Everything was okay. Server never came back after ordering food, someone else dropped off our order, which meant we did not ever have our drinks refilled for the rest of our meal. Food was good and everyone was nice but it would have been nice to have some water with our meals.

Frankie’s has become my go to restaurant in Victoria. The service is always very good. There are plenty of menu items to choose from and from my experience they may not all be spectacular but they are all very well done. It’s a heat family diner and I think we are lucky to have it here. The atmosphere is comfortable and the prices are fair. 😊

Great atmosphere with roomy booths. We love their breakfasts. While we prefer the original Benny our companion raved about the Treehugger Benny (which we will definitely try next time). The Churro French Toast is amazing.

Maybe we ordered the wrong items because I’ve heard great things about this place. I ordered the breakfast veggie wrap, and it did not have much flavor. My partner ordered the steak and eggs, with the steak being a little chewy in parts. The orange juice was pretty good. We will try again on our next visit, maybe for lunch or dinner. Waitress was very kind.

Frankie’s has become a go-to for us when we are in Victoria. Today our table enjoyed the Deluxe Cheeseburger, some fries, Beet and Goat cheese salad, onion rings, tomato soup, and lamb dip. The two sandwiches were terrific, tender, and tasty, complete with soft fresh bun. The sides were all excellent and the salad so flavourful with an awesome dressing. We eat at many places throughout our visits to Victoria, with per person price points of $20-$75+, and none out perform Frankie for quality or value. The type of meals and ambience differ from place to place, however, Frankie’s food quality is second to none; you can expect quality fresh and local ingredients turned into tasty dishes. You can also expect capable and friendly service.

An excellent place to eat in every way. Food is top quality, servers so helpful & the decor is quite lovely. The music was turned down more from our first visit there, which was much better when you are trying to chat with table mates. Highly recommend Frankie’s.

I had steak and eggs with a pancake. The pancake was a little hard but the steak and eggs were great. Exactly as I ordered them: medium well and medium over easy. Restaurants always get this wrong. They had them perfect. The service was really good. Our waitress was fabulous. Everyone at our table of ten said they enjoyed it. We will come again.

We were in a party of four. Two of our number were first time visitors. Three of us rate our meals very highly and one wasn’t very happy with the calamari. The squid was nice and crispy but the batter was bland. Our server was excellent! She was very friendly, attentive and professional. Overall a very good dining experience and we will be back.

The food was good as usual! I love Frankie’s because they have very good portion sizes so you get a lot of food for a great price. It was my first time doing dinner at Frankie’s but I have been there for breakfast and lunch a few times. I prefer their breakfast and lunch food a bit more but overall it was great! It was pretty busy when we were in but the service was good.

The seafood in the linguine dish was overcooked...and the pasta wasnt linguine...it appeared to be spaghetti. Also the portion of seafood was very small...and this dish had a$ 28.00 price tag. Disappointed as I have eaten here before and enjoyed it. The server was excellent and attentive.

My friend & I so enjoyed our breakfast, recently! I was able to make a reservation & we were seated in a quiet area, in a very comfortable booth. From the moment we entered the restaurant, the hostess greeted us warmly, and the chef, who had popped out briefly, to the front area, kindly told us about the 'special item' on the menu. Servers should double check what customer ordered. Mine forgot that I added chicken to my penne. When we reminded her when we got the food, the chicken came out after I finished the penne. I ended up having a grilled chicken breast randomly at the end. Food was pretty good.
