   We had to wait until we were seated at a table, very cozy atmosphere. We came as in a regular restaurant but ended up on a buffet table. It was interesting. Special people came to each table and offered different meat each time.

   Maybe the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. My wife and I came for our anniversary and were seated in the far back corner, right next to the bar. After taking our initial drink order, we were just completely forgotten about. They rarely came to our table and anytime someone would eventually come over, it seemed like they had an terrible attitude. We finished before we were even full because of the lack of service but it took 20 min to get the final bill processed. Just very unhappy with how we were treated.

    We were very disappointed by the service and the quality of the food. Found the food to be less tender than at other Brazilian restaurants. We were never offered filet, sausage or chicken.

    Huge energetic restaurant with a lot of noise from all of the people talking because it is so busy. It isn't easy to get service unless you are ordering meat. The meal is very meat heavy with a lot of options that come around to the table. With the options on the market bar, it is a rounded meal and a delicious experience.

    Really disappointing service and food. Have been several times to other locations and this was not up to par. Even noted on reservation that it was my daughter’s birthday (and told the hostess), but it was ignored. Not even a “Happy Birthday” to her.

    We’ve been here before, so we knew what to expect. The quality of the food was great, the rotations in terms of the meats that were brought out to the tables was a abysmal. The mother’s day pricing was $71 per person, a premium on the regular price, so I expected the availability of the meats would be increased due to the size of the crowd! It was not. We struggled to get the meats we wanted. They should’ve increased serving staff to ensure guests had a good selection to chose from, but they obviously didn’t. I won’t ever go there during a holiday again! Ever!

    Food was excellent as usual and the staff this time was very good and very attentive as our last time was not a good experience as we had to chase staff down to bring us food and give us service but this experience was night and day and was very pleased.

    Over all a terrible experience if you’re looking for an intimate date date night. We got sat on the second floor, which was slightly quieter. But we were tucked in a corner by an exit door. When they would walk around with the meats, they would constantly forget we were over there. Also, I’m sure our waitress had multiple large tables (because oh my gosh, there were tables of 20 everywhere) but we were absolutely neglected. After we finished, we asked for the check and she never brought it. 20 minutes later, someone happened to walk into the corner and I had to ask them again. Over all, terrible experience and very unhappy with this location.

    The food was good. The service leaves much to be desired. The “gauchos” come frequently at the beginning of the dining experience, but slow down and begin to ignore the table as the evening progresses. The waiter in charge was not as attentive as he should have been either.
