The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat.

I am truly disappointed by the experience my son and his date had at this Brazilian steakhouse for their homecoming reservation. Despite making a reservation and mentioning the special occasion, they were rushed through their meal in a mere 45 minutes. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that boasts all-you-can-eat table-side carved steaks and other meats. To make matters worse, the table they were given was poorly placed, showing a complete disregard for the occasion and the customers' comfort. It's astonishing that a restaurant with such a high price tag would treat its guests in this manner. It's clear that the management here needs a serious wake-up call when it comes to customer service and understanding the importance of special occasions. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment if you value your time and expect any level of consideration for your reservations.

The service was outstanding. The salad bar was great. Lots of choices that were fresh. The meat verity was vast. I’m not a chicken fan but there chicken was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The beef and the rest of the meat were all cooked perfectly. That’s where it stops. All the beef lamb and sausage was all under seasoned. There was no salt no pepper nothing just meat cooked on a flat top. The quality of the meat was ok with a bit of salt it could have benefited greatly. I never write a bad review. But for the price I was definitely disappointed to say the least. We went there for our anniversary and at the end they brought us a slice of cheese cake that was delicious.

Attention: Meat lovers This is your go-to for excellence in different cuts of meat. Meat is cooked to perfection, and not overly salty as you find in some restaurants. The salad bar, which my husband loves and prefers, is fresh, varied, and delicious, too. The bacon on the salad bar is the best bacon that I have ever eaten. I dream of walking by the salad bar on my way out and raking the entire pile of bacon in my purse, but it is only a dream. Service is attentive but not offensively invasive. Their goal is a happy, well-cared-for diner. We eat there regularly, and, as such, are recognized and remembered by the staff.

Food was excellent, and the presentation was outstanding. Service was great. Thought the price was 20% too high, especially since we weren't told there was a $5 for a bottle of "spring water". All is all, very good.

We really had a great time. The lamb chops 10+, the beef ribs 10+. In general, all the meats and side dishes are also 10+. The service was excellent. For shure, We will be back for another great night.

My family and I are back again, and it never fails to be absolutely amazing. The food goes without saying, phenomenal! The service, staff, and atmosphere are top notch. They've remodeled the inside and it looks amazing. You can dress up for an amazing evening of fine dining, or dress casual for a peaceful relaxing environment. I cannot count how many times we've been to the Vintage Park location and it never fails to impress us each time. Cannot wait for our next family night out there again.

We had an amazing experience for our dinner. We were celebrating my son's 18th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond. We also had a gluten allergy and intolerance issue with some of our guests, and they took this very seriously. I was impressed. We had outstanding service from the moment we were seated and through the entire dining experience. I would highly recommend this establishment. We will be back soon!!!

Todo super ricooo y el servicio que tuvimos hizo la celebración mucho mas mejor. Es segunda vez que nos atiende (por coincidencia)natalia y marcelino, siempre muy amables y contentos. Si volveríamos a visitar el restaurante estamos segurooos que pediriamos mesa con ellos 🥰❤️ En cuanto a la comida todo esta tan rico que no sabes por donde comenzar, la barra de ensalada todo estaba fresco. En nuestra primera visita nos daba miedo no saber cómo funcionaba el servicio bufet de las carnes pero los muchachos que te están sirviendo tan bien son muy amables en explicarte lo que están sirviendo. Eso nos animo a regresar y poder festejar en familia esta segunda ocasion.
