   The service was great once it began. This is the second time we have had to wait at least 10 minutes after being seated before a server came to take a drink order. It was not busy; they were just talking among themselves and not paying attention. But once engaged the service was terrific as was everything else.

   This was a birthday brunch. Upscale restaurant that serves potatoes from a frozen bag. Hollandaise sauce on Eggs Benedict was as thin as water and eggs barely poached/under poached. Eggs are supposed to have a silky break when cut into not gush yolk. Waffles looked/tasted like frozen ones and two laid side by side on a plate with a small bowl of cantaloupe on the side. Very disappointed in the food served for an “upscale” restaurant. Save your money and go to IHOP, Denny’s or Waffle House…..We don’t plan on returning.

   Excellent service. Our third time here in 18 months and we live in Savannah GA! The Veal Parm was a little bit over cooked & the delicious Filet Mignon slider I had before dinner at the bar had a big piece of gristle in it. But the Veal & chicken Picante dishes were excellent. You have to get the Mile High Chocolate cake. Oh my goodness. Three of us ate only half of it!

   Chose this restaurant for Mother's day understanding it is a busy time and expected service delays. The environment was unique and host/hostesses were welcoming. Our waiter seemed distracted from the beginning of our meal. Including walking away in the middle of my Husband ordering a glass of wine. We ordered an appetizer prior to ordering our entries. The food was very good. The table service needed some work. We had plates and silverware remaining from our appetizer and bread which were not picked up prior to the entrée arriving even though they were empty. We filled our own water glasses. For the price of the plates, I would expect more. I would have liked a second glass of wine if we were asked prior to the end of our meal. We had wanted to enjoy dessert but our waiter was more attentive to the tables of 6 around us instead of our table of 3.

    If you haven’t dined here yet, you should. First timer and it won’t be the last. Nice selection of wine, cocktails were on point and the food was delicious. Portions large enough I couldn’t finish. An amazing musician played easy listening jazz that completed the wonderful experience. Staff was super friendly and eager to assist.

    We went for a business dinner, the environment was great, very quite and relaxing. Food was good as usual but the best thing was definitely the service, thanks a lot to Elena, she did an amazing job with us last night! Much appreciated

    Food is just ok. Chicken parm is too thin, too breaded and over cooked. Tomato sauce great. Pasta not Al dente. A bit overcooked. This is our second time there. Likely won’t go back. Too bad because restaurant is a great atmosphere. (Other than the 80’s pop music. Not sure why that would be played in an Italian restaurant)

    Food was excellent. Great chef and great flavors. Service was mediocre. Waitress seem inexperienced or exhausted. Told us she had been there since 10 am. It was 6. She did not tell us about any specific. Took our order but never brought appetizer, had to ask after main entree arrived. Kept forgetting to bring items requested.

    During the wine service, our server splashed wine on my son, apologized- but didn’t offer to comp a dessert or meal.. not the level of service I would expect at this establishment. Food was AMAZING

    Delicious & fantastic service! We were seated in the “vault” which was very warm, but our server quickly lowered the air. Two very loud groups, but otherwise wonderful as always. The food is incredible! I had pesto gnocchi and added chicken, delicious.

    Honestly, this was a very disappointing experience. This restaurant came recommended and we were here visiting from out of state and we’re excited to try it. We were seated in an uncomfortable, crowded corner. The waitress really did try. I feel for her because the support staff was horrible. The food came late and they didn’t get the correct order. They served pasta and forgot to put the sauce on and said they would correct it. They brought sauce on the side and we were charged for for additional sauce on our bill 🤨. The Veal was OK but not great. We ordered wine and they got the wrong kind then went back and brought our wine after we had finished our dinner and it tasted like grape juice. Their wine list is definitely lacking.

    The food was excellent and the service very good. While the general ambience is fine, the noise level was very high, so much so that it made conversation difficult. I've been there once before and it wasn't so loud, so perhaps it was just exceptionally loud that night.
