    The food is excellent, even the salad bar. The service is timely without being intrustive. I don't know how they do it. Well worth a visit!

    When we arrived, we were quickly seated and the waiter showed up immediately and offered us bottled water. We politely asked for tap water, which wasn't even offered as an option. We wanted to order wine - but our waiter disappeared, so we went to the salad bar. The selection seemed more extensive and varied than other Rodizios. We picked a few of the options including the Wedge Salad and the mozzarella and tomatoes. They turned out to look much better than they tasted. After 15 minutes when our waiter bother to show up - I told him we'll have no wine. The meat that was served varied in quality - The Top Sirloin was good, Bottom sirloin and chicken legs were both decent, the fillet mignon was below average (it didn't even taste like fillet mignon) and the lamb and chicken hearts were both smothered with what tasted like chili flakes which made them inedible, and you couldn't taste the meat at all. This was a huge disappointment. Another annoyance was we were never given the list of meats and some never made it to our table. I did remember some from the list we saw on the website, and they only arrived after I explicitly asked for them by name. Finally, once we were done - we were left for 20 minutes until someone noticed. We asked for the dessert menu. We received a single menu for dessert - to share. This really annoyed me - so I flagged a waiter and asked for the check. Needless to say - refills on our water were nonexistent. Finally - they tack a 20% mandatory service charge, without disclosing it anywhere on all checks. They then ask for another 20% tip. Most people probably wouldn't notice and would pay a 40% tip. In my opinion this is borderline fraud. Service was very bad, much worse then most restaurants. I would recommend to stir clear from this place. My first and last visit here.

    Usually I go to estancia but I wanted to start new and positive traditions now that I’m married. My husband and u celebrated our first anniversary and we also celebrated me having a safe pregnancy so far. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

    Great meal and service. The one thing that did go amiss was that we were charged for two $99 bottles of wine when we had one $59 bottle. We brought this to the attention of one of the servers who immediately recognized the error and talked to another server to get it fixed. The bill was quickly recalculated, but such a large error was surprising, and if we hadn't been looking closely, it would have been an extra $150 plus tax and tip. This was a special occasion dinner and was not a great end to the meal.

    The best salad bar of any Brazilian steakhouse I've ever been to, and I've been to several. Service was fantastic; very friendly and attentive. The meats were about on par with other Brazilian steakhouses. Honestly, the Dallas bar was so fantastic that we both can't that we'd wished we'd just skipped the meats and done the salad bar alone. Amazing selection, very well presented and prepared, and more than enough variety, which included several hot items, to comprise an entire meal.

    We’re happy to have found this place in round rock. We like not having to drive far into Austin for a nice Brazilian steakhouse. The choices of meat were great. They were moist and tender. The servers made sure we received the certain cuts of meat that we wanted. The salad bar had many options and was fresh! Overall service and ambiance were great. Would recommend!

    Great service and very friendly. The salad bar is very good. Much of the meat I had was pretty tough and chewy but tasty. The top sirloin and Picanha steak was my favorite. Not sure if I will ever go back. Just felt the grade of meat could have been a little better. I would recommend trying it though for yourself.

    Everything was very nice. The wait staff were all very attentive and friendly and did an excellent job of explaining how everything works and where the different meal options were located. If I could make one change, it would be the amount of salt on the meats. For whatever reason, all the meats, with the exception of the bone-in rib meat, were excessively salty. This is not limited to Fogueira Gaucha. It seems to be a Brazilian steakhouse thing. Try using less salt.

    This restaurant is A great place over all the food is great the service is excellent the only thing I had a problem with they wanted to sell me a bottle of wine they said it was a special promotion and it was only $75 when I looked up the price for this bottle it priced at 19.99 at target Walmart and other stores I felt like they tried to take advantage

    my partner and I liked the options at the salad bar as well as the meat options. It was my first time at a Brazilian steakhouse and I would definitely go again. Expect to spend possibly $100 per person with gratuity and drinks. I enjoyed the Brazilian lemonade the most, it was very refreshing and took to a sunny warm beach and speaking if warm beaches, bring a light jacket if you get cold easily! I was shivering non stop but I’m personally sensitive to the cold.

    Awful experience. After drinks order was placed, didn’t see waitstaff for 30 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for the basics for the table, the bread, potatoes and plantains. Even trying to leave was painful. Getting the check, then having it split incorrectly and then trying to get it back to sign for it. Would’ve been unhappy at any price, but especially not happy due to it being a work/friends meeting and at such a cost as well.

    Service was great. couldn't find our reservation but we were seated very quickly. Our event was for 2 and it was an open area...not too much of a personal experience.We sat near kitchen so there was a draft.Nice place but too expensive for what we got.

    We had a great time overall. We were celebrating another one of my wife’s “21st” birthday’s. Upon arrival, they had pamphlets on the hostess stand that indicated they had happy hour drink specials from 5 to 7, Tuesdays through Fridays. So we sat down and ordered a drink for each of us. The beer was $8 normally and the tropical sunrise was $16. Once we received the bill, they said it was only if you sit at the bar. Nowhere on the pamphlet does it indicate having to sit at the bar and drink. One other minor hiccup, we ordered her the cream Brulé. They used to do a free dessert for birthdays, anniversary ect. However, we were charged for the desert, and told that they only do that with the flan. They were the same price @ $12. We will be back so we just want to give a heads up to whomever may read this. They tack on 20% gratuity which we already knew but it’s in the fine print if you missed it.

    We came in with no expectations but to review the service we received. We knew what we were paying for but there were stretches when our card was green and nobody came by. Also, we had to ask 3 different waiters for a certain cut of meat that was coming out of the kitchen (from where we could see) but never came to our table. Finally they came after what made us feel as if we were being a nuisance. Will we be back? Maybe not but Chama Guacha is too far so there is a chance…
