The food at this Fresh location is amazing. It reminds me of the Spadina location! Out of my 3 visits to this restaurant my server Gabby has helped me on two occasions. Once with my family and most recently for my solar return (birthday). She's super patient, polite and helpful with suggesting. Overall very great experience here!

Four of us all had something different for lunch and each dish was delicious (I had the squash taco). Menu has something for everyone. Service was excellent. The noise level was a little high but conversation still possible. We had not been to Fresh before but all agreed we would cone again.

The location is bright and inviting. It was a busy lunch hour so the service was a little slower than usual but a very polite server. The quinoa onion rings are a must-share for the table! The Beach Bowl was so tasty and plentiful... enough to take home for another meal! Lovely spot for lunch with dear friends!

Everything was very good. Only issue was that the "Hot" Chocolate was tepid, and when asked to reheat it, it took a very long time and came up tepid, definitely not as hot as I would have liked. Otherwise, great!

Made reservations because of Mother’s Day, server took a while to greet us/take orders. Our orders took quite a bit to come out. Ordered sweet potato fries that took a long time to be served to us. To top it off, the sweet potato fries were cold.

Despite a reservation we waited a long time for our table and then had to wait even longer for cutlery and napkins because they ran out (at 2pm on Mother’s Day). I genuinely love Fresh but this particular location seems consistently worse than others.

Be prepared for a slow kitchen. While the hostess is quick to tell you there is a 2 hour eating time limit, the kitchen is so slow that you need all of that time. Food here is always great. Never any complaints. The grilled avocado cheese sandwich is amazing. Our server, Samantha, was lovely and really made the day. I love this place - just not sure why the kitchen is so slow. It can also be quite loud at times in both dining rooms.

We dined in the outdoor section, it was raining so the roof was closed. But the area where we dined in was steaming hot. Asked the server to turn off the heater, but after 15mins, the heater was turned on again.

We went right when they opened so it wasn’t too busy but it seemed short staffed. The couple behind us went to the Starbucks because their drinks took so long at the bar. Our food was pretty good. I liked mine but my mom didn’t love hers. I saw a server spill a drink on a customer which isn’t very good. It took 15 minutes for us to get our bill after our food was cleared despite only 5 other tables being full.

The staff are so lovely and accommodating. They are also attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food is out of this world amazing. I try something new off their menu everytime I go. The atmosphere is lovely and calming. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Nice little family of 4 dinner with 2 young girls, 4 and 1. Food always nourishing and the vibe is calm (early dinners for us). Services is nice and non rushed. Consistently really enjoyable experience.

Recently went for my husbands birthday and it was GREAT. We had the cauliflower bites to start and yes...they are SUPER crispy (which is always what I worry about with cauli bites). The breading is like a panko type crumb breading. For mains he had a beyond burger with the dragon fries. The dragon fries were truly delicious. I had the Tiger Bowl which is ALWAYS a good choice lol. It's fresh but still hearty. Also, if you can handle the heat, definitely as for some of their house made hot sauce. Proceed with caution though, it is VERY spicy. lol I went a little too liberal with it and my tongue was on fire lol. But kind of in a good way? The decor is beautiful and spacious. You don't feel like you are crammed into a tight space. It was light and airy and really great for date night :)

Not awesome. Seems like all the food tastes a little different - in the worst way. Service was terrible. This was my absolute favorite chain for the past decade. Not sure I’ll eat there again… I’ve tried a couple times now thinking it was just an off day. Nope. It’s not good anymore.

Went there for lunch with my girlfriends. It was their first time at Fresh and were blown away by how good the food was. I knew they would like it but they were skeptical of a meatless menu. You can’t go here without having the onion rings!

Looking forward to trying a dine-in experience. Food was all right but not exceptional. Large portions. Ambience was pleasant, but music was intrusive to conversation. Table service on the slow side. Perhaps this is better suited to takeout?

Place is nice and quiet unfortunately they have eliminated some of our favorite items and therefore we ended up eating things that were not necessarily as good as those in the past!!! We also have no idea who came up with an idea of offering only one soup and changing that every week which basically means you as a customer no longer get a choice of what soup you're going to eat!!!

I had a generally positive experience and would recommend the place, but my chicken wrap was just okay. The problem was that the ingredients weren't mixed well, so I felt like I was eating the carrots and spinach separately. Furthermore, the sweet potato fries were cut too thin and were slightly burnt. When I gave my feedback to the waiter, he was very friendly and said he would pass it on. The cake and coffee were good, and the atmosphere was very positive.

Always a lovely time and great good at Fresh. Their salads are so delicious (Cobb with 369) and we are repeat and will continue to be repeat customers. The vegan chocolate cake is pretty awesome also.
