   Always a great meal and great service! I highly recommend this Italian Bistro without having to go to Little Italy for some tasty pasta!

   Usually really enjoy the experience at Fratelli’s however we were seated in the back room this time which was way too warm/stuffy and way too noisy. The server was good but it took about 45-50 minutes to get our food. I’ve heard this is not unusual there.

   Very noisy and two of the four pizzas ordered were burnt on a portion of the bottom. Slow service and very noisy!

   I am sorry but we did not like our experience at all I had a pizza, my husband had the pasta with salmon both very forgettable I also had a martini which tasted like olive juice, I did not drink it and I should of returned it I know this is very harsh but it is the truth It was not money well spent

   The noise level made it extremely difficult to have an audible conversation with my lunch guests. I brought them in from Oregon bragging about the food the ambiance etc but the noise was really unpleasant. The table in the bay window were a group of men with potty mouths that echoed up our backs. Really too bad.

   We booked the Fratelli in Westboro because the Kanata Fratelli was not taking reservations. The seafood pescatore was not as good.

    We've been going to this restaurant for over 15 years. Changed the menu. The choice I get was Changed and not as enjoyable. Waitress was very pushy in paying and trying to get us up and out, even though there was no one waiting Didn't like the percentage of tip that was required. 18% 20% or 25% which was mandatory. Going to reconsider going there again

    I always enjoy going to Fratelli. The ambiance is lively with all age groups represented - this restaurant is clearly a favourite with the Westboro locals. The food is always good and the service excellent. Will definitely return and I don't say that about too many Ottawa restaurants!

    We had a really wonderful meal. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauces were delicious. Very good pizza as well and outstanding service from our waitress. Really well priced for the quality food we had.

    Went for dinner on a Sunday evening. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. My mom ordered the chicken gorgonzola, it was very good. I had the pasta with rose and pesto, it was okay. Very nice ambiance, would return again.

    Love the food at Fratelli's, whether at the Westboro or Kanata location. They are always consistent. The service is always friendly and efficient. Locations are a little noisy however the food is worth it.

    Noise level was high. My friend and I had to strain our voices in order to hear each other. I ordered the gluten free pizza crust and it was over cooked. One the the quarters of my pizza was burnt around the edges. Pesto topper was delicious but chicken was dry.

    Fratelli's in Westboro is my go-to place for good quality comfort food combined with excellent service and a busy and exciting atmosphere. The service and food quality is always exceptional. Very reliable.

    Excellent service, good choice of the day, menu selection very varied. Soup and pasta dish could have been at a higher temperature. Very busy so noise level higher than usual even though it was lunch time. Table for two are very small with limited space to manage with bread and entree.

    Perfect meal, great atmosphere. Excellent on a dreary dark spring day! I have been here on hot, lovely days as well and it is still perfect then. But on a cold rainy day, it just seemed that much more cozy and the food that much more delicious!

    Simply amazing. From drinks quality (simply made but the taste is also right) Very good Wine list and prices that are reasonable Appetizers and meals were great taste wise and size of portions. Highlights: Gnocchi and Sambuca shrimps

    Fratelli has long been among my top favourite restaurants in Ottawa. My only disappointment can be found in the absence of their Glebe location. Their food, service and value have stood the test of time. LOVE this gem in Westboro.

    The food was good but we waited 30 minutes before we got service, no water no bread, not even a hello! When our server did come, we didn’t hear the specials didn’t get proper service. I understand it being busy, but we felt like we weren’t in the way and a bother to the server. It was an anniversary dinner so the dinner took away from the event. the food was good but service couldn’t & should’ve been better

    I went there for the food and they didn’t disappoint. While the cannelloni filling was a bit fatty to my liking, the Roma sauce was quite good and the pasta for the cannelloni was cooked appropriately. Service was efficient and food focused. Great place for a nice evening if you want Italian cuisine!
