   Very nice restaurant with good atmosphere and great service. The food is good but pricey. Biscuits were delicious but the tomato soup bowl was very small especially for $9.50. it was more like a cup and should have been half the price. Burger, Shrimp Salad and pot roast were all tasty. But we did not have alcohol, or dessert. The total for 3 with tip was $120! That's a lot.

    Our waitress Julia was great. The food was delicious, but a little over-priced. Other things were irritating. Why make reservations for a certain time and then be made to wait an additional 15 minutes because the hostess failed to make sure a table would be ready? And there was no communication as to why we were waiting. I asked for club soda and got flat water. Our appetizer plates were dirty. For the price of the food, I expect a better overall experience.

    The food was meh. There were some highlights. Bread and spread was very good. Mac n cheese and burger were good. But the misses were big. Ravioli was huge disappointment. The filling was very bland and the “sauce” was a pool of oil with some sage. Literally, a pool. The only thing good about it was the homemade pasta, but that couldn’t save the dish. Dessert was awful. I never thought that “death by chocolate” could be bad. It was flat and boring, and blah. It was basically a huge bowl of mediocre ice cream with a drizzle of “hot fudge” (which wasn’t warm and was a dead ringer for Hershey syrup), and a tiny dollop of tasteless whip cream. There were some chunks of nearly flavorless “brownies” at the bottom. I was at a loss as to how brownies could lack flavor, but then I tried the doughnuts, and they were flavorless, too. Just sticky, chewy dough. SO disappointing. There is a 5% recovery tax, but this particular restaurant did an incredibly bustling to-go business, while their staff was laid off, so I’m not sure why they have this. Maybe their downtown restaurants took a big hit, but I just don’t love the idea that I’m subsidizing the restaurant. I’ve been giving very large tips when I eat at a restaurant, because it’s the employees who were hit the hardest.

    We had an excellent meal and a pleasant server, but it was very crowded and noisy. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a nice quiet place where you can have a nice conversation over dinner. Overall we enjoyed our experience though.

    I was excited to try this restaurant based on great experiences at affiliated locations. This noise level was so high that it ruined the experience for our group. We couldn't hear each other from across the table. And we weren't just old folks, one in our group was 18. The acoustics of the restaurant are awful. The food was good, not great. Stick with their specialties like fried chicken and you will enjoy.

    The worst service ever. I am not use to that level of service there. My order was wrong 3 times. I kept smiling but it was a horrible experience. Maybe my waiter/server was new!

    Hands down my favorite brunch spot in the area. It's all you can eat greatness. Just make sure you reserve a table as wait times are usually an hour if you don't. Also, reserve well in advance.

    The restaurant is decent but starting to show its age. The food was good enough but won't wow you. The waiter we had was not good, not sure if he was new or tired or just didn't care. He would come introduce himself, no smiles, not showing any energy or excitment. After we ordered he literally won't show back up for 30-45 mins at a time, so the 2 and half hours we were there we only saw him twice. We also ordered soda and that was never brought out to us and saw the charge on the bill, which we had to ask him to take it off. Other than that the front hostess was good, had great energy and attitude. Also, the entrance to the parking garage was closed by the restaurant, so we had to drive around to enter from the 3 floor of the garage and drive in circles to P1. No signs on P1 where the restaurant was and my family with young kids ended up coming out where Palms was and walking a big circle to get to Founding Farmers.

    I met a friend I had not seen in 20 years, which we told our server when we arrived. She told us to take our time and enjoy catching up. My beer was lukewarm and had been poured poorly (too much foam). The steak was sinewy and the fries were obviously leftovers from earlier (soggy and old). Our original server was lovely and provided great service but once she left, her replacement visited our table three times in a ten minute span to ask if we were finished. It got to the point where my friend just old them to take her plate, with only half her salmon gone and her vegetables and salad completely untouched. The server then brought two “to go” cups for our alcoholic beverages and we had to sit on the curb outside to finish them…while another table of guests continued to eat in the restaurant. It was bizarre and uncomfortable experience that us two middle aged professionals (who tip very well) weren’t accustomed to or expecting. We made the best out of and still had a good time, but I definitely would never invite a guest to join me at this location again or ever visit it with my family.

    Customer service was great the server was pleasant and very helpful with us making our main course options. The food was delicious and fresh.     The waiter kept on forgetting our requests. Had to ask and remind the waiter several times about our alcoholic beverage and extra sauces and condiments. Our waiter was hard to catch/find.

    Loved the menu, the food and bar area. Downside was it was so loud no one could hear one another so the conversations were difficult. The service was just average. I would recommend it for the food and desserts.

    There’s a reason why reservations are necessary for this beloved restaurant. The restaurant is perfect for a casual lunch meal for lunch, a balanced dinner date, or over brunch on Sundays! Service was great and the food is excellent. I’d return for more meals, sharing the meal with important friends and family for a memorable experience.

    The food for two of us was not correct. The meatloaf was tasteless and the steak had to be sent back twice and was still not cooked. Poor value for the food quality and not at all worth the hype. The waiter seemed like he had never eaten there and couldn’t recommend anything. Slow service as well.

    I enjoy the Founding Farmers brand, but yesterday's visit fell short in a few areas. The reservation process was seamless with very little wait time. However, it was quite a wait once seated for the server to come to the table. When the sweet tea arrived, it had an awful taste, which is not customary of the Founding Farmers brand. The fried chicken is normally very tasty with large portions. However, yesterday was smaller portions and the chicken was not customary of prior experiences. There needs to be work with the servers to ensure they are accustomed to interacting with diverse populations.

    We came to celebrate Mother’s Day after not dining here for a while. We were looking forward to it but it was a let down. The cornbread which is our favorite came out undercooked twice and we weren’t able to eat it. They always get my sandwich order wrong and it happened again. They took forever to remake it. By the time it came out my family was done eating and had to wait for me. Wasn’t the best way to spend Mother’s Day. The kitchen made many mistakes this time around. What a let down.

    I took my mother here for mothers day. I was unaware that it was "brunch only"....the food was underseasoned and not that great. I wanted to bring her here because I enjoyed the food when I came for my birthday back in March, however, this time around I was disappointed. When we got to our table our waiter never came and we sat there confused. After observing others, we realized we were suppose to just get up to get our food from the brunch buffet. Once we got back to our table, we had no utensils and still no waiter. After calling a random waiter, she got our waiter to our table. I had literally seen this man standing there laughing with coworkers as if he had nothing to do. The whole experience was a turnoff, to say the least.

    Brunch was very good. It’s typically crowded and you have to wait a bit to be seated even with a reservation, but it’s pretty efficient and you don’t have to wait long.

    It is very frustrating that they would have Mother's Day brunch and then also meal pickup to the point where they kept running out of food and drinks. On top of that, most servers were on their phones rather than clearing plates or offering refills. Refillable coffee and lemonade is pointless if they never come offer refills and when you flag them down come back with unsweet tea saying they will bring you lemonade as soon as it is made because they ran out and just drop off the check at your table without you even asking for it. What is the point when they do everything they can to shove you out the door. I say this as someone who has frequented this establishment for years because our family loved the experience and now have no desire to go back.

    Sunday brunch buffet was good. Food was tasty, but in the age of COVID, there weren't many precautions taken for a buffet. Service could have been a LOT better. There were plenty of times where our empty and dirty plates were still at our table when we returned from visiting the buffet. Water glasses only held about 6oz. of water and it was incredibly difficult to get a refill on water as we rarely saw our server. We constantly begged for water and it wasn't until 5 mintues before we left that we were given a water carafe for the table so we could service water for ourselves.

    We had reservations at 1030 on Mother’s Day. The hostess had things organized and we were seated within 15 minutes of our arrival. Service was slower than normal and we had to ask for silverware and was never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Overall the buffet had a good selection, but the food was definitely not as good. My husband’s hash browns were very hard were mine needed salt but were moist. The scrambled eggs were watery. The taste of the food and the service has definitely diminished. All in all we had a nice brunch.
