   Dinner out with my adult son. it was packed, and the service was great (slight delay in paying out, but otherwise perfect). Cocktails were yummy, specials were wonderful, crab cake small plate was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

   Really happy with our experience at Gallo's! This was our first time at this location, and we were not disappointed by the food or ambience. A special shoutout to Jason, our server, who took extremely good care of us, made good suggestions as to the menu, and was generally a welcome addition to our meal. We will absolutely return!

   Service, Brian, was amazing. The host was knowledgeable with the menu, which is a breathe of fresh air. Food was unremarkable, meaning mostly nothing I haven’t had at other restaurants. It was still good. Prices are comparable to other restaurants of this quality. The atmosphere was nice. We will go again.

I'm very disappointed that we were not able to deliver a five star evening, but I have shared feedback with our kitchen and we will be paying more attention to detail. Our fries are cut in house, so frozen odds and ends aren't the issue, but we are addressing that QA issue ASAP. Please let us know when you stop back in.

    Sorry for the 3 star review but, considering the entire experience, that is the best I can give. The food: excellent, as expected. The service (of the server): excellent. The ambience: terrible. We almost walked out within seconds of being seated but chose to stay, hoping the experience wouldn’t be too awful but we were wrong and we should have left. We had a reservation, made the same day, that resulted in a table within 6-ft of the front door, beside a bench used by people waiting on a table or picking up an order I guess. I had one guy waiting there brushing up against me as he looked for something to lean against. Super cold blast of winter air every time the door opened. This table should not exist in any decent restaurant that cares about the customer. This space should be used only for waiting or a coat rack or something. Being given this table, I immediately recognized that my money was more important to Gallo’s than my experience. I can recommend the food here for sure but I would walk out if they offer you the table by door.

As such we do have a few tables near the entry that aren't always everybody's favorite. We can't get rid of them, because a lot of our guests will take them when we're so busy. So, we decided to remove those three tables from the reservation system. We still have them for walk-in guests. Hopefully you come back and chat with our manager. We care about all of our guests and want them to have the best time.

    Evening out with friends. Our meals were great. 2 of us had the Grouper Special which was Amazing!! Great tasting sauce, which was creole/etouffee type sauce. The server was very good. Very attentive. Look forward to our next visit to this restaurant.

    It was ok, parking isn’t easy. The ambiance looked much better online. My grouper was over cooked but my husband’s chicken piccata was good, not great. I was excited to go and was rather disappointed:/

    The atmosphere is great as was most of our food. We both ordered the special stuffed flounder. The crab stuffing, risotto and glazed carrots were all very good, the flounder for both of us was very overcooked and tough. Dessert of chocolate pot de crème was excellent! Will go back, just disappointed in our main course.

    A great neighborhood restaurant. The drinks are expertly prepared. Somehow as crowded as they are, the drinks arrive like with the speed of the Pony Express. The menu is flexible and varied. I enjoyed the calamari app and a half Caesar salad. My wife had the bolognese. I've had the pan seared strip steak and will put that up against "steakhouse" steaks priced three times as much.

    We love gallos and go there often. This was the first time we have been disappointed. The scallops were off, (maybe freezer burned,) and saturated with water. The risotto was like glue. The lemon pepper wings were great.

    The food was amazing! Everything was super fresh and seasoned beyond perfection! The scallops were sweet and perfectly prepared. My husband really enjoyed his “big boy” grilled cheese.     Good atmosphere but we did not have much luck with the food or service. I had the grouper, which was dry due to it being baked vs Pan cooked. My wife ordered the filet medium well and it was medium rare. There was so much blood her potatoes turned red! Waiter was rude and impatient. Sent her steak back to be cooked more two times before giving up and just eating sides. We’d give it another shot but tell them to butterfly the filet, as it was a thick cut.
