Gauchos are the cowboys of South America – a national symbol of pride and tradition. The residents of Rio Grande do Sul, a Brazilian state, are affectionately referred to as “Gauchos”. This state, renowned for its unique churrasco barbecue, is the birthplace of Chef Edmilson Rodrigues. It is there, in Brazil’s top barbecue houses, that Ede learned and perfected his craft.
Feel transported as ancient Brazilian traditions come alive in our churrascaria –our house of barbecue– and special place that bursts with authentic South American atmosphere and charm.

    Great dinner, the service was quick. Food was always brought the table with a smile. specially our server who was very personable and understanding with allergies. this was an expensive dinner however, I will be returning for special events as you are guaranteed a great experience.

    Was a first time experience for our group and was amazing. The server catered to our needs and felt the pace was perfect for a group lunch. I would go again for any kind of event. Food was very tasty and enjoyable for all.
