Disappointed with open table, I made the reservation, confirmed the reservation and when we showed up the restaurant had no reservation for us.

I made a reservation which was confirmed and luckily had on my phone. When we arrived they said they did not have a reservation for me. They had room so we were seated. The service was very slow. The food was great.

The food and service were of very high quality. However having gotten all dressed up to celebrate a special occasion we were a bit disappointed to be seated at tableclothless table in the more casual part of the restaurant. While the entertainment was good it was a bit too loud for easy conversation.
