First time having dinner here the food was great, service was perfect, love the decor and the music brought back memories of my Dad. We will definitely be back!

As always...G&O knocked it out of the park. The cocktails and wine were perfect, prompt and properly chilled on a hot night. Service was attentive, without being annoying. And the food was so delicious. Carpaccio was silky and perfectly seasoned. The charcuterie board was all the things...savoury, tart, sweet and crunchy. What more could you ask for...except a spicy chicken sandwich--which just left me wanting more! Thank you G&O for never letting me down.

Always a charming place for a special afternoon or evening out. First-rate guac and pico de Gallo (though home-made tortilla chips would be a nice touch; the vegetable sandwich is delicious; the veggie power bowl is extraordinary. Small but nice selection of zero-alcohol beers. We didn't have the veggie tacos this time, but they too are amazing, and fun.

This was my first time at this restaurant. I have wanted to go but for some reason just haven’t. After having a discussion with someone on Instagram I decided to finally give them a try. Based on what others have said, I honestly was disappointed. Food was ok (but not as good as I was expecting based on others experiences and price), but service was horrible. I felt like we were an afterthought, with the waitress only checking in once and it was during her passing by with other orders. I ordered the beef tenderloin, which was overcooked, and was never brought a proper knife. My sides were also luke-warm. If the waitress had have checked in right away I would have brought to her attention. While in the bathroom my husband paid the bill. When I came back I made a cheeky comment about him not letting me order desert… his reply was very telling “I didn’t want to wait another hour just to get desert”. He never makes comments like this. Another thing I noted was the number of times we were asked to move our table. I get it’s a small space, but it’s personally rude to ask eating patrons to move the table to make room for what appeared to be walk-ins (we had reservations). It took away from the experience. I will try this place again, as I always give places a 2nd chance… but I won’t be rushing to do so.

Fantastic first experience at G&O. Delicious cocktails and food ( you have to try the apple/gorgonzola flatbread) . Service was spectacular.. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.
