    For a high end dinner place there is a lot of deception going on. The beef quality was sad, I get better quality beef from Sam's Club. The food was heavily salted and a lot of cheap cuts were offered. At the beginning of the meal we were introduced to our server and then we only seen her back a couple times in the 1 1/2 hrs we were there, we had to grab any server walking by for things needed. The restaurant started to fill up then more cuts of meat were offered. We had to request ribeye and only seen one brought out for Everyone having the endless experience. I'd say it's a sad excuse for a money trap! Four diners and $400+ bill and we were served irony tasting beef poorly seasoned. The Fogo de Chao in Baltimore was way better and we will never be going back here. Smoke and mirrors, something I would have expected from a traveling circus!

    The meat brought to the table was good. Some of the salads have turned colors or wilting. The salad bar wasn't replenished properly or on time. We ordered desserts, but missing ice cream because they didn't have any... drinks weren't replenished fast enough. I had a business lunch meeting with clients. Not an impressive look. For the price, I'll consider other similar class restaurants first.

    We have dined at this location before and knew what to expect. We decided for a last minute reservation on Father's Day. We were prepared to have to be patient as things always get hectic and it is hard for restaurants to give their best on super busy holidays. I am here to say that what surprised us the most what the kindness and frienldiness of ALL the staff members we interacted with that night. We had a reservation at 7:45pm, and the place was still packed, so it is safe to assume that they had been running for quite a few hours before they took care of us. Still, they all had a nice thing to say, a smile on their lips, a little touch that showed they cared and they wanted our experience to be a good one. A tall man who looked like he was the manager seemed to set the pace for this: we saw him smiling and talking to the staff in an encouraging and positive way, while they were all running around at top speed to take care of clients. What a nice experience, overall! Thank you!

    This was a disappointing experience. We went for Father’s Day dinner. The restaurant was quite busy as we expected, but the service was not good. They were pretty good about bringing various cuts of meat around, but the issue was with our main waiter. He rarely checked on us, water glasses were completely empty for so long that my husband went to find someone to fill them. We didn’t get the side dishes (mashed potatoes and plantains) brought to the table until we were mostly done eating. It took several minutes to get the server’s attention to request the check, and then another 15+ minutes to actually get the check. We didn’t care much for the food either. We tried probably 10-12 different kinds of meat. Many of them were very fatty or overcooked for our tastes. All of it was salty, which is why we went through so much water. The restaurant facility was nice, but I doubt we will be back anytime soon.

    They ran out of glasses so we didn’t get drinks or water until the end of the meal. Went for Father’s Day/Graduation Dinner. Not worth the money. Music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk.

    We had a very positive experience. Upon arrival with a reservation, we encountered a slight wait for a table. However, the manager quickly intervened and ensured we were seated promptly - that's what I call excellent customer service! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, explaining the menu and drinks options thoroughly. The portion sizes, particularly the meat cuts, were significantly more generous compared to similar restaurants we've visited in NYC. The entire operation felt well-coordinated and efficient, delivering top-notch service throughout the meal. The buffet bar impressed with its variety of constantly fresh options. The meats were all delicious, especially the pork, but the star of the show, as expected, was the high-quality beef. Overall, we had an excellent experience with both the food and service. My only recommendation would be to request seating in the main dining area, which offers a more open and airy feel compared to the smaller back room, which felt a bit dark and crowded.

    Celebrated our adult son’s birthday here in a Saturday evening. Staff, as always, was courteous and pleasant. Food was very good. Restaurant is always very crowded and a bit noisy but not too the point t where we couldn’t hold a conversation. Will definitely go back.

    Noise level was incredibly high. Conversation only possible with raised voices! Food was okay. There are better places if you like meat.
