An excellent farm to table experience.
The service we received at your location was very poor. Our waitress never mentioned her name, nor did she seem as if she wanted to wait on our table at all. She was very unpleasant. We did however take into consideration the fact that the service we received, was not your normal services. But our waitress never said anything about it. She just seemed very... unfriendly and unwelcoming. HOWEVER the manager Nelson was VERY, VERY helpful and made our visit much better towards the end. We had a 6 hour drive home and he made sure we left with a better experience. Thank you so much Nelson! We really appreciate all that you did for us! If we’re ever in the area we will definitely give this place another shot. (Thanks to him)
Our server was nice but forgot to bring butter we requested for the waffles we ordered and the order of thick-cut bacon we ordered. Took him a while to come around to our table so had to make our requests with other waiter.
Best pancakes ever! We always love going out to Founding Farmers and this trip did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Just be sure to have a reservation, it’s usually very busy.
Overall restaurant was good
Went for my daughter's birthday. Waitress was not very friendly, was clearly in a bad mood, and didn't smile once. When we told her it was our daughter's birthday, she said we well you can purchase a dessert to give her if you want. Not sure if that is the policy, but most restaurants offer at least the birthday person something and we would have bought more. The restaurant wasn't packed as usual, so perhaps she was down about receiving fewer tips, but her attitude likely made that worse. Luckily everyone else was friendly and the food was great.
This take every effort to display cleanliness during this Pandemic. Definitely a safe place to eat.

Just an all around great place to eat breakfast. Food is delicious and service is outstanding.
Are we sat is was quite warm compared to other area in restaurant. Overall a great place.
The Deviled Eggs were ok, not as exciting as I had hoped. Everything else was excellent.

The food and appetizer was great
The food was very good. We all enjoyed our entrees. Unfortunately, it took over 75 minutes before they were served to us! Because it was a work night, we were not drinking or eating heavily, which meant we only ordered three entrees; a salad, a soup and sandwich, and a pasta dish. After about an hour, one of our party went looking for a manager or our waitress, who was missing in action for most of the evening (except for when she took our order). The manager said she'd get right on it. It was another 15+ minutes before our food arrived. They did say that dessert would be on the house to make up for whatever happened to our food (there was never an explanation, which would have been nice). We ordered three desserts and were told that two of the three were not available. It was a difficult and disappointing dining experience.
Hi KittyB: I am real sorry there was a delay with serving your entree order, and while the Manager working was involved & offered dessert on the house, there was a lack of available options which only furthered your disappointment. :( All this said, I'd love to make this right and will send you a personal note with my email address to hopefully connect further. -Amy
