   The salad bar was pretty basic but still good. Meats were AMAZING. We will definitely go back again. We were celebrating a special occasion for my son, the server insisted on giving him dessert on the house. Even though he told the server he was full and couldn't eat any more, the server insisted he take it to go. Wonderful service.

   A few of the meats had a funny seasoning to us, but it may just be our tastes. The meat was tender as could be. The wait staff and everyone who worked their was on point and on top of the game for service. It’s the kind of service that’s gotten harder to find in Vegas. Kudos to all the staff. The buffet part was very good as well and fresh as could be. Well executed, just not my kind of seasoning but that’s me. I’m used to Texas seasoned steak.

    Dined at Galpao 4 times, and they are spot on every single time! I have been to 25+ Brazilian steakhouses and this one is by far the best. I strongly recommend them!

    Service was exceptional and made it a really great experience. Food was good but all meat has the same seasoning and was over seasoned so you couldn’t get the full flavor of the meat. My favorite was actually the bar-b-q’d pineapple.

    We have been to several Brazilian steakhouses, but this one is our favorite. We like the meats and salad bar items slightly better than the other big chains. However the service is definitely the best. It’s expensive but well worth it.

    It was delicious the steaks are good cuts but the lamb was out of this world. The style of full salad bar has so many items to list along with cheeses and prosciutto salami etc. Than servers bring several style of cuts to you. I would suggest 1 peice of each and your mouth will water for the one/s you crave but don't forget the fried pineapple. Yes you may think it's crazy but it is one of the best items on the menu. And fried cheese with honey. Caprese and more sooooooo good. I'm italian and I even loved it. Will go to the new one opening in Roseville very soon. Better than Phil's steak house by far and just as good with wonderful atmosphere to Ruth Chris I was impressed. I would sink a half mil to own a franchise for sure its a no Brainer. Staff is fabulous there is no downside even the cost for 2 I gave a double tip and was only 200 bucks. My parents owned an Italian restaurant so I believe I have a good sence of pallet. Please go you won't be disappointed.

    The quality of meats and sides weren’t as high as other restaurants with the same Brazilian style. The rolls were room temperature, the mashed potatoes were closer to cold and the banana were also not hot. The salad bar has no fruit and the balsamic vinegar on the salad bar, even in the 15 or 20 year aged bottle is not aged vinegar. The waiters were attentive. And came around often.

    I’ve been to several Brazilian Steakhouses, but this place stands out because of the employees and the attention to the customers. The food was great and we never seemed to wait for anything. But, the servers were extra attentive and made sure we enjoyed our experience. We will be back.

    Great food, even better service! I’ve already recommended it to other people. Great drinks, very good mixologist(Marcelo?). I asked for a pisco sour and he nailed it!! Looking forward to my next trip to Vegas, this will be one of my stops for sure.

    The service by the meat servers were excellent and the food was delicious. I was extremely disappointed in our server and the manager who was with him. At first, they were very attentive. As soon as two large groups came in our section, who were ordering large amounts of alcohol, we were forgotten about. Neither of them came to refill our water, despite us watching them refill the other tables. I also had to flag down the manager to get our bill. It would have been an amazing time had it not been for that and I do not want to go back because of it.

    Amazing Birthday lunch!!! Everything was beyond our expectations. We have gone to many of these types of steakhouses, and they all have lost their shine. Not this one...we will be back every time we visit Las Vegas for sure.

    What a way to close out my Vegas vacation. Service is phenomenal and food is ridiculously good. I was able to try all 17 of their offerings and the salad bar. A couple cuts were a little more done than my liking, so I ate a little less than they carved, but the other meats that were good and bloody how I like them, I smashed. Repeatedly. I took a flan to go for dessert. Ate a couple bites and put the rest in the resort freezer to take on the flying bus tomorrow. Hope to be back soon and bring some friends and family next time. I also look forward to them opening their new location in San Diego. Heads up Rei Do Gado and Fogo. Y’all fin be competed against!

    They did nothing for my wife’s birthday when I made it noted in the reservation and when we checked in . I will be at the consistent Fogo De Chao next time. We thought we would try something different. Food was marginal. They also charge an automatic 3% service fee on the entire bill.
