Forza Storico is a traditional Italian restaurant focused on typical Roman dishes such as Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe and may more. Our Italian wine list is comprised of 25 labels, 24 of which by the glass and all chilled to perfection. Half of the restaurant is a central bar with additional high top seating available first come first served. Our extensive beverage program includes 12 cocktails and 4 Italian beers. Just like our sister restaurant Storico Fresco in Buckhead, we believe in great food, simple service, and giving our patrons a fun experience...When in Rome!!

I suppose our expectations were too high when asking for a warm meal in a timely manner. I called them to make sure to inform them it was a 40th birthday. I will have my older parents as well which is why we asked for a table indoor so everyone is comfortable. We arrived at the restaurant and realized they put 8 of us on a high table when i specifically mentioned we will have older parents. After talking to the manager, we were sat at a table outside. We ordered 4 appetizers and out of 4, 2 was not available. We placed our dinner order along with our appetizer to make sure we don’t wait too long as everyone was hungry. Half of our appetizer arrived. Then 45 mins later after asking twice our dinner arrived where the steak was cold and half of the pasta were cold. If anyone is wondering how cold steak tastes like order a carpaccio next time.

I’ve been to Forza Storico before and never had a problem, but this past Saturday night was probably the worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. It was busy, and the server told us the bar was backed up, which we understand. But then 5 out of 6 entrees came out together, and the 6th still hadn’t come after we asked about it twice and had finished our meals. Finally the manager brought out the entree, apologized, and comped the meal and drinks for that guest. But then we had to ask for a dessert menu (even though the server had asked if it was a special occasion and we told her a birthday), and she never returned to take a dessert order. We paid the tab from the QR code and left after 30 minutes. Not sure what was going on, but it was a terrible experience from an otherwise great restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent as usual but the poor service ruined the dinner.

Service was absolutely awful, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. It took 35 minutes to get a drink because our server forgot to ring it in, she didn’t apologize and didn’t even offer to take our order. We eventually just flagged her down and got our check and went somewhere else to eat because the service was so bad. It would’ve taken us hours to get a meal.

We went on a very busy Friday night, it was too busy so we didn’t get a good service. Food was okay but too expensive for what you get. Maybe it was because it was busy

The food is really good. The service was TERRIBLE on every level - quality, attentiveness, you name it. I have been several times but not sure I can return after this experience.
