    Another fantastic night at Frankies and I put the noise level high because it was a 11 piece amazing jazz little big band. Not quiet, but so amazing. I mean, that’s what you’re looking for at that gig🫶

    The reservation did not let us know where we would sit and it was very disappointing because we had a terrible view of the band. We made our reservation 2 weeks in advance and thought we would have a better view of the stage. I hope Frankie's Jazz Club improves it because we enjoy the place. Anyway, thanks for this opportunity to provide our feedback.

    Not transparent way of reservation. Clients asked by the receptionist to move to another table after they were already seated (by her) , served with water and while were ordering the dinner. Service not professional.

    Very good evening. Joanie who took care of us is one of the best hospitality employees that I have ever experienced in my life. I have been the industry 50 years and if I had a restaurant or nightclub she would be my first choice to run the operation. The food was excellent and good value. I have known Christie Grace and her family for over 25 years and she never has disappointed for being a top-notch entertainer. Thanks for a memorable experience.

    The performance of the Campbell Ryga Quartet was outstanding! It was obvious from the attention given and applause response that the audience felt as I did. Myself and my guests had the perfect table at the front which was very much appreciated. The food and service is always great however the reason I come is for the live jazz. Thanks for continuing to support the Jazz community of both players & lovers!

    This was our first time to Frankies and the experience was amazing. Our server was friendly and checked on us regularly and the food was well presented and tasty. But most of all of the music was excellent the ensemble played without a break for a good hour and came back and played for another hour. Highly recommend.

    What a treasure! Very good food, in an intimate venue, with absolutely excellent music!! Great service too!! Our wonderful server even brought us a delicious dessert when she heard it was our 20th wedding anniversary. Seriously great place to see music close up and personal and eat and drink while you do it! We will look forward to going to Frankie’s Jazz Club again!

    The club was delightful, the bartender quite handsome, professional and delightful. The crowd was swept away by their Turkish/Canadian hero, the drinks perfect.

    This was a last minute decision for my wife and I on our visit to Vancouver, CN for our anniversary. The place was packed wall to wall for the food, drinks and performer. Our host was very attending and she even surpurised us with an anniversary dessert. You will definitley love this place.

    wonderful as when the show stared they asked us to turn off our phones and we were told that staff could ask us to be quiet during the time musicians were playing . very good as you go thereto hear the music.

    Was surprised to find out that our reservation was for a week later. The hostess was gracious, changed the reservation, let us sit at the bar, and eventually led us to what is probably " the best seats in the house". The food was tasty and quickly delivered. Sound was great for jazz. All in all a wonderful evening. Big applauds to the staff and their kindness.

    Great place to listen to Jazz! The food was pretty amazing, and the service very attentive. I am happy Vancouver has a place where we can enjoy talented Jazz players from across the world, at quite affordable ticket prices.
