   Went there for lunch with my girlfriends. It was their first time at Fresh and were blown away by how good the food was. I knew they would like it but they were skeptical of a meatless menu. You can’t go here without having the onion rings!

   Looking forward to trying a dine-in experience. Food was all right but not exceptional. Large portions. Ambience was pleasant, but music was intrusive to conversation. Table service on the slow side. Perhaps this is better suited to takeout?

   Place is nice and quiet unfortunately they have eliminated some of our favorite items and therefore we ended up eating things that were not necessarily as good as those in the past!!! We also have no idea who came up with an idea of offering only one soup and changing that every week which basically means you as a customer no longer get a choice of what soup you're going to eat!!!

   I had a generally positive experience and would recommend the place, but my chicken wrap was just okay. The problem was that the ingredients weren't mixed well, so I felt like I was eating the carrots and spinach separately. Furthermore, the sweet potato fries were cut too thin and were slightly burnt. When I gave my feedback to the waiter, he was very friendly and said he would pass it on. The cake and coffee were good, and the atmosphere was very positive.

   Always a lovely time and great good at Fresh. Their salads are so delicious (Cobb with 369) and we are repeat and will continue to be repeat customers. The vegan chocolate cake is pretty awesome also.

    Our server was very attentive and it was a nice experience dining at Fresh Sherway. Would Def go again . Our Buffalo cauliflower was just really raw and crunchy - so I believe they just need to cook it longer and our meal would Have been a 10 out of 10. Thanks again.

    A nice new decor. Friendly staff, but somewhere the service gets slow. We weren’t in a hurry but if we were, we would be a little stressed. As some of the reviews mentioned… food came out cold/not hot. Had to replace the fries. Wrap was a little soggy. Flavor was good though. Still like the Queen street location better.

    The food is consistently good. The vibe is great. The service and wait times are slooooow. Even if you’re not in a rush it’s still slow.

    Everything was great! The only thing was that my date and I were seated at the outdoor patio. We agreed to it because we were told it was heated. It was still moderately cold due to air coming in through cracks in the windows.

    The food as usual was great! Best onion rings ever! They did give me the wrong entree in that it wasn’t what I ordered…I ordered a beach bowl but got got the tiger bowl. It was fine because it also tasted amazing. Maybe just be careful in the future and maybe say peoples order back to them to be sure!

    Food was amazing. Service was adequate. Bathrooms needed attention with toilet paper missing in one and low in the other. Music was blading overhead so hard to hear companions until asked to turn it down.

    Fire alarm went off it was very noisy. Doesn’t help when you’re trying to eat with that noise. Did not want to leave because I love the food I go there twice a week times

    Extremely understaffed. Had reservations during a downtime and still had to wait 20-30 minutes even though restaurant was ~25% full. A lot of frustrated people in line. Once seated, most empty tables had dirty dishes sitting on them for quite some time. We felt bad for the team working because they were doing their best. Bathrooms were equally in a state. Management needs to add more staff to the schedule. Disappointing experience as I frequent several other Fresh locations often and was giving this newer location a try.

    They were obviously very short staffed, have been to this location multiple times and service was always quick, and food warm, but this time it took 20 minutes just to get our coffees, and the food almost took an hour, and when it came out my fries were cold. There were a tonne of empty tables, but in spite of a reservation it also took a while for us to even be greeted by a hostess and seated.

    Been there twice, first time we were 2 and had an excellent server who gave us great recommendations. Second time we were 5 and got a server who seemed lost, took almost an hour to get our food, very slow service even though it wasn’t busy at all, food was a bit bland, wish they offered a sauce or salt and pepper. I like the atmosphere, it’s new, spacious and clean. Will go again.

    The servers are always helpful and warm welcoming but the chefs or cooks are not too very professional. For two recent visits experience, I am very disappointed about the food quality.

    The dining area is spacious and beautifully decorated. The host and server were courteous and helpful. The food was flavourful and a decent portion. We ordered the Buffalo wrap, Cobb salad, peanut butter cheesecake, and verbena blues tea; we enjoyed all of them.

    Perfect evening. Food, ambience, and service were impeccable. I highly recommend this vegan restaurant. The onion rings, BBQ burger, and carrots cake were delicious. You wouldn't miss meat.
