   Simply amazing! Every bite was fresh, flavourful and delightful. The service was right on time, while food was brought to us as soon as we were ready for it. Our server was always smiling and friendly. We will definitely return for another awesome experience.

   The food was absolutely delicious, everything was cooked perfectly. The service is phenomenal, the waiters are at the table every couple of minutes with a new meat, and will ask you what your favourites are so they can bring you more.

   we come often to fumaca whenever we have to celebrate anything. last night also food and service was top notch as always. all the meat cuts were so juicy and tender. grilled pineapple and shrimp were super delicious. loved their mac and cheese along with their fresh salad bar. we will be back again. highly recommended.

   Great food needs more servers for drinks they forgot my fiance coffee after he asked for an espresso told they don't have that bit the Brazilian coffee is amazing he said sure I will try that and never got it waited another 20 min and just asked for the bill

   It was the best restaurant I have ever been to! Everything from beginning to end was incredible. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is kind, helpful and fun! Best experience ever! And beautiful downtown view.

   Had a fun night at fumaca. Our group had such a great time. Food was super delicious and service was excellent. Way way better than pampa in terms of quality food and quick service. Food was just kept coming non stop. We really love their steaks , bacon chicken, parmesan pork but shrimp and grilled pineapple were just super delicious. That pineapple is unreal. Highly recommended for group events to enjoy different variety of meat . Also they have such a beautiful view of city downtown.

   Everything here was impeccable from the service to the food. All the meat was tender and juicy and perfectly done. The sides were fresh and complimentary to the meal. The drinks were well-balanced and delicious. I had an old-fashioned with my meal which was very well made.

    Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! I cannot believe i did not know about this complete gem in Edmonton. The food was absolutely amazing.,the server kept coming frequently with the meat compared to other Brazilian steakhouse i have been to. The salad was well stocked and love their mac and chesse and Brazilian cheese buns. Our server was very friendly and had a good chat during our meal. It was worth every penny! Highly recommended.

    Food was very good but the service was very slow for drinks and there was no checking in on us. Bathrooms were not clean, floor in the bathroom was very sticky. Will not be recommending or returning

    The Mac & cheese wasn't good. That's the only thing my daughter eats. I was getting anxious that I'd need to leave to buy something to her as she was hungry, but she liked the chicken drumsticks and it was the only thing she ate. The water was amazing!

    We always love to go to Fumaca to celebrate - whatever there is to celebrate. The meat cuts are of very high quality and the cinnamon pineapple always seems to find an empty spot in your stomach you didn't know existed. Going in the evening also dazzles you with the display of downtown sparkling across the river. The side dishes are plenty and well stocked. Providing vinegar and olive oil from Evoolution is an added bonus. I would just hope to see some fresh bread at the buffet again to be able to fully enjoy it. We have been regulars for years and will continue for as long as Fumaca is there. Here's to hoping they bring back their Sunday Brunch at some point again!

    Decided to treat our son (university student) to a night out, and a Brazilian restaurant was his choice. Fumaca did not disappoint. The food was very good and service was excellent. The hostess was very friendly and attentive, checking in frequently to make sure we had what we wanted, and taking care of making sure we had more of what we really enjoyed. The gauchos visited the table frequently and servings were generous. The salad/hot bar was limited, but it was the meat we were there for, so it was more than adequate (the truffle mac and cheese was VERY good). Loved the selection of sauces and condiments, although I found the chimichurri a bit on the tart side. The meats were all delicious - table favorites were the garlic steak, rump roast and the garlic shrimp. Looking forward to our next trip to Edmonton so we can enjoy this restaurant again.

    Went to celebrate our new year celebration at fumaca and it was amazing. Our group was really impressed with great quality food and amazing service. We had a fun night with great downtown view of city. We really loved their variety of meat with great salad bar and loved their cheese buns . Its a perfect place for group especially. Best Brazilian steakhouse in town. Highly recommended.

    Overall, a sadly underwhelming experience. The salad bar lacked variety, (the devilled eggs weren't devilled), the "famous" truffle mac and cheese was dry, and the meat was salty and lacked any real flavour. Not at all the Brazilian BBQ flavours we were expecting. Also, there was no lamb, chicken hearts, or braised beef ribs which is what we were looking forward to trying and the shrimp barely made it to our table. Also, what is the point of the "green means go" and "red means stop" cards if the gauchos don't pay attention to them anyways? Our table felt like it was placed as extra seating in what should have been a walkway - servers and guests had to sidle through the gap between tables across from us and we were seated "reach out and touch" close to a boisterous group of diners making it difficult for my partner and I to have a conversation. I can make better Brazilian BBQ at home. Would not recommend.

    Excellent service and good food, if a little pricey. Restaurant interior was pleasant but would benefit from updating as the ambiance did not really match the price point. Still, our large group had fun, everyone really enjoyed the food overall, and we would absolutely return.

    Our main man, Billie, made the whole evening, of about 2 hours, for our birthday party of 5, enjoyable, laughable, entertaining (what with his failing memory), all the while making sure we had prompt service. The meat choices were more than adequate and VERY hot when served. Going again very soon.

    Hands down the best Brazilian restaurant we've been too. Service is always top notch, food quality is absolutely outstanding and there are tons of options. We have been here several times and won't hesitate to be back or bring friends or family here when they come to town. Always a good experience. We have tried other Brazilian restaurants in Edmonton and Fumaca is by far our favourite.

    Amazing steakhouse with perfect location with spectacular view of bridge with great food and excellent service. Way way better then other Brazilian steakhouses in town. Non stop quick service for very high quality meat along with great salad bar. Highly recommended for individual or groups for great value. Thank you guys for a great meal.

    As always food and service was amazing. We had our 2nd time Christmas party here for all the staff and everyone just loved their food. They had a great variety of salad bar as well as great selection of meat items. Our group thoroughly enjoyed 10 different cuts of meat and really loved perfectely cooked rump steak , sirloin, bacon chicken , parmesan pork along with super delicious garlic shrimp and grilled pineapple. Our servers were super friendly and gave us a great time. Best steakhouse in town with great location as you have thé beautiful view of city. Great value for money for so much great quality food. We will be back again. Highly recommended for best value meal in town.

    What an AMAZING experience. I have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before, but they take great care of you. Every type of top quality steak, marinated shrimp, lamb, chicken, pork and pineapple. The sides, drinks, and salad were also to die for. Come here for the best meal of your life!

    We went to fumaca in a group with our whole family and few friends for get together and it was an absolutely amazing fun experience. They had a great selection at fresh salad bar along with delicious Brazilian cheese buns. Their staff was so nice to accommodate old people to young kids when it comes to food preference. All the meat cuts were so delicious.we had a table with the beautiful view of bridge and Edmonton downtown. I think they have the best view in the city. Best Brazilian steakhouse in town. We will be back soon. Highly recommended for best value and great food.
