This was our first time at Gallo’s and we just weren’t very impressed. Food was good and came out hot and timely but we of course got placed at the one table directly next to the front door with a waitress that had a party of like 20. Being the table we were we had people waiting on top of our table for their seats the whole time. It appeared everyone received bread and butter at their table and we were never offered that. We had made a reservation so it just sucks to be given the worst seat in the house when you had a reservation. Not saying we won’t be back because at least the food was good but just looking to add some areas of improvement!

Just a heads up-- The noise level was awful. 2 of my guests are hard of hearing and I realize most restaurants anymore are loud . Someday ,their hearing will be affected. The food is wonderful, not exactly handicapped ,friendly, but the noise made us leave early . Just wish there was a restaurant in Columbus ,Ohio that addresses the noise level. I would love to have a conversation and not have my head hurt.

No one refilled our waters during our meal, orders came incorrect, plates weren’t cleared when next courses came, and we had to ask for utensils multiple times. The appetizers were good, the salads and entrees left a lot to be desired. It was our first time and we’ve heard good things about the restaurant leading up to this experience, but there really wasn’t anything that would want us to come back for a second try.

Gallo's was 10/10. Michael was exceptional guiding us through the menu and did not disappoint on his recommendations. We enjoyed the Seafood Creole and the Pan Sauteed Daily Fish and I am still thinking about it. Cannolis for dessert, and a guarantee that we'll be back! Thank you Gallo's!

The food was very good and the place was full. The only issue was that it took over 50 minutes to get our Pasta with 1 Meatball and some Jambalaya. Everything tasted great and we will likely be back if we are ever back in the area.

Dinner was outstanding! We had the calamari for an app! So fresh and tasty. I had the special Halibut with crawfish cream and polenta cake. It was the best fish dish I have ever had! The fish was cooked to perfection and the cream sauce was to die for. Our service was great and everyone else’s meals were delicious! Jen, the manager, was amazing and super accommodating. We have never had a bad meal here, but this might go down as one of my fave meals ever!

Amazing food, every single time. The Louisiana crawfish sauce is to die for, you have to get it either as an app, entree or both. Always great service and wait staff.
