Boston's premier steakhouse launches a pop up residency at The White Elephant Resort on Nantucket. Our team is traveling to the island to ensure the perfect execution of the beloved Grill 23 experience. The menu will feature some of our tried and true classics, like 100-Day Aged Ribeye and some Nantucket-exclusive offerings. We are sparing no expense in recreating our world class beverage program. Expect an extensive menu that includes our signature "frosted" Grill 23 Martini and rare unicorn wines from all over the world.

    I had two very good meals here but the last night of service was terrible. I had 3 different waiters and there was a very long wait time between apps and dinner and getting the bill I was surprised by the lack of attention

    The cost of food was way over priced. Even for Nantucket standards. $75 for egg noodles thatvwere stuck together with some truffle on top. The foie dish still had veins in it and we had to send our hashbrown potato back that was with the entree because it wasnt cooked all the way. Our cream spinsch was room temp. The quality of food didnt even come close to what they charged.

    One of the best meals we have had on island… and we’ve been coming here for 25 years. Service was exceptional, friendly, professional and helpful. Ambience was great and the food was outstanding! So sad that it’s only a pop up and hope to return in 2024!

    We are frequent patrons of this excellent restaurant in Boston. Their Nantucket pop-up exceeded their typical excellence with new recipes and fresh takes on traditional options off the Boston menu. Service and attention to detail were exceptional. We only hope Grill 23 will make the Nantucket pop up will become an annual affair!

    Don’t bother to eat here. It’s overpriced and the service is unbalanced (rushed courses, no drinks, etc.)

    Good to see g 23 on Nantucket for a while this summer. Food, service and ambience were excellent. Except Duce tables are on top of one another. There are no private conversations.

    Food, vibes and service 10/10 would recommend! As someone who worked at the White Elephant Residences and Inn for years, this pop up of Grill 23 is the most brilliant use of the ballroom space. Would love for it to be permanent! I hope to go back before the doors are closed.

    We had the best meal we have had on Nantucket at Grill 23’s Nantucket pop-up. The food was phenomenal and the service and ambiance were equally stellar. The level of professionalism and commitment to excellence shared by everyone on staff made the evening easy and delightful for us. My partner and I shared the golden Ossetra caviar starter which comes with delicious blini and all the traditional accompaniments (egg yolks, egg whites, sour cream, red onions, capers) and we elected the homemade tater tots as the second caviar starch base, and they were so delicious we ordered more to have with our main courses. My partner had the dry-aged prime NY strip and I had the prime tenderloin, each comes with a small watercress salad and a flavor bomb side of sautéed onions. Both steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection, and house-made steak sauce and béarnaise sauces were top notch. Overall, a thoroughly delicious and enjoyable experience.

    G23 ACK is an incredibly well executed pop-up of Boston’s Grill 23. They’ve done a brilliant job transforming the White Elephant conference room into a great looking restaurant with an outer cocktail bar, large interior bar and a range of seating configurations. Our meal was fantastic with incredibly fresh ingredients in the salads from Bartlett Farms and superb fish and a great truffle pasta (not on the Boston menu).

    Grill 23’s attention to detail, professional yet warm staff and food quality are the reasons they are so popular in Boston for 40 years. They created the same elegant and inviting ambience here on Nantucket. Although not inexpensive, we savored the experience and plan to return - as we hope they do in the years ahead.
