   Service was very spotty. Waiter took order but didn't come back till dessert. Took a guest and the busboy reached across my guest to clear plates that included a lot of clattering of dishes and cutlery. It was obvious he had not been properly trained to clear plates. Runner delivering food did the same thing throwing arm and elbow into face of my guest instead or serving from the left and clearing from the right. Little details make a difference. I was waiting for my guest to complete dessert when the bill, unrequested, was deposited on the table and we were only 1 of 3 tables inside and the other two parties had not yet ordered. The appetizer was ok., not great, just OK. My pasta was fettuccini which was a substitution for the pasta indicated on the menu, odd for a Tuesday night at the beginning of the week for something as basic as this to be out. I had to ask for cheese. The sauce on the pasta was thick, muddy and over acidic. I had three bites and left the rest. Needless to say I didn't take the residue with me. Dinner was $150 which included a $25 tip for lackluster food and sketchy service. I wont be back and I wont recommend your restaurant but I will warn friends from making a reservation.

   The service is outstanding. The waiter was very helpful to our vegan friend. The food is okay. Portions are very small vs price- but flavorful. A great place to go for a drink on church street and sit outside.

   Good restaurant, but went there for a birthday on Saturday and it turned out they did not have a DJ that day. It was not disclosed when we called a week prior to ask if they will have the DJ and party after dinner.

   We had a wonderful meal at Fresca Da Franco prior to going to a concert at the Wellmont Theater that is a short walk away. They had a nice selection of food and several specials. Everything we ordered was delicious!They also have a full bar and a nice wine list. There was a nice energy in the room and they had folding glass doors that were open so to let the fresh air inside as well as several outdoor tables. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. They knew we were going to a concert so they brought the drinks and food out promptly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   The service was terrible! No silverware, napkins… took forever to put our drink order, apps and entree orders in. And took even longer for our food to come out. Wait service didn’t seem to care that we were waiting. I’ll never go back there.

    Food was excellent. This may be an unfair review on the service and portions due to the fact that it was Mother’s Day. The service was overwhelmed and a bit slow….again, maybe because of the holiday. Sat at 7pm. Didn’t get appetizers till about 8pm. There was a set menu with limited Items to choose so getting food out should not have been an issue. Appetizer and main menus portions were very small. Appetizers were probably individual size and not table size. Could have been expressed by the waiter. Overall, the food was excellent so no complaints there. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t have the regular menu because we were sold by the regular menu item pics and selections and the main reason we chose that restaurant. That may have been my fault by not reading the fine print of there being a set menu for the holiday. Would I go back? Probably so… I believe in second chances and like I mentioned the food was excellent. Also, it was fairly priced compared to other Italian restaurants…maybe because of the French restaurant sized portions.

    We loved our evening at Fresco Da Franco! Everything was fabulous. We loved the ambiance, the food, and our waitress, Melissa. She was professional, helpful, funny and a wonderful waitress! We can’t wait to go back again!

    We eat here often, especially in the summer when the outdoor dining is available. Great service, excellent food and a cool vibe. Just wish it was still BYOB - I don’t like paying $40+ for a bottle of wine I can buy for $18. On my own. Despite that - it’s worth it and Ill be back 😉

    A place has to pretty bad for me to write a review like this. I don’t understand the hype for this place. Rude & inattentive waiter. Portions are so small, this is not how Italians serve food. Should’ve known better when I learned Hollywood owns it. Never again.

    I loved Fresco Da Franco . The food and service was excellent. I loved the atmosphere .Now with the liquor license it made for a great dining experience. I have one suggestion . The bread they serve was not Italian bread . I would like them to get real Italian bread . We are surrounded by great Italian bakeries. The bread didn't effect the food quality and alot of people don't eat the bread. So I will definitely go back

    We told them it was our baby’s first birthday. They didn’t even wish us let alone bring a little cake or candle to celebrate the occasion. Very impersonal and transactional experience. Modicum pasta on the specials was just loaded up with chili flakes. Nothing special about it. There was not even a trace of any beef.

    My wife, daughter, and I ate brunch at Fresco Da Franco on Easter Sunday, 2023. The food was fresh and tasty; just the right amounts, and served hot. We were not rushed, and the service was quick and efficient. We had a wonderful time.

    Food was good. The eggplant stack appetizer very good but needs a bit more oil/dressing, etc - a little bit dry. Both fish dishes good. Knock down a full star for the need for a credit card to make a reservation and subsequent reminders with veiled threat you lose your $25 if you cancel. WE SHOW UP FOR OUR RESERVATIONS.

    I had a friend of mine recommend this place to me. I had never been here before but the way he described it was amazing. So me and my girl decided to give it a go, and let me tell you, everything about this place was spectacular. From the inside being beautifully lit up to the food being 5 star I couldn’t ask for a better Sunday date night! If you’re looking for some off the hook Italian food and a beautifully lit up place to eat you definitely need to stop at Franco de fresco!!!

    A nice little surprise! Service and food was terrific. Volume for a Sunday evening was a bit high because of a party. But soon after was lower yet lively and worked well with conversation and dinning. Staff was great. Would absolutely recommend.
