   Food took more than half an hour to arrive and the prices are so high for what is offered. I had a drink that was really good (the deep immune) but I don't think I'll be getting a meal there again.

   Fresh has updated their menu and it's not a change for the better. The fries are a pale shadow if what they used to be. The wrap was bland and the salad leaves were wilted.

   Attentive service and the new menu is phenomenal! It was my date’s first time at Fresh, and he was impressed with the quality and ambiance; he had the Cali burger, and I had the Favourite bowl with soba noodles. Highly recommended.

   The happy hour from 3-5 PM was a great surprise! We tried the Nachos and the Buffalo Cauliflower; both were yummy and had a good portion to share. We also got the happy hour smoothies! The staff was friendly, and they checked in on us regularly. We will be going back for sure!

   Waiter was very personable, joked around with us when my lunch mate asked for a take home box before we were served our meal. We were seated away from the main dining area which was surprisingly quiet & comfy.

    We came in Sunday and while we were waiting for our food the smell of oil paint was so overwhelming!! It was not a comfortable time, with the terrible smell. When I googled oil paint it says it’s harmful. You should have closed your doors and not had people in your restaurant.

    I have been going to Fresh for years and for the first time ever the service yesterday was horrible. The restaurant was not busy yet our food took over 40 mins! And our server seemed confused, we had to repeat our orders for drinks and for food numerous times until he got it right, and then he seemed unfamiliar with the food items and the drinks. When asking for wine recommendations he said he didn’t know. Overall just a bad experience yesterday.

    The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very dismissive, responding rudely when we asked about our food, rude looks to our whole table when there was confusion about our food, very rude tone of voice. Zero customer service skills and should not be in that industry. Very disappointing as we enjoy this chain and frequent these Fresh restaurants often. She will be the reason we will not return to this location.

    Fresh has always been my family’s go to because of vegan/vegetarian preferences. But last night I was very disappointed with the food. Everything was so bland and did not have any taste. Also, a friend of mine ordered a drink and it also did not taste good. Really disappointed with Fresh last night

    Excellent quality of food and ingredients for veg/vegan folks. Would love to come here again. Little sad that Pizza was not served at this venue, despite, being mentioned on the menu. But, that's no issue as we ordered vegan tacos, fries, and nice drinks and they were FAB!

    This was the worst service I’ve ever had. There were only about 3-4 tables of people in the entire restaurant, the rest was empty. Yet the service was horrendous. The staff were on their cell phones, chatting and dancing with each other rather than tending to the tables. We were not checked in on once by our server or any staff members. They seemed withdrawn and disinterested in being there. Will not be going back.

    It had some good and bad points- was a slow night for them and we had to wait 42mins for our waitress to look into why the food was talking so long. The good part was they comp a salad and fries while we waited on the food which came 5mins after she checked with the kitchen

    Beautiful restaurant. Our server was pleasant. Onion rings came out obviously burned-as an ex server those should have never been put out to the customer-(our server did not deliver them.)??After about an hour our entrees came out. Cauliflower tacos looked gorgeous but were too crunchy inside and the chunks were so huge I couldn’t bite into them without everything popping out, I ate it with a knife and fork. Lacking in flavour but the sauce was good. My mothers fries were also borderline burned? She really liked the buffalo chicken wrap. We had no time for dessert because of the long wait for entrees. Probably will not return to Fresh and kind of sad about that.

    We placed our order and received our drinks fairly quickly, but then sat for over 45 minutes waiting for our food to arrive. After looking around hopelessly at the waitress many times and the other staff, we finally stopped her and said we needed to get going if the food didn’t come soon. She went into the kitchen to check and came back and said our order had never gone through, and we’d need to wait at least another 15 minutes for it. The same exact thing happened to another table across from us, and another table that has to take their food to go right beforehand. The waitress apologized and asked us to pay for the drinks before we left… they should’ve comped our drinks or given us a gift certificate or something, it was really ridiculous!

    came here for lunch and my girlfriend mentioned her nut and shellfish allergy. we ordered the onion rings and were told of cross contamination and so nachos were ordered instead but we were not told about the cashews in the nachos and my girlfriend had an allergic reaction to which we are now in the hospital 2.5 hours later and will be here until 630 earliest. ruined our day and almost killed my gf. please have you staff learn the menu and be more cautious about allergies
