's worth of meats. But here's the problem. The waiter greeted us, asked what we wanted, and directed us to the salad bar. We both had been to the Manhattan Fogo and my friend had been to another one in Vegas or L.A. We both agreed the salad bar was much smaller than the other ones we had been to. Nothing was labeled and the amount of food on the salad bar was far less than our prior visits. But we each took a plate of food from the salad bar, enjoyed it and then started the meat parade. When we both yelled "I surrender," I paid the bill. As e descended the stairs, we saw the salad bar on the 1st floor. It was much larger than the one on the 2nd floor. The amount of food on each plate looked more generous. And we saw items we hadn't seen on the 2nd floor. Plus many of the items had labels. It's a pet peeve of mine to go to a restaurant, see a food display, but not see labels so I know what's there. The Assistant Manager came over and we commented on the 1st floor salad bar containing items that were missing on the 2nd floor. He assured us that both salad bars were identical even if the one on the 1st floor had larger displays of items. For instance, the Parmesan Reggiano was displayed in the shell of a 1/4 of a full wheel of the cheese. The display upstairs included a few pieces of this cheese with some other cheeses. Downstairs included some fresh fruit like pineapple, pears and papaya. Although we were assured those were also upstairs, neither of us saw it. The Assistant Manager said they were going to enlarge the upstairs salad bar, but that didn't help us last Saturday. If we had known, we would have gone to the 1st floor to get our salad.

The restaurant offers unlimited meat selections brought directly to you at your table. In addition to that you get the salad bar, soup, mashed potatoes, yuca fries and rolls. The price for lunch and brunch 11am-2pm is lower than dinner. I would suggest that you go early before 1:00pm. Also, make an advance reservation for dining. I like seeing the servers dressed in Guacho uniforms. It is a good experience so go on an empty stomach to enjoy the full effect. Also sign up on the Fogo website for their birthday club and you get $25.00. Also, you get a FREE slice of cheese cake for your birthday.

Come with an appetite and the time to savor the food and enjoy good company! The salad bar offers an amazing variety of fresh and cooked dishes. The selection of types, cuts, and "doneness" of meats will suit any taste. The sides are a delicious complement to the meats. The wine list is extensive and prices reasonable.

Excellent service, fresh food, great quality and taste. Got a table right outside the kitchen so had first choice of the freshest meats and dishes coming out. Friendly and helpful service with solid recommendations, and half price wine on Wednesday made for an outstanding evening. I didn’t want to eat again for 24 hours because I was so full.

I always had a good experience at Fogo, but this time - service was poor, having us order 2 or 3 times the same thing. The meat service was scarce, taking too much time between servings.

Balancing out value/price and the food/service, I am not going back so soon. Get your act together.

My son wanted to eat at a Brazilian Steakhouse. No disappointment here. We were very well taken care of. I gave the food price 4 stars because I know I didn’t eat $65 worth of food. It was too much. Wonderful service!

Overall we had a fantastic dinner and even received a voucher for a free lunch or dinner on our next visit. We will be back soon.
