Gia is among the first restaurants in Canada to be recognized and recommended by the renowned Michelin Guide. Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like plant-based meatballs, Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Asparagus Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.
Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm,
If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
Maximum party size is 5 Friday and Saturday, Bar seating available.

    The service is good, but the food is disappointing, especially for a Michelin star restaurant. Flavourless, small quantities, and overpriced. The food served is lukewarm, and stands out from other Italian restaurants by how bland it is. Definitely not worth the price at all. Spent $100s of dollars only to go eat somewhere else immediately afterwards.

    Gia is three hours from home but I happily make the trip specifically for their incredible food. It’s hard to find food that is vegetarian friendly and high quality but Gia knocks it out of the park.

    Convenient location with lots of parking options. Wait and kitchen staff were very accommodating and good arrived with the right amount of time and frequency. Presentation of portion did appetizers and mains were good with the exception of the Arinchini which appeared to be a smaller portion but delicious nevertheless. Mains were good temperature, presentation was great and taste was good.

    Absolutely lovely experience. Our server and all other staff that we interacted with were friendly and kind. The food was incredible and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!!
