   We had an amazing night. Server Taylor was friendly and attentive. Lots of choices on the menu but my husband and I always go with our favourites which is pizza and spaghetti. We even had dessert on our date night and it didn't disappoint, can't beat peanut butter and chocolate in a cheesecake. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I always leave there looking forward to my next trip back.

   We were seated within 30 seconds, our drink order was taken right away, our appetizer order was taken and delivered before our main was even decided, the main was piping hot and delicious! The warm, friendly attitude and the "just enough" attention from the server was well above our expectations. Definitely will be dining here again soon!

   This was the perfect place to meet with family midway between our homes and save us all four hours on the road. The food was delicious, staff was very personable and attentive despite being busy and we weren’t rushed at all.

   Seated within 30 seconds of walking in, our waitress introduced herself within 15 seconds of being seated, offering drinks... She was very polite and conversational. We enjoyed the food as well!

    Server was excellent, prompt but too quick to take empties off table. Daughter had wine left in her glass and waitress scooped it off the table! Maple Chicken was SUPER salty. You should leave salt and pepper preference to customer. Veggies (carrots and broccoli) were hot but raw. Very disappointed with food this time. Will turn, though as this was the only time we had been disappointed.

    Overall a great spot, we have been there a few times and everything except the service is conistently great. The service seems to improve and the staff step up their game during busy times.

    Food is always excellent, our guests enjoyed it too. Service was ‘good’ but our waitress forgot a few things we asked for so we had to remind her…in fairness, she was very busy. We will be back tho’! 😊

    Very pleased with the ease of making a reservation and the confirmation. Service could have been a little faster but everyone is dealing with employee shortages. Overall very pleased.

    The evening was great, our party of 4 enjoyed their meals very much, they were tasty, hot and we weren’t rushed in any way ! Great place to have dinner with friends !

    Reservation for 6pm Friday, Oct 7 2022 for 2. Was seated right away at table 27 in booth as asked, was given menus and didnt see anyone until the table next to us (who showed up 10mins later) was being served before we were. Not a drink offer, nor did we get a 'your server will be right with you' when we sat. Terrible service, inattentive servers/table management.

    Staff shortages everywhere, waitress tired, long day, and still smiling! Hang onto her!!! Booth pleasant, food as always awesome, spaghetti and combines...lovely..soup and Ceasars salad scrumptious.. great experience!

    For a first time at Frank & Gino's I was very happy and would definitely return. The pasta was very nice and the portions are HUGE! My husband had the jambalaya and said it was really tasty, spicy and flavourful. We sat on the patio and I hope the next time we come back it is dark, because the patio lights look like they would be awesome to sit under while sipping a summer cocktail :-) Our server was friendly and attentive without being at our table too often.

    Frank and Gino's is a nice restaurant and I asked for a few recommendations and chose one. It is good food, but not a restaurant that I would frequent as the prices are fairly step. However, the spinach/roast veggie dip is def a highlight!

    We had a reservation and the restaurant did not appear overly busy. We were directed to what I think is the worst table in the restaurant - table for two at the end of the entrance. I asked for another table and while accomodated, the young lady was clearly perturbed. Otherwise, service was great.

    Our group of 6 was put in a booth which we found cramped, staff gladly let us switch to a table with a bit more elbow room. Food was wonderful.

    It was busy but the wait was reasonable. Food was great, as was the service. Please remember...people are socializing freely for the first time in 2 years, in restaurants with minimal staff. Be understanding, and your experience will be wonderful here.
